Luxury 6 person villa with private pool, quiet location in the middle of nature.

Kas Tribon is located at Villapark Fontein in the quiet part of Curaçao in the middle of nature. Villapark Fontein is a park with private plots and 24/7 security. The park is under development and has a diversity of low-rise buildings. Kas Tribon is situated on a plot of approximately 700 m2 on a hill. The lot is fully equipped with a fence. There is parking space for two cars within the fence.

The house has 3 spacious bathrooms. Each bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. The first bathroom is directly connected to the main bedroom (ensuite), the second bathroom is between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and the third bathroom is located at the roof of the terrace, right next to the swimming pool.

Immediately upon entering is the kitchen, which is in open connection with the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas hob and combination microwave, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, pans and accessories. There are also more than enough glasses, cups and crockery (including a set of plastic children's crockery).
Next to the kitchen is the living room. Here you will find a sofa and comfortable rocking chairs.

Directly next to the living room is a spacious porch (covered terrace) with a large dining table and benches. The table and benches are spacious enough for 8-10 people. A BBQ is of course also available!

The porch changes into the terrace, with the swimming pool (6 × 3 meters) at its edge. Next to the pool is the second porch with adjoining bathroom. This porch is equipped with a large lounge sofa and hammock. Everywhere there is an unobstructed view of overgrown hills and the Caribbean Sea on the horizon.

Because of the location of the house on a hill and the prevailing wind direction, there is always a cooling breeze in and around the house. The garden around the house is equipped with tropical plants and palm trees.

The house has three bedrooms, each with two box spring beds. Each bedroom can be arranged as desired with two single beds or one double bed. Bed linen is included in the rent. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom.
The bedrooms are all equipped with modern air conditioning and the possibility to hang mosquito nets (these are present in the house). Large fitted wardrobes are available in all bedrooms. A cot and high chair are available for the little ones.

We have prepared Kas Tribon as complete as possible for a comfortable stay. Of course the following things are not missing: BBQ, Internet with WiFi, Mosquito nets, Bed linen and towels, Washing machine and clothes dryer, Ironing board and iron, Cot and high chair.

There is also a TV and audio / video system; it is possible to play DVDs, BluRays or CDs that you have brought with you. In addition, it is possible to connect via Bluetooth, USB or HDMI equipment such as laptop, tablet, etc. We do not have access to a television signal, but via the audio / video system it is possible to watch the latest news, for example missed by broadcasting. Naturally, guests have the option of using the available internet connection via WiFi.
