The Beach Haven

This king bedroom beauty is made for a relaxing Beachfront getaway. It features a VIP lobby entrance into a completely renovated space with a totally redone bath/shower. The kitchen has all new appliances, cabinets, counters and lighting. This luxury unit also has a set of hallway bunk beds. There is a large sectional sofa in the living area with a 65-inch TV. The king bedroom has a 42-inch tv. New flooring throughout compliments the new window treatments. The 10-foot ceiling with new ceiling fans increases the spaciousness of this unit The view from the balcony of the pool-beach-gulf is awesome.

This Pristine Unit is: NON-SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the balcony. No pets!

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Updated nicely and the location was perfect! We loved the accessibility of walking straight in and not having to use the elevator. We will rent again!

Perfect Condo

This was the perfect condo for our long weekend getaway. The condo was one of the cleanest that we have ever stayed in. It was completely stocked with everything we needed cooking wise. This will be our go to condo for long weekends for just my husband and I.

Overall great stay

Room was very clean. Very nice view of beach! Ground floor, just above gates to beach (noisy gate slams). Bedroom window goes into lobby (needs blackout shade to block bright light). Need a couple new skillets. Overall very nice, but the details are important! We'll come again, just different room. Nice property!

Very Relaxing Week! So Convenient!

We very much enjoyed our first trip to Orange Beach! Our condo was very conveniently located on the lobby level overlooking the beach. There was alot of activity below us at the pool and grill area but it didn't really bother us. We really had a wonderful time and were very comfortable and happy with this property!

Wonderful condo and area!

Very much enjoyed the view and the perks of being on the ground floor of the building! The condo is really close to the beach so it’s not a long walk to the water when you are ready for the beach! The King bed was really comfortable felt like my home bed. The beach chairs that were available in the closet made our trip nice because we usually just lay on towels all day. Overall this condo was a wonderful choice for a vacation spot for the Wife and I. It was quiet even tho the pool deck was right below the balcony it wasn’t noisy at all. If you are a people watcher the balcony is where it’s at you are almost directly in front and above the beach boardwalk and can see people coming and going from the balcony. We would stay here again for sure! Thank you for a great vacation!
