The house was very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful! We enjoyed using the grill and hot tub. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

Wonderful Stay!

Had a great stay at Treetops cabin. Close to town and all the places we wanted to visit while in N.C. Accommodations were great; would just suggest to have more towels & better pillows for the beds. Gas for grill was empty upon arrival, but called Sundog rentals and they had someone come replace it promptly. Living and kitchen area had great space and were very comfortable. Loved the outdoor picnic table too. Didn't use hot tub, but looked to be in great condition. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was just as advertised, we had a little trouble finding it, but we figured it out, The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and our favorite thing was the hot tub, it was fantastic, we will visit again

Beautiful home in outstanding mountain location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It has all the comforts of home, is well stocked with everything we needed and was a joy to return to each day. The hot tub was an added treat after long days of hiking and touring. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location & close proximity to WCU & Sylva. House was as appeared & described in listing. We were contacted by rental agency warning of electricity outages in the home & area do to storms in the area. We arrived at the house and power had been restored. Good communication from rental company.

Amazing Tree Tops Stay

This cabin was situated truly in the tree tops with the most amazing views. The cabin had plenty of seating indoor and outdoor for all 6 of the guests. The hot tub was a plus and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable but I would bring your own pillow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

House was comfortable, however ants in the kitchen and missing light bulbs in several locations.

Needs a little help. But appliances worked. We had fun exploring the area. Saw Elk, great water falls, train ride out of Bryson City, and absolutely gorgeous views of the mountains. I have the best sunrises ever. Thanks

Gone Fishing

House is very well stocked with towels, bedding, and kitchen necessities. The lower level sleeper sofa was the only draw back since our group needed to use all 4 beds.

Beautiful view!

The road up to the property was steep and a few sharp corners but realistically, no issues whatsoever. Saw reviews that GPS doesn’t work but we used the Waze app and it took us there with no issues and we all had signals the entire stay. Definitely a lot of pots and pans and dishes and knives in the kitchen. Wi-Fi and cable worked great. Hot tub was enjoyable and worked great. Just a couple things which could easily be changed was there was not enough toilet paper. Had read reviews and brought some. They only provided enough for a weekend stay. If staying longer or having a larger family stay, definitely not enough. The oven on the stove worked but the only buttons to set the temp was 1,4,7. Had to set temp at 411° to get oven to work. Only 1 piece of wood for the fire which if I recall they said it would be full. And only 1 washing machine soap. Since you have to wash the kitchen towels and placemats before you leave, you definitely need to bring some of your own if you intend to wash clothes or anything. These posted issues were minimal but easily to overcome. We drove to Bryson City and took the train one day. Only 30 min away. The next day we went to downtown Sylva and had lunch and enjoyed a little shopping. Only 12 min away. It was an enjoyable stay and we will definitely book again!

Amazing Location

The property is up on the trees for sure and provides a beautiful view whether for sunrise or sunset. The home is comfortable and well appointed. Will gladly return whenever possible. Be sure to enjoy the local food and downtown area. Very quaint and great places to eat.

As advertised. Nice and quiet. Awesome view. Loved the hot tub which could be a better experience if the perimeter could be improved as far as the dirt and wood chips are concerned. The location is perfect for going in any direction. Would come again for sure

Spring Break at Sylva Cabin

The cabin was amazing! We were able to enjoy the view of the mountains from just about everywhere in the cabin. Sundog Rentals made the whole experience easy and we really enjoyed our stay. I will choose Sundog Rentals again for my next stay.
