Beautiful inside and out. May 2022 - COMPLETED Last item on long list of planned renovations identified at purchase.

We practice continual improvement. This property has gone through numerous upgrades with a major renovation completing August 2018. Ground-level 2 bed/2 bath unit sleeps up to 6. It comes with king beds in both bedrooms as well as a queen pull out (memory foam mattress) couch in the living area. This property has a fully equipped rustic, yet modern kitchen; wood-burning fireplace in the living area with cozy seating and large, smart, flat-screen TV; and private balcony providing amazing views of The Smoky National Forest with Bent Creek Golf Course in the foreground. Watch the incredible rapidly changing mountain views from the balcony, bedroom, or picnic area. Mountain sunsets are incredible. Enjoy the lights of Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg in the distance. THIS 2nd LEVEL UNIT IS AT STREET LEVEL, WHICH MAKES FOR EASY ENTRY IN A BUILDING WITH NO ELEVATORS.

Perfect get-away for family or friends. Sleeps 6 comfortably . 2 rooms + sleeper sofa if needed in the living room.

Convenient to Smoky Mountain national part, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge (Dollywood). Short day trip to Cherokee casino or Biltmore House.

Lots of wildlife we often see a family of deer and on occasion, we will see a black bear and her cubs.

In addition to condo amenities, our neighborhood hosts 3 pools, a golf course, and for larger events, guests rent space from the neighborhood HOA office at the very top of the mountain.

FULLY RENOVATED!!!

We purchased this property on April 30th, 2018, and planned several stages of renovation.

Phase 1 renovation - COMPLETED MAY 24, 2018. Upgraded TVs in all rooms 42" & 49" flat screens. Smart TV in the living room and 1 bedroom. Added side by side stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, converted coat closet to the pantry, upgraded owners closet. Ordered materials for phase 2 renovations.

Phase 2 renovation COMPLETED JULY 3, 2018. Expand kitchen, replace countertops with granite, new cabinet faces, tile kitchen, tongue, and groove knotty pine accent walls. Added 2 king-sized beds.

Phase 3 upgrade COMPLETED AUGUST 30th, 2018. BRAND new appliances (stove, dishwasher, microwave), added beautiful tongue and groove knotty pine to the guest bedroom. Painted entirely. Replaced doors in the kitchen. Replaced all electrical outlets. Added wifi controlled locks.

Phase 4 upgrade COMPLETED MAY 3rd, 2019. Decided to add noise abatement to the ceilings of bedrooms. The resort has an 11 PM quiet time requirement but the noise from your neighbors is one of the shortcomings to Condos and townhouses. This reduced noise by about 50% in bedrooms.

Phase 5 - Modifications to reach ADA compliance.

Phase 5.a COMPLETED NOV 30, 2019. New carpet. The condo now looks like new. I was planning on waiting until the full phase 5 changes to move the condo toward ADA compliance before replacing the carpet (which was adequate but needing replacement) but ended up doing it earlier. I'd classify the property as ADA friendly.

Phase 5.b COMPLETED FEB 13, 2020. Removed Master bedroom closet. Added solid would 36" doors to master bedroom entrance and master bathroom. Expanded master bathroom 12". Rerouted HVAC and electricity to remove the drop ceiling section in this area.

Phase 5.c COMPLETED AUG 2020. Major Remodel of Master Bathroom to improve ADA accessibility. Enlarged bathroom, put in 36" doors, Change tub to walk in, tiled floor add glass doors. Added water-conserving toilet. Tiled walls and floor, put sink on live edge silver maple.

Phase 6 COMPLETED MARCH 2021. Change the water heater to a tankless system. While expensive this will save significant money over the next 20 years. As well as assure a continuous supply of hot water.

Phase 7 COMPLETED APRIL 2022. Major Remodel of guest/general Bathroom . Removed old plastic shell tub and replaced with steel tub. Tiled walls and floor, put sink on live edge silver maple.

Phase 8 COMPLETED May 2022. Replaced HVAC system with new 14 SEER, 2 Ton, heat pump .

Phase 9 COMPLETED Feb 2023. Unfortunately, we had a December 2022 flooding event caused by freezing pipes in the unit above. The flooding did extensive damage to the kitchen and damage to the master bathroom. I took this opportunity to remove the drop ceiling in the kitchen, add much more freeze-resistant PEX plumbing to the kitchen and master bathrooms feeding the unit above, upgrade lights, and upgrade the ceiling. .

Mini Project - March 2023 converted last of the doors to solid wood 2 panel.

2018 Special Assessment COMPLETED FEB 2018. Replace double 8 ft sliding glass doors to deck.

2019 Special Assessment COMPLETED SEPT 2019. Replace exterior windows with double pane windows.

2019 Special Assessment #2 COMPLETED SEPT 2019. Replace the Federal electric box with an updated box.

2020 Special Assessment COMPLETED FEB 2020. Upgrade walkway common entrance with composite lumber and new handrails.

2022 Special Assessment COMPLETED FEB 2020. Upgrade stairs and balance of walkway with composite lumber and replace lumber for outside walls and railing as needed.

2022 July Roof replacement for Building C :)

View is top notch

We loved the location and view. We did have some bugs in the unit and the couch could use an update. The view makes up for most things :)

A hidden gem!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this condo with *beautiful* mountain views! It was clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the pictures. There was plenty of space for all of us, and everything was just as described/pictured. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway! The pool was clean and fun for the kids, and we really enjoyed the balcony, especially in the mornings and evenings. Plan accordingly for your drive as it’s about 20 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg, and 35 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Also note that there aren’t many places to get food without driving to Gatlinburg. We loved that it was a little further out due to the quiet and relaxation it provided. We had a great time!
We thought it was really neat seeing the mountains through the fog! Our daughter thought it was super cool to be above the fog.

Dirty weekend getaway

The property matched the pictures exactly. Our short weekend stay was good, all except how very dirty the condo was when we arrived. I hope the host fee I pay doesn't all go towards house keeping because it isn't getting done thoroughly. When we got inside the condo, you could tell the floor was halfway swept. Trash collected around the baseboard and corners of the kitchen. The pantry area, where the trash can is, was completely filthy with a milk lid ring and other trash left on the floor in plain sight and a mystery red sauce splattered everywhere. The kitchen cabinets and sink had crumbs from the people before. In the master bathroom, long dark hair and conditioner was left EVERYWHERE! One corner of the shower was a warzone of leftover conditioner and the other corner near the glass had mold. The shower head wasn't attached to the wall on the bottom, which caused for a flooding issue of the bathroom every time you showered. There were several pebbles of the flooring that had came unglued and hurt our feet. The towels in both bathrooms smelled really soured. It looks as if housekeeping simply came in and removed the trash, changed the sheets, replaced the towels, and maybe fluffed the living room pillows after the previous people. As for the rest of the property, it was well maintained and clean. The pool are was nice and my daughter really enjoyed it. There were plenty of clean pool towels provided.

Property had a good location to get to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Seirville. Condo was clean and would be comfortable for a small family.

Couldn't be better

Couldn't ask for a better stay the view was unimaginable. Bed was so comfy good communication with property manager the only thing is lots of fees but I know you can't help that 10/10 will come here again!

It as clean but I noticed there was some dust build up in the master bedroom against the baseboards and the carpet, and bottom of nightstands hadn’t been moved and vacuumed underneath in awhile, only say this because I knocked something off my nightstand or I’d never noticed. But other than that very nice comfortable, loved the view of the mountains!

A few days get away

This property was everything and more. The view was fantastic. The property was clean and very well taken care of. We did take advantage of the hot tub and indoor pool. I would definitely be a repeat guest.

Impressive View!

Eagle's View is very cozy with a very impressive view of the mountains and part of the golf course. We loved the decor, and the floorplan of the unit works nicely for a small space which was all we needed for our weekend getaway. The bed was comfortable for us, so we slept well. We emailed the owner a few things to add to his maintenance list but told him it was not necessary for anything to be done during our stay. These few things did not bother us greatly or hinder our stay. Please heed the warnings and make sure you check your vehicle for any travel snacks! The vehicle parked next to us did not check carefully, and we found their driver's side door wide open into the side of our passenger door after a bear broke into it to get a ziplock bag of mixed nuts they left behind. We found the torn open, partially consumed bag by our car. The claw print on their window was massive, and there were many scratches on their door and mirror. Thankfully their door and the bear didn't damage our car while it was helping itself to their snack. Another guest told us the next morning that we just missed seeing a bear right by the condo building. Possibly a return visit from the bear to see if there were more snacks! We missed the entrance into the complex arriving after dark our first night, but once we got turned back around, we found it! We did not use any of the community amenities during our short stay, but it appears to be a very nice complex!

I enjoyed the views this property offered. The decor was definitely mountain inspired. The space was large enough so that we had plenty of privacy with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen, bar and living area allowed us to gather without feeling cramped. The beds slept marvelously. I’d stay here again. Great for families with young teens.

This condo worked perfect for our family vacation. The indoor pool was loved by our kids. The view was spectacular. Having a kitchen and smart TV was also nice for when we stayed in.

We have aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 other luxury vacation rentals. A condo purchase in May of 2018 represents our 3rd property. In November of 2023, I purchased a fourth property, a railroad caboose. Throughout 2024, we will be converting the Caboose to a luxury 1 bedroom property with a goal of having it on rental for spring of 2025.

In 2013, we took over the daily management of the properties. We aren't perfect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a wonderful, lifelong memory.

Roads maintained by the HOA, winter snows are addressed immediately making chains or 4 WD unnecessary. As legal disclaimer assumes vehicle operator exercised prudent judgment using plowed roads. I personally have not used 4 WD to access the property and have had about 6 snows now.
