Designer Home with Large Pool

Recently updated designer home with a large pool visible from open floor plan. This is a spectacular home to relax, entertain, enjoy all that Las Vegas has to offer while pampering yourself in your own private home. The spacious master suite will make you feel like you want to stay forever. Have morning coffee from your private deck or soak in your tub and decide what to wear for a night out at Red Rock Casino or the Marriott, only minutes away. Downtown is minutes away (10 miles, 19 minutes) as well as golf courses, or you may want to walk to close by Desert Shores restaurants. Or, ride your bike; there are two in the garage.

You may want to stay home and grill and enjoy the pool deck with its spectacular deep seating, freestanding bar and table for 6. This house is truly designed around the pool; you can be in the kitchen, dining room, family room or living room and feel like you are pool side. If someone needs to work, there is a Lower level combination office/bedroom (wall bed so there is lots of room) space that can be closed off to use the internet and desk.

The kitchen has new GE professional appliances and lots of counterspace to prepare food, serve and enjoy friends and family. The kitchen island is huge; definitely a gathering space!

Beautiful home in Vegas suburb

Extremely clean house in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Convenient location to the strip, to Summerlinn,etc. Pool was beautiful. Carmen was a fantastic host. Friendly. And was very good at communicating. We will definitely be staying there again.

A Perfect Vacation

This is the perfect home for a family vacation, immaculately clean, spacious, well furnished and with a stunning huge pool and backyard. Our family loves this house and Carmen is a gracious and responsive host. It is located close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. We have booked this house many times before and we will be back again. We love it!!!

Comfy and clean

We were there to mostly sleep at night since we were in town helping our daughter with new babies during the whole day. Comfy bed and two chairs to watch tv in sitting area were great for an hour at end of day before bed! Carmen was a great host!

Loved the house. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Stocked with all the supplies needed. Great kitchen for cooking and nice grill for barbecuing. Gorgeous outside spaces around the pool. Temps were too cool to use the pool but the spa was perfect! Would definitely stay again if we’re in Las Vegas for a full month. Carmen was a great host.

The perfect vacation home

Our family loved this beautiful, spacious, well equipped and sparkling clean vacation home. Carmen was the ideal host. Easy to contact, quick to respond and helpful in every way. We usually spend our summers in Las Vegas and this is the best home we ever rented. This is our third summer staying in this house . We love the location ( just far enough away from the strip for peace and quiet). Everything you could want is only a few minutes away. We really, really love the gorgeous, huge pool. We will definitely be back.

Las Vegas designer home with large pool

We stayed in a fabulous home in desert shores for 6 weeks. We wanted to get a sense of what it was like to live in this particular area. The home located close with easy access to 95 and 225. There are grocery stores, Shops and eateries within a mile of the home. The Desert Shores neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Super safe. We took many early morning walks around the lakes, greeted by the ducks with the mountains as our backdrop. The afternoon summer heat was offset by the cool water in the swimming pool. We enjoyed the nearby Red Rock Canyon and Mt. Charleston for early morning hikes. Our host, Carmen was super responsive. We had a few things arise but she was quick to respond and address them. An added unexpected bonus was seeing multiple fireworks shows from the primary bedroom’s Balcony.

Fabulous Holiday

We had a wonderful time in Carmen's beautiful home. Any little problems we had were sorted out promptly. We would not hesitate to recommend it to everybody and would love to revisit ourselves.

My guests, the Hui's, were great! they actually left me a beautiful thank you gift. They were very respectful to my property and my pool guy loved them and he is a "hard sell."

Great house and location.

The house and location were great. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. The owner was awesome as she immediately replied to any questions we had. The appliances were all new and were fairly easy to figure out - even for someone who was not too savvy to more than on/off buttons! I gave it 4 stars since the weather was cold 3/4th of the month of February when we stayed. That is certainly not the fault of the owner, but put a damper on some of our planned activities. We were never able to enjoy the beautiful pool area. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone planning a visit to LV. Thanks so much, Carmen!

American dream

Loved it, house was better than expected and felt at home from day one. Everything you could need was there, dreaming of going back again. The area was nice and very well kept , the pool was lovely but unfortunately it was not warm enough to use it must be great during the hotter months. Stunning property

An extremely comfortable and well maintained property. It made for a relaxing break, a haven of peace and quiet away from the madness of the Las Vegas strip. The highlight is the large pool, but every room is worthy of mention. We would not hesitate to stay here again. 5 stars....!

Leigh and his wife were wonderful guests; they were so considerate after I had a scheduling mix-up with my maids. I love having guests that appreciate my home and area.
