Spectacular home full of comforts and convenience w pool/spa in tropical setting

Tastefully furnished and decorated single family home in nice well kept neighborhood. Cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors and 20" tiles throughout the home, fully outfitted with linens, towels, dining and cooking supplies.

The large master bedroom with California king bed is located on first floor separated from all the other bedrooms upstairs which offers exceptional privacy.

The master walkouts into the tropically landscaped backyard with pool, Jacuzzi, cabana seating area, lounge chairs, and BBQ gas grill.

Fully equipped kitchen adjoins Family Room featuring 75" Samsung smart TV with sound bar and 1000 MB high speed wireless internet.

Separate formal Living Room and Dining Room that seats eight. Laundry room, a 3rd full bath and game room with pool table round out the first floor.

Every bedroom has its own smart TV. Three separate bedrooms with queen bedrooms are located on the second story. 2nd bedroom equipped with laptop work station.

This home is located 10 minutes to the Freemont Experience "Old" downtown Las Vegas and 15 minutes to The Strip and 20 minutes to the stadiums and airport.

Vegas Graduation Vacation

This house was perfect for our family celebration in Vegas! Plenty of bedrooms and space for our entire family. The outdoor space, with pool and hot tub, were used daily. Location was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, lots near by

The house fit our family well. Kitchen was well stocked with items to cook with. We did have to buy our own dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper. It is a great place to have little ones. The pool is a perfect size. We would stay again!

The home was great and was exactly how it appears in the photos.

It is in a great location and very safe. Loved the area and the home was great. The home was very clean. The master bed is super comfy and the home is nicely furnished. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we loved the outdoor seating. It was very peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay there. John was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions I had. It was a delightful experience.

Superb villa with everything you need

We really enjoyed our time at this Summerlin villa. The area is nice and quiet but easy to get to with restaurants, shops and super markets within a few minutes drive. The villa is beautifully furbished with modern TVs, great size dining area and 2 seating areas, fully equipped kitchen, games room with pool and air hockey, WiFi etc. and all presented to a very high standard. The pool is fantastic and the Jacuzzi a delight, perfect for relaxing after time on the Strip. We could not fault this villa, it is perfect.

Clean and Comfortable

Three coworkers and myself stayed for a week on a business trip. There was plenty of room for the four of us...each with a bedroom. A nice patio area for grilling and socializing...and ample space in the kitchen/living room for Saturday football. We wanted to stay away from the Vegas Strip, but we were close enough to the casinos for gambling. All in all...very accommodating.

Excellent

We stayed here at the end of March 2016 and loved it. It was just as described and hoped for. Immaculately clean. We were 2 adults and 5 kids. The pool and hot tub worked well. Particularly liked the dark hardwood flooring. Kitchen was well equipped. Our boys enjoyed playing pool. Good to have TVs in each room. This is a great place that we will return to. The owner, John, is a really nice guy.

Love It!

Not only was the owner of this beautiful + comfortable home responsive, helpful, and friendly, the house was stocked with plenty of extras. We didn't have to figure out what we might need and run out to get it. The beds + sheets were extremely comfortable, the house has lots of style, and the neighborhood is a ten! The house it's in a perfect location, only few minutes away from the Strip. Supermarkets and many options to eat out are just around the corner. The house is large with perfect areas for large families or groups to congregate or to find a quiet space. Thank you for all your help !

Wonderful family vacation in a very comfortable home

Our families got together for the first time in a very long time for the Christmas holidays. With six adults staying in the home and two others in an apartment nearby, the house was the perfect gathering spot for many meals, games and togetherness. The kitchen and open family area was perfect for watching the many football and basketball games, as well as making meals together. The hot tub and patio area was private and nice for the many times we used the hot tub. Our bedrooms were very comfortable, and the spacious master bath downstairs with a direct access to the patio and hot tub was very convenient. We never felt on top of each other, as everyone had their own private space in the home. The kitchen was clean and very user friendly when we arrived, as was the rest of the house. Thank you John for sharing this wonderful home.

Private Tranquil Oasis in Crazy Vegas

My family, wife and 2 kids (17 & 13) recently stayed at this very tastefully furnished home, it was so relaxing! The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just 12 Km from the Las Vegas strip! The home has beautiful high ceilings throughout the main floor and is very well stocked with cooking utensils, new appliances, and 4 (yes 4) large flat screen tv’s with state of the art sound systems. We really enjoyed our stay because the main goal of our trip was to step out of our hectic lives and relax together as a family. This home offers just that, we spent most days sleeping in, cooking and swimming in the gorgeous very private pool. The back yard oasis is completely private and secure with very impressive large palm trees, there is patio furniture, a barbeque and best of all the home provides shade from the hot sun after 4 pm. John the owner was extremely easy to deal with, he provided detail instructions and was available by text almost instantly with any questions. It was quite clear to me that he has put a lot of thought and effort into peoples comfort; the pictures are very accurate in fact I would say the home is more impressive in person. Thanks John for a fantastic experience and for being so nice and professional. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Oasis

We stayed for the whole month of July and would recommend this property to a friend and relative. John was very quick to respond to any emails and if there was anything that needed sorting out it was done very quickly, we could not have asked for more. He was a great Host! When we arrived the Cleaners were still there preparing the Property for our arrival, which was good as we knew it had been well cleaned and we could ask them questions about the property. Also, the Pool Man came once a week to look after the pool and jacuzzi. The Photos of the property were accurate and hopefully the photos of the Patio Furniture will now be added to the Site. There were Stunning Dark Hardwood Floors in the Sitting Room/Dining Room and Master Bedroom. There was plenty of storage and hanging space for clothes. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Upstairs there were 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom which were all well furnished. Plenty of Linens and towels were provided. OUTSIDE AREA Beautiful new Patio Furniture was delivered during our 1st week at the property, which consisted of a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs with foot-rests and a coffee table. There was also a large umbrella which was easy to put up or down. It was a lovely area in which to sit outside in either the shade or sun. There was a dining table with four chairs. We also enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. There was a lovely looking BBQ which we didn't use, that was only because my husband doesn't like BBQ food! As we used to live in Summerlin we know the area well and were able to visit some of our favourite restaurants and places. There are plenty of things to do close by the property as well as Grocery Stores and Restaurants. There are a number of Sports Facilities a short drive from the Property. The Las Vegas Strip is about a 20 min drive away. We very much hope to return to stay in John's property again. I would certainly recommend this property.

Misrepresented as

Concur with JT's review. It is not a luxury villa and the photos misrepresent. The owner is very responsive. Too bad it didn't work out. - Much of the pool furniture in the photos was not present: the umbrella, the lounge chairs, and the dining set. - The pool area was filthy, with food and dead animal bones on the pool deck - The pool surface under the water is wearing away and chipped throughout the floor of the pool - The backyard was not clean like in the photos, it needed raking - One table was broken and frayed and not representative of a “Luxury Villa.” - There was not grass in the backyard area. It is fake yard turf, and it had debris in it that should be cleaned out. - The turf also is buckling and coming undone, looks bad and not representative of “luxury.” - Pool cleaning tools and toys were left strewn in the yard. - The game room was not in the house, but in the garage. The picture on the website misrepresents the actual room. It disguises the garage by cropping the garage out. If you look at the photo, the area to the left is where the car parking area and garage storage are. This "room" does not have air conditioning, rendering the game room impossible to use. Temperatures were 100 degrees+ when I was there. - The master bedroom shower didn’t work (the handle could not be moved so I couldn’t get hot water to come out) - The master shower was moldy and stained along the caulk lines - The master bath didn’t have a door. It had a curtain for a “door.” The curtain was filthy with stains. - The master bath rug was dirty, I went ahead and put it through laundry - The master toilet ran a lot; it made a lot of noise. Wiggling the handle did not fix it - The master bed sags in the middle because the supports underneath are broken and bent - Many electrical outlets didn’t work - The master bedroom fan filthy with dust - The bedside lamp had a broken and frayed lamp shade - The kitchen sink was clogged and not draining - The food pantry was filthy with sticky food and stains - The outsides of the cabinet doors and drawers were filthy with stains - The fireplace ledge was dirty. Prior tenant spilled something on it - The front door didn't lock easily. You had to jiggle it repeatedly to get it to work. - The baseboard throughout the property is stained. The poor maid was asked to come and make things better, and she tried, but this was an embarrassing situation as she could only do so much. I tipped her anyway.

All of these pictures have been taken in the last 1 1/2 years. All new stainless steel appliances, crystal chandeliers and hardwood floors have been installed within the last 2 years along with many other upgrades. I had the yard cleaned the morning of Dave's arrival but being late Sept, the trees were dropping leaves vigorously. The umbrella had recently torn due to high winds but all of Dave's other complaints were completely unfounded. I tried my best to satisfy him by paying my housekeeper, pool man and groundskeeper for a courtesy visit but after their visit, he demanded a full refund half way through his stay. The reality was, Dave rented this beautiful home that sleeps 8 but unfortunately all of his friends were no shows. Therefore he wanted to leave and get a hotel on the strip by himself. When I explained that I couldn't offer a refund 4 days into his one week stay, Dave threatened to write a negative review. I was also informed Dave stopped back and convinced the guest that checked in the day Dave checked out to write a negative review as well. I pride myself in ensuring my guests have an excellent experience and do my very best to make sure my guests are satisfied and responsive to their needs. If there are any concerns, I can put you in touch with many guests who have had wonderful experiences staying at this home.

This guest did not communicate with me during her entire stay. She requested a full refund right after check-out. She stated the home was beautiful but felt it was only surfaced cleaned. The housekeeper had cleaned the home for 8 hours one day prior to her check-in. I tried to explain that if she had any issues, she should have contacted me and I would have immediately sent my housekeeper. She threatened to write a bad review if I didn't refund her, she was a scam artist. Please reference the other reviews on this site as well as on Air bnb. Every other review had 5 stars during this same period.

Beautiful beautiful home. It comes with all the things that make you feel like you are at home!

The pool is beautiful is absolutely beautiful and so is the property , with its high ceilings and breathtaking master suite.

Holiday July 4th

I want to start off by saying John the owner is awesome. Love that he was available and responsive whenever we needed him. That was from the start of the reservation till departure. The home location is about a 19 minute commute to the strip. Great location has everything in the area from Grocery to Fast food, shopping. The neighbors put on an awesome fireworks show that we could see right in the back yard. We had to move out of the yard because some of the fireworks residue was coming over in the yard! But it was an awesome show especially if you like fireworks! Overall our stay was great and as I advised John. I will be back to rent with him again.
