The furnishings are comfortable with a large dining table and cozy couch which pulls out into a sofa sleeper for extra bedding.
A small family, couples or singles really enjoy this home away from home with a full kitchen complete with stove, microwave and fridge. Pots, pans and cooking utensils are included making it easy to prepare meals or snacks. The fireplace is inviting on cool winter days and nights plus the occasional cool summer evening. The condo is located minutes from downtown Winter Park CO and from Winter Park Resort for great skiing and snowboarding.
Location: Building 7, 1st floor. The building is located in the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse.
Bedding Configuration: Queen in the Master bedroom, 2 Twins in the second bedroom, Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, views of Winter Park Resort. Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
