Donā€™t miss our unique two floor condominium in Historic Annapolis downtown with 3 bedrooms (one queen, two rooms with two singles per room), living room with 42' flatscreen tv, stereo, kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, and two full bathrooms. Hardwood floors throughout. This unit requires guests to climb two flights of steps. You will be glad you did as it is an oasis in the heart of Historic Annapolis!

There is a large deck with city views of the historic Maryland State House.

The condo is one half block from Main Street, where coffee bars, restaurants, shops, entertainment and history awaits. The condo is within five blocks of the Naval Academy, City Dock and the harbor. Historic Annapolis is a great place to walk and enjoy the sites, the water and the entertainment, with live music, carriage rides and piano bars. There are local theatres, antique shops, boutique clothing shops and art shops all within a few blocks.

Host was very responsive to our questions. Apartment was very cute and had plenty of room for a family of 5. Great location for walking around Annapolis. Municipal parking lot is virtually across the street. I would definitely stay there again.

The property has the best location with easy access to downtown Annapolis area. Easy access to parking garage. Comfortable condo and beds. The stairs are a little tough but you are in the city. Deck and views are the best especially when the weather is on your side!

Great spot we have rented 2 or 3 times during our stay at the Sailboat show. Comfortable, relaxing, easy walk to the show and downtown. Real close to the parking garage. Only complaint is no towel hooks in the bathrooms. Christina is a fine host, oh and loved the new patio furniture.

Perfect for girls trip. The place was very nice and had a great location in the historic district. Despite the age of the house, it was in good condition and very well kept. Communication with the host was easy and she kept in touch and gave us great recommendations for places to eat, drink and shop!

Great location, parking costs not a fan. Weā€™re a tall family so King bed in upstairs and at least one queen bed on main floor would have been preferable.Nice and cozy and again great location, everything we did was in perfect walking distance.

Perfect Location, Comfortable and Spacious

Check-in was super easy and smooth. Owners and host was super responsive and helped us recommend a car service from the airport that ended up being a great help throughout the weekend since we didnā€™t rent a car. Place was exactly what we needed for my plebe to relax and recharge when needed and close enough to all the downtown Annapolis action when he wanted it. For our family the proximity to USNA could not have been more convenient. We loved that we could walk and be on campus within minutes. Each of my kids had their own bed and space to spread out. Was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely rent again if we are in town again for future events. Christina and her husband JP responded to all of our questions quickly.

this rental is in the heart of historic Annapolis, across from the back door of Chick and Ruths.the rental was well stocked and clean, but be mindful of the warning of stairs. it is up 2 flights of stairs to the main floor, with one bedroom up another flight.we most definitely would stay here againWe always communicated with Christina. She was very responsive and helpful.

Steps from everything in Annapolis

The place was the perfect spot for my family, we never had to use.our cars after we arrived. Everything we needed was provided in the house, even a stroller but we had our own. We had 4 adults (2 retired, 2 mid30s and a 2 year old), none of us had any issues with the stairs, we just took our time. Christina was an excellent host, super responsive and helpful. This is the place you want to stay if you are visiting Annapolis, we hope to be back soon.

Enjoyed the stay. Location was perfect for price. Misread about the entrance and stairs of the place but if you are capable of climbing stairs, the place was great once inside. I felt safe and comfortable. It worked for our needs!

Great accommodations.

Spacious, immaculate, comfortable, quiet. This was a wonderful place to stay. Within walking distance to every thing in Annapolis. Nice and quiet for sleeping. Enjoyed coffee on the patio in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. Loved it!

Plus, the Naval Academy and St. John's College add culture and excitement to the town.

The view from deck at night is a favorite spot to view Historic Annapolis. Guests of our condo love the ability to walk out the door and be in the middle of the Historic District.
The Naval Academy and City Dock area are a nice walk down Main Street.
