Very cozy and beautiful tiny home cottage. Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip.

The space

Come enjoy this luxurious tiny home cottage in the Smokies. This cottage feels very spacious with its high-beamed ceiling. It has a large bathroom with a large soaker tub with endless hot water. It has a comfy king bed and a futon bed best suited for a kid. There is a foldable mattress to top it with for extra comfort. The floral dƩcor and the hardwood floors make this tiny home quaint and cozy.



Guest access
We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a charcoal grill outside of the home and a picnic table where you can gather outside and enjoy your meal. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray.
Interaction with guests
We are not onsite however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home.
Other things to note
We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage.

NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. It is incredibly hard to get the smell out for the next guest so we hope guests will respect us enough to honor this policy.

Amazing little cabin!

We really enjoyed our time at this amazing little cabin! It has everything you need and you feel right at home. They even left us a Happy Anniversary card and some candy, which was such a sweet surprise. Itā€™s not too far from all the hustle and bustle, yet far enough to be quiet and peaceful. We canā€™t wait to return for our next trip!

Amazing Stay!

We visited for our honeymoon and we will definitely be back! It was a beautiful house and better than we expected. It was peaceful and quiet and not a far drive to Piegon Forge or Gatlinburg. We also visited the Deer Farm/ Petting Zoo and it was amazing! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay!

Not only are the Tiny Cabins absolutely adorable but they are also so functional!! The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay to be an enjoyable one! It was my husbandā€™s 35 birthday and they even left him a personalized card with his favorite candy! We will definitely be back to stay at the Turleys!

Terrific getaway spot! Quiet, well appointed and very nice family owned property.

Itā€™s a pretty cool experience staying in a tiny home. My wife was ecstatic with my choice. For six weeks I kept telling my wife that we were going to visit Ingrid in TN. And that Ingrid was waiting for us. And when we pulled up, I said ā€˜weā€™re at Ingridā€™s!ā€™, which is the name of the home I chose. She loved the setting, the home and the area. We will definitely be back next year. Itā€™s just close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to be convenient, and far enough away to be somewhat isolated. The home itself was well built and well cared for. I was actually very surprised by the water pressure; itā€™s terrific. Go stay there, you wonā€™t be disappointed in the experience.
