Very cozy and beautiful tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip.

The space
This beautiful tiny home cottage has a very inviting feel. This Cottage has a king size bed and two twin bunk beds in the back room, a bath/shower combo and a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave. From the beamed ceilings to the hardwood floors we know you will love your stay.
Guest access
We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a charcoal grill outside of the home and a picnic table where you can gather outside and enjoy your meal. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.
Interaction with guests
We are not onsite, however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.
Other things to note
We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.
NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredible hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

Adorable Tiny House Village!!

We enjoyed our overnight stay in the tiny home on our way to Nashville! We will definitely be back for a longer visit in the future! The attention to detail was amazing & you have everything that you could possibly need! The beds were incredibly comfy too! Thank you for your hospitality!

Tiny cabin

Nice little tiny cabin its not to far out but far enough to be out of the crowded areas if your looking for a place to lay your head and take a shower this is it. This is what we were looking for because we eat out every meal while we are here so no kitchen needed. Nice cabin would recommend

Sweet Little Place

This sweet tiny home was indeed small but efficient and cozy. We were appreciative for the extra bedroom as it was an added space to put our things. The property and surrounding area is lovely! I can hear the TN mountains already calling us back!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time! The tiny house has all the amenities of a hotel room with the nature feel, tucked in the woods. It’s a beautiful drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the national park. Perfect for a snug family vacation for a family of four.

Fairy House!!

We named this property the Fairy House. It was so much fin staying here instead of a. traditional hotel room Unfortunately it rained and we did not get to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities but that just means we will be back!!

Terrific Tennessee Tiny House

The property was exactly as described. A charming cottage type property. The check in and check out process was simple and quick. We had everything we needed plus more. It was soooo clean....everything was perfect. I highly recommend this property.

Our home away from home!

This little community is exactly what we needed at the end of the day. It is close, but away from the hustle and bustle. The house is very homey, and cozy. We have recommended ya'll to family and friends already!! We would def stay again!

Bed Bugs

After sleeping at the property the first night, I thought I had multiple mosquito bites. There were a lot out while we were in town! However, these did not go away like normal mosquito bites do. I went to my Dr today after feeling poorly since we left and he said they were bed bug bites. Please treat the cabin so that this doesn’t happen to someone else! I am praying we didn’t bring any into our home. Other than that the cabin was simply adorable. Coffee could be improved but that was insignificant!

When we first saw this review, we were mortified. We immediately blocked off the home and had a bed bug inspection scheduled that next day. Thankfully, the inspection came back negative for bed bugs. The inspector tore the place upside down and also had a K9 trained to detect bed bugs and all the results were negative, stating there was absolutely zero trace of anything. We also have the report from the company to prove the negative result. We are very happy to report those bites did not come from our home. Hope you enjoyed your stay overall; we would love to have you back.

Best First Family Trip

We booked our trip to celebrate the adoption of our once foster son. He is an active 2 1/2 year old and we could not have picked a better place. The house was perfect and the grounds were amazing! Close enough to the busy areas and hiking trails. We loved our first Official family vacation that we have decided to make this place a regular vacation trip.

Perfect!

This tiny house was absolutely perfect for my small family. Loved that my husband and I got a king bed and our girls each got their own beds! The location was also great, about 25 minutes to Gatlinburg, 15 to Pigeon Forge and loved that we could take Veterans a lot of the time and avoid Parkway traffic! We would definitely stay again!
