Tidewater Unit #606 Nicely appointed 1 BD/1BA with built-in bunks Gulf front

Unit #606 is a 1 BR with fantastic views of the Gulf from your balcony. King bed in bedroom. Condo has bunk beds in hallway. Full size washer/dryer, kitchen is equipped with newer stove, refrigerator, Keurig and Mr. Coffee makers. Flat screen TV’s in BR(32") and living room(40" smart TV) with cable,
Including Netflix. Wi-Fi connection included.
Enjoy remote check-in/check-out. After payment confirmation, I will send you the gate code and your door lock code by email and to your cell # for ease of access.
Check-In time is 3:00pm or after and Check-out is by 10:00am.
Parking passes are now required by Condo Association. Parking Passes are $50 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 issued per stay. If you require 2 passes they MUST be purchased at time of rental. If I have to bring a second pass after you are here there will be a $50 trip charge on top of the price of the pass. $50/day charge per additional extra guest.
Breathtaking view of the Gulf and Perdido Pass. Located close to shopping and restaurants. Complex has outdoor pool and indoor pool, sauna, exercise room, picnic area. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for $50/day rental...first come, first serve basis.
If you use the washing machine, PLEASE use only MEDIUM or SMALL loads. Please clear the dryer lint filter after each use.
Please place all used towels on the bathroom floor. Housekeeping brings a new set for each rental.

$145.00 charge for housekeeping assessed per visit. Lodging tax will be added to rental rate.

We charge 3% convenience fee on any amount put on a credit/debit card.

Policy prohibits rentals to adults UNDER the age of 27.

Rental prepayment of $245 is needed to confirm reservation. Prepayment will be subtracted from grand total at check in.

The location could not have been more perfect, and the communication with the host was seamless. The place itself was somewhat dated and the furniture could use some refreshing.

We enjoyed our time at Mr. Larry’s condo so much! It was perfect walking distance to the beach with unbeatable ocean views! It was our first beach trip with our 4 month old and it was perfect for everything we needed! Will definitely book again!

the furniture needs an upgrade bad the sofa had a brick under one leg and it was so uncomfortable we had to watch tv in the bedroom the whole visit and the bed was not that great either !

We are sorry things were not up to your standards and hope to have things repaired or replaced now that we know there is a problem. We have no way of knowing these things unless housekeeping informs us. If we know there is a problem we will have it resolved.

The condo itself is in a great area. Amenities and access to the beach were (mostly) great. The outdoor pool had some damage but that’s not the owner’s fault and doesn’t impact this review. Our major complaint was how dated everything was and the couch. One corner of the couch is being held up by a cinder block and when you sit on it, it sagged like it was about to give out. Also a concern was that the dishwasher was very noisy when running. There were also cracks in the tile and damage to the countertop. Remember to bring your own dawn & laundry detergent. That being said, the pros outweighed the cons for the most part. It served our purposes and we were mostly on the beach.

The view is beautiful and location is perfect. The owner communicated everything we needed to know and was very timely in responding to questions. The bunk beds are great for even a teenager! Parking was easy!

This host is extremely accessible, handles issues very quickly, is aware of building or unit issues and makes the stay very smooth. The unit was clean and as described. Will search for this host when we book in the area again. Highest recommendation.

We went for rest and that’s exactly what we got. We used the balcony and only went to the beach twice totaling less than four hours in our four days there. Would definitely use again and the owner was very helpful… even ordered perfect weather for us! We’d give it five stars!

Very nice vacation spot.

We had a great time staying at this place. It was easy to check in and out. The place was nice and clean and had all the necessities one would need and had a beautiful view of the beach. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

This condo was perfect for my family of 3 for 5 nights. My daughter who is 13 and is taller than me didn’t want to sleep on the bunk beds so we took her a blow up mattress. So the only downside was not having a sofa bed but we made adjustments (no big deal at all) Beach view was perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and afternoons. Our host, Larry, was so amazing and very easy to reach if needed about anything! We’ve been to Gulf Shores twice and this is the first time we’ve stayed in Orange Beach and we enjoyed the less crowded part about it. Parking at the condo was wonderful and the elevators are by far the best ones we’ve encountered at the beach (even a door dasher that rode up with us one night commented on that) Bottom line, you won’t regret booking with Larry, he’s a wonderful host and the condo is just what is needed for your stay! Thank you Larry for letting us stay in your condo!

Often, dolphins can be spotted playing in the Gulf of Mexico out front of the condos. Close to many great restaurants and activities, such as, water parks, shopping outlets, golfing, biking trails, Gulf State Park fishing pier. All of these are within a few miles of the condo.
