Waterfront Villa, Private Pool & Kayaks

This 2 bedroom villa styled vacation home overlooks the charming canals of Providenciales in the lovely Cooper Jack Bay. Two (2) free Kayaks are included for use on your stay!

The home is fully air-conditioned with units in all bedrooms and living areas. For those moments when you want to be indoors, but still enjoy the lovely Caribbean breeze, there are large sliding doors and windows, all fully screened to keep pesky bugs/mosquitos at bay.

Indoors:

On the lower level you will find your two (2) bedrooms, each featuring:
- Queen Sized Bed (1)
- Flat Screen TV
- Closets
- En Suite Bathrooms

On the upper level you'll find your kitchen, powder room, living and dining areas. It also features a deck spanning the length of the home, ensuring uninterrupted views of the pool, water canals and terrain.

The upper level can be accessed in two ways; via an outdoor staircase or via indoor stairs - the choice is yours!

Outdoors:
My family loves the outdoors and I hope yours do too. The house is equipped to make you comfortable while there. Here are a few things to do:
- Grill up a steak (or veggies if that's more your style)
- Unhook the Kayaks and take them for a spin. Here's the deal, you have unlimited rides for the whole time you are here! And before you ask, you absolutely cannot take them home with you! :-)
- Canal Diving (It's a thing! I promise - check out the pic of my girls doing it).
- Go for a dip in the pool or simply lay out and work on your tan.

Boring Stuff
- Your home is equipped with a safe for your documents and valuables.
- In the case of a power outage, there is a back up generator on site, so hang on for a couple seconds and it should take care of itself.
- In the event of a fire, the kitchen has fire extinguishers.

Excellent property

Beautiful home that's exactly as listed ...great location as everything is relatively close on the island.Our host was fantastic with great communication. 100% recommend for anyone who doesnt want to worry about anything!

Great vacation home for a family or couples

We loved our stay at Waterfront villa. We were a group of four (two couples). The home was well stocked with necessities and extras. Mark was very responsive when contacted and made sure we were well taken care of. The location necessitates a rental car but we loved being able to explore the island. We will be back!

Great house. 10-15 minutes from everything

House is just as described, roomy, clean and on the canal. I docked one star d/t the view being shot d/t construction across the canal which is an eye sore. I thought that should've been communicated.

Private paradise

Mark and Christine leave absolutely nothing left to desire at this house. We had all the check in information a couple days ahead of arrival which was very reassuring to start. Upon arrival the house is actually even more amazing then the photos do justice. Our trip was based around golfing every other day at the other end of the island so we had most of our off days to enjoy ourselves around the pool and in the kayaks and paddleboards in the canal. We were able to do laundry while we swam, and they had everything we needed to pack up and hit the beach a few days. I packed a bunch of food, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more to prepare all we had. The living room TV died in the middle of the evening one night and Mark had a new one installed the very next day! Honestly, amazing hosts. You can't do any better. Although, I hope you do, so I can come back to this one without having to fight you all for bookings. :)

Honestly the house excepted our expectations the pictures ( especially internal) do not do it justice. Everything we could want or need was available. Mark was not only responsive but proactive in contacting us and went above and beyond in looking after us. We had the most superb two weeks here and would definitely return- thank you!

Vacay

The vacation home was perfect! We had everything we needed and more! Kitchen well equipped to cook in. Beds were comfortable and all necessities in bathroom. Awesome balcony to sit and enjoy the view! In flight path so that was an added bonus for two of us that love identifying planes! Canals were awesome to paddle or kayak. Water is so clear! You can’t go wrinkly by with this home as a spot to relax for a week. Owner responsive to any need or concern. Even when you leave your belongings behind! Thank you Mark for fedexing my stuff! Much appreciated!

Wonderful family time at the villa in TCI!

We travel as a family of 4 every year and have been blessed that our grown children still want to honor this tradition as adults ages 24 and 20. This villa was a perfect setting for our little family to relax, unwind and enjoy our time together in this beautiful island for the first 5 days of our 10 day vacation. It had everything needed for a very comfortable and fun stay. Property manager was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Pool and access to water in the back with the kayaks and paddle boards was great after exploring the island. The villa is spacious and has so many places to just sit and enjoy. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future, God willing!

Our stay

The property was great and just as advertised. Mark was very responsive with the few minor questions that we had. Kayaking on the canal was wonderful. You will need a rental car to drive to the beaches and stores but all within 15-20 minutes. Great time, thanks!

A very comfortable stay

Our stay at this location was lovely. A comfortable location, elegantly set on a charming canal with access to two sea kayaks and two paddle boards with a quaint pool. Responsive owners. An off the beaten path location, though nothing is too far. Do need a car, though. We were very happy here and would be pleased to return.

Gorgeous place, has (almost) it all!

We loved staying there, using the swimming pool and BBQ every day, relaxing there at night, and with cold A/C after hot days. The place is very comfortable, well equipped with pretty much anything you would need. The owner was very nice and helpful (when we needed a couple of things or had questions, only a couple of times). Only drawback (that you know before you book!!) is that you are not on the beach, but you are very well located (with a rental car), central to everything - we like beach hopping and changing every time, stay away from tourist land, so better for us anyway! Any trip is pretty much on average about 10 minutes or less -15-20 maximum if you go to the eastern end (more if you go to Malcom Beach!). I highly recommend the place and his owner.

Amazing host, place and island!

There are many pluses so I will start outside and work inwards. All communications and support from our host and his team were top notch. We stayed over a month and found Mark wonderfully responsive before, during and after. His team cleans the exterior weekly, including even the barbecue grill. The maid service which we paid extra for was wonderful. I’d like to bring everyone home to look after my house!! Turks is quiet but beautiful. Been to a lot of beaches and the sand in Grace Bay is second to none. Loved walking and driving around. We did snorkeling (not too much fish variety), a private cruise using Mac n cheese, an evening cocktail cruise on Lady Grace, nature walking including to Bird Rock, dog walking from Pot Cakes (lots of fun), and lots of shopping and eating. Our favourites! Everything, especially the beach. Our favourite restaurants? Seven, Mango Reef, and Cocovan. Now the property… Drove up to a lovely gated entrance with a driveway that had stone walls on each side. Very pretty. The house is as pictured - very nice and comfortable with a lovely pool and canal area. Ate breakfast on the upper Lanai every morning. Surprisingly few bugs. Gorgeous hummingbirds nearby. Comfy beds, fully set up kitchen, available beach gear and towels, great internet (good because I worked and needed high quality for zoom and such), and more. Anytime we asked for something, Mark was there or following up very fast. Honestly though, very little follow up was needed. We were very comfy and well set up, Food and gas are expensive in Turks. For gas, everything is close so we only spent about $140 for the entire month. To get around, suggest you rent a car because hiring a car is something like $16 per person one way which gets expensive fast. Best places to shop for groceries? IGA grocery gateway, graceway gourmet, and we found a great wine shop near cocovan for interesting wine and Italian products in addition to what you can get at the grocery store. To get to the beach in Grace Bay, you can park at the Ritz but there’s also a public parking lot across from the salt plaza in Grace Bay with a public access walkway. An amazing holiday with an incredible host in a peaceful and relaxing country. We are returning to Turks and Mark’s place which tells you how happy we were.

Wir verbrachten 3 wunderschöne Wochen auf TCI in der Waterfront Villa. Check in/Check out u Reinigung der Villa,auch während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde vom Gastgeber super organisiert. Unser Gastgeber Mark war mega freundlich u hilfsbereit. Er war immer erreichbar u gab uns hilfreiche Tipps. De Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet u ganz entzückend. Very Nice Stay

We stayed 6 nights and 5 days. The house was super clean and was just what we expected. Will definitely put it on our list for availability the next time we visit Turks. Super satisfied!

Beautiful, Clean Villa!

The villa itself is clean, nicely decorated, has a lot of amenities & the outside was our favorite (especially hanging around at night - fire place by the water, comfy outside couches/chairs, kayaks, & most importantly a pool. We weren't sure about the location at first, but honestly it faded quickly. The villa is in a centralized (safe) location to easily access beaches throughout the island. The view is why I subtracted one star on location of neighborhood, but that wasn't really a big deal to us (I am picky too) because the main time we spent at the house was early evening on. (The view straight ahead is occupied by a local duplex of sorts (not an eye sore, but you can tell it is not a vacation house & there is an empty lot besides that.) I thought the owner was respectful to keep his distance, but responded right away to texts if we needed anything. (We couldn't find the fish fry the one night & he got back to me w/ better details.) Therefore, I thought overall, the villa was wonderful & would definitely think about this villa again if we returned. ***The main road Cooper Jack Bay & Waterfront Court are now paved.

Great Place to stay while on Provo

The place we stayed at met our needs and was an exceptional price compared to other VRBO's on Provo. The only downside were the stairs and we wished the 2 bedrooms were upstairs and the kitchen/living room was downstairs as it wasn't fun carrying groceries and trash up and down stairs. The property is great, the pool was great and the location on a canal was nice. Appreciate Mark's hospitality and for taking very good care of us during our stay in Turks and Caicos.

AMAZING !!!!

Mark Tenn was very responsive to questions prior, during and departure to the villa. The villa is in a central location to all beaches and restaurants. The villa had all amenities needed, and the outside space is amazing! House was very, very clean and spacious. We will definitely look into booking this villa again. THANK YOU MARK!!

We liked the villa. Peaceful, calm. Lake with kayaking- enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay overall. No doubt Mark is a good host. Commute to and from villa was terrible due to unpaved road which hopefully be paved soon. Next time if we go back we definitely have to consider the road. Villa is great.

Perfect Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterfront Villa. The house surpassed our expectations: yeti coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, k cups, cold water in the fridge, snacks etc. Everyday we tried to sit in a new spot as there was an abundance of sitting areas to relax. This was our first trip out of the country since the crazy .....It has renewed our love of travel and the pure kindness of strangers. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Perfect spot

Waterfront villa was the perfect property for exploring Turks and Caicos. It was centrally located and had all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable and the place had chairs/umbrellas and coolers to take to the beach. We loved using the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the canal as well. Mark was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I’d definitely stay here again.
