Experience the city like a local in your very own downtown loft. Up to ten Lucky guests will call this spacious condo home, only steps away from Savannah's prime shopping and dining attractions.

Newly renovated with lofty ceilings and exposed brick, Telfair Loft is the ideal downtown headquarters. Catch up with old friends in the open living area before going out on the down for dinner and drinks. Or, make use of the brand new kitchen and formal dining room for a cozy night in.

A primary bedroom with King size bed, writing desk, and en suite bath is located just off the main living space. The second bedroom is two steps up from the living area and boasts a Queen size bed and the perfect nook to enjoy your morning coffee. Up to four guests can spaciously accommodate the middle bedroom with two Queen beds and a walk-in closet. Another two guests can occupy the back bedroom with Full bed.

Between the newly renovated kitchen, stacking washer/dryer, and flat screen smartTVs in every room, Telfair Loft truly leaves no amenity aside for your most comfortable vacation yet.

Start your day with a local brew from The Coffee Fox and make your way down to The Paris Market Brocante & Cafe for some retail therapy, recently voted "The South's Best Shop" by Southern Living. Head towards City Market and grab lunch in Little Duck Diner before starting a walking tour with Genteel and Bard. After learning of Savannah's rich history, cap the night with dinner at Chive Sea Bar & Lounge and drinks on the roof at Rocks on the Roof / Bohemian Hotel.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Property location was perfect! Some concerns regarding the parking situation. No parking available and had to park 2 blocks away in parking garage which was 45.00 after I checked out. Dropping off items at check in was a challenge. Had to find a place to stop in front of building unload all stuff including groceries and the had to make several trips up. Possibly provide a cart for your guests to use. TV’s would not work due to low signal put out by the modem. Had to call for garbage bags, management was very responsive and quick to rectify. Bathroom sink in the bedroom with king bed leaks and items under sink were wet. Had to reach out to management regarding where to take trash out. A welcome package would have been helpful, suggested activities, restaurants. Directions for trash, etc….

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok, location was nice. Floors were disgustingly dirty. One shower drained very slow, one shower had a missing door. Wasn’t enough toilet paper. Had messaged the property prior to make sure there were enough wine glasses, they said yes enough for 10, there weren’t enough. Had run out and purchase glasses and toilet paper.

Savannah Bachelor Trip

Had a wonderful stay - the loft is right off of Broughton with plenty of shops and restaurants to go to. Easy walk to pretty much anything we could want. The loft itself was spacious enough where 8 guys weren’t tripping over each other. Clean and eaay to get in and out of the building. Elevator up is a little sketchy but didn’t have any problems.

Excellent Location!

This condo is the perfect location for downtown Savannah. The amenities are basic, and the coffee pot was broken. Otherwise, we’d give 5 stars!

Beautiful home - Prime location

The home was beautiful The location was prime! Some of the beds and pillows were terribly uncomfortable The toilet handle was broke but would work. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Super cute loft and fantastic location on Broughton St. We easily walked everywhere in the historic district. This is closer to the commercial north end of the district. Loft has 3 spacious bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is a space off another room. Like, you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the 4th bedroom and it doesn’t have windows. But still large. Bathrooms don’t appear to have been updated like the rest of the property. More dated. But clean and functional. Kitchen is well appointed. Furnishings are cute. Management company was accommodating and responsive when we had questions. We were very happy with this home.

Great location for walking to downtown

This was a great place to stay for us 6 ladies. 3 out of the 4 bedrooms didn’t have windows so it was nice to sleep in. There is an additional bedroom just adjacent to the living, which does have a door and window, which worked out for some of us since they were early risers. We loved this location as once we parked our car at the parking garage close by we could walk everywhere. I would recommend this place if ever visiting.

For a quiet 7 person group of girls, the location was completely safe with codes to get into the main lobby door + the room! It was clean and spacious with 2 great bathrooms and 4 rooms! The location was FANTASTIC!!! You're literally a 5 minute walk to everything you need and want to do throughout Savannah! Highly recommend using Lucky Savannah and the Telfair Loft for your next trip to Savannah!

Would rent again

I want to say I would rent again here but I have some tips for people in the future. The property is managed by lucky Savannah. They did give me a link for check in but only gave me the code for the door to the actual apartment. They never disclosed the code for the door to the building. I was sitting outside in the heat trying to figure it out. Luckily someone who lives there gave me the code. There was no “welcome” binder or page with info so we went a full day before hearing back about the WiFi password. Did not end up taking out the trash because we had no clue where it was. However, the place is BEAUTIFUL, spacious and in a great location. We never had more than a 10 to 15 min walk to all different places. Would absolutely rent again but hope for a little better communication.

spacious condo, great location

Property is just as pictured in the listing. Very spacious with comfortable accommodations, nice furniture, well appointed, and beds were comfortable. Linens provided and bathrooms were stocked w hairdryers and supplies including shampoo/lotion etc. The location was perfect, near Broughton street, in the historic district, we walked all weekend. Check-in process very easy. Elevator access to condo on the second floor. Would definitely stay there again. My only negative comment is about the noise. It can be noisy at night with alot of street & alley noise, city noise, and you can often hear the people in the other condos. I would still stay there again, its not a big deal for us and we got used to it, but I mention it for those who need a really quiet sleep setting.

Great Location

Perfect location near City Market. Most everything was walkable. Enjoyed Top Deck Bar on the river twice. Hop on Hop off Trolley Tour worked out well for getting around. Highly recommend The Olde Pink House for dinner and the bar that is downstairs at The Olde Pink House.

Family of 10 visit

We were a family of 10 (6 adults, 3 kids,1 toddler) staying 3 nights in Savannah. The great things about this peoperty are 1) central location you can walk to most places 2) spacious the large open living space was perfect for our group. The things that could be improved are 1) floor cleanliness Kids and toddler had dirty feet walking barefoot. Management sent a cleaner the next day to mop 2) kitchen cutlery mismatched and glasses not enough for 10. Very large bowls. Just to note the 4th bedroom is accessed only thru the 3rd bedroom. I don't think that is clear in the description. Parking is an issue. Street parking can be hard to find and some spots have to be vacated in the night for street cleaning. There is a close garage. I'd recommend it over street parking. You have to load and unload in the alley. There is no pack n play for an infant, so we brought our own. In summary, it's a great space for a big family group. Some small improvements would make it a 5 star. Management provided clear instructions and was responsive to dirty floor situation.
