Nestled among tall pines beside a babbling mountain stream, this charming corner-unit condo offers a tranquil setting only two blocks from Main Street. In winter, walk to the nearby Snowflake Lift or ski home via 4 O’Clock Run; in summer, explore scenic trails or enjoy live music, shops, and restaurants just minutes away. It’s the perfect basecamp for your Breckenridge adventures—no matter the season.

Bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully outfitted, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is ideal for couples, small families, or a group of up to four guests. The open living area is filled with natural light and features a flat-screen TV and plush seating for cozy evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals at home, with a dining table that comfortably seats four.

Step outside to your private balcony and unwind to the sound of the creek flowing below. After a day on the slopes or trails, soak your muscles in the communal outdoor hot tub, rejuvenate in the indoor dry sauna, or relax by the picnic area with built-in grills. This property was perfect for my partner and I. The condo was clean and very convenient. It was a very short walk to main street Breckenridge and also a quick walk to local walking trails. The management was responsive and helpful, and check in was easy. The back porch was perfect for reading and we even got to see some moose! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Breck!

Had to call for check in, no fireplace like in the pics, place needs some repairs, very noisy. Good location but overall a poor value for that amount of money.

A perfect spot for a family ski trip

I stayed here with my two teenage children for four days of skiing. The location was great and the unit was very well equipped. They were very responsive to any questions we had or minor issues that we encountered. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay. Easy walking distance to town. Very comfortable bed. Super clean. Great communication with hosts. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

Wonderful Location

The property is just a short walk away from downtown Breck and was just enough room for my husband, my baby, and me. Communication with the property manager was efficient. We can’t wait to come back!

Spotless condominium overlooking a beautiful babbling brook

Nice little condo and easy walk to town

Great little condo, fantastic communication by ownership group. The bedroom is very small with oversized nightstands which made it worse - ended up sleeping on pull-out couch mattress which was so much better.

Two week + stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great 16 day stay - our third stay at Wildwood Suites. Great location to town and trails walk to everything. Particularly like units facing Sawmill Creek and hearing the water run by. Did not like that with a 2 + week stay linens were not exchanged. Had to go to the rental company and ask for them and then replace sheets myself.

Very nice -enjoyed the balcony

Very nice 1 bedroom condo. Perfect for weekend stay for two people. We enjoyed the balcony looking over the creek. It felt like you were really in the mountains but close enough to the busy part of town to walk to restaurants, etc. Having a full kitchen was nice also. Have been to Breck many times, but this property was a great fit for us!

Quiet and peaceful retreat!

The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Perfect for my husband and me. Management checked in on us with texts twice and was quick to respond when I had a question. This condo was in the perfect location. Short walk to Main Street or there is the free bus stop right at the end of the road. And the river that runs right behind is the most blissful sound to relax to. Such a peaceful and beautiful place.

Great for a summer vacay

Clean, quiet, nicely decorated. Well maintained and stocked with all the essentials. Convenient location for walking or public transportation. Wonderful view from the back deck. Perfect for a single or couple. Management company was quick to respond on some small issues and questions I had. The only negative was no screens on the bedroom windows, which I hope can be remedied in time for my next stay.
