Located between Congress and Broughton Streets, in the heart of the Downtown Historic District, this three bedroom apartment is the perfect hideaway for your stay in Savannah. This airy, bright and eclectic pad is ideal for those who want to indulge in Savannah's thriving nightlife scene.

You'll enter off Montgomery and up the full flight of stairs to The Monty. Leading into the main living space, you will locate a bar to the left to shake up some drinks, and plenty of seating for everyone. Just off of the living room, you'll find a spacious kitchen with every appliance needed for cooking a full meal.

The Monty is the home for you if you're looking for a fun place to gather with friends steps from bars and restaurants! When the sun goes down in Savannah, the fun has just begun. Thanks to the lively Savannah nightlife in this area, there are plenty of things to do in Savannah after dark. Grab a plastic ā€œto-goā€ cup and carry your drink from bar to bar throughout downtown Savannah and River Street!

Located just around the corner, The Rail Pub (voted the #1 dive bar in America) is fun spot to start for drinks, live music, and karaoke. Make your way next door to Congress Street Social Club for a beer and late night street food, and finish your night off at Lulu's Chocolate Bar for a sweet treat or dessert cocktail.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Location, location, location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location, close to River St and city market. Near pick up spots for nearly all tours (carriage tours, Riverboat tours, etc), and near tons of restaurants and bars. However, with the central location comes the noise from being centrally located and next to the bars. So take the good with the bad.

The outdoor karaoke bar behind the rental was absurd. Weird situation. Total bachelor party location. I was surprised they called and asked who was in our party, because mentioning my 70 mother perhaps warrants a heads up!

Location is fantastic! Place its self is great! A young personā€™s paradise. If you want to actually sleep not so great. Place should supply ear plugs or at least mention the noise from the bands and bars go until bar time. Then followed by the street cleaners.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issues we had with this rental space were the following:1. We found molded coffee leftover in the coffee pot from a previous renter.2. One of the beds was advertised as a King Sized Bed through Airbnb. When we arrived it was a Queen Sized bed frame, with a Full Sized bed on top of that frame. Very confusing.3. No Oven Mitts. Very small inconvenience but still would have been nice to have one for cooking with the oven.Otherwise, the guys and I had a great time and the location of this property you just cannot beat. Thank you for letting us have my Bachelor Party stay here!

Noisy but great location

The other reviews mentioning noise are completely valid. The back bedroom windows face courtyards between bars that host karaoke nights, and it gets very loud. If youā€™re seeking a quiet and peaceful stay, this may not be the right fit. However, if youā€™re planning to enjoy the local nightlife, the location is idealā€”everything you need is within walking distance. The space itself was generally good, though it wasnā€™t as clean as I expected, and there were no extra linens provided. Overall, it served its purpose and the location is hard to beat.

Bachelorette Trip

The location was honestly really great! Very walkable which was extremely convenient. At the time of booking I was aware of the karaoke bar near by but only because of the reviews. While this was not much of an issue for my party, I could see how this may be inconvenient for people staying for other reasons as they stayed open late and were quite loud, I just think this should be mentioned in the description of the apartment. There also was not a sufficient amount of products in the home like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. As far as the description for number of people that this listing can sleep, it should be updated as the ā€œqueenā€ bed seemed more like a full and the couch in the living room was actually a futon and not a pull out, which was not sufficient for 2 adults to sleep in, we ended up buying an air mattress. For the cleanliness, there were remnants of another party left over like glitter all around the floor and tape on the walls. There were also a few dead bugs that looked like roaches in multiple areas of the home. Despite all of that, we really enjoyed our time in this listing for our intended purposes!

I didn't read all the reviews before booking!

We could not stay at this house due to the noise. It is for people who can stay up until 3 AM in the morning. Do yourself a big favor, read all the reviews closely before booking, and know that you were staying in a place with loud noises ALL NIGHT.

Great location / Loud Neighborhood

Loud, very loud. Not family friendly rental, you are living on top of a dive bar! Place needs a good cleaning. Rugs are stained, bathrooms are in need of some love and not a single room has a level floor. Yes, location is great for historic district. But unless you party until 3am this is not the place to stay.

overall great place

This is a yearly trip for us and we stay somewhere different everytime.Great location for walking distance of all we wanted to enjoy, as we read in the reviews it is right above a bar so it can be loud at night if you are not into the night life (fine with us because we mostly stayed out), however on sunday (when all the bars are closed) there was a really annoying thump as in a speaker all night and all morning. Also, the A/C does not go below 70 which was terrible, we woke up sweating every night. Other than that very nice home. Thank you for having us.

Everything was great. Loved the location, except that there was a dive bar directly behind us that was open until three doing karaoke. Noise canceling headphones a must. Cute property. Seven women 4 days, Ran out of toilet paper. Over all very satisfied. Walked everywhere. Right next to city market. we ran out of toilet paper

Nice Apartment. Great location, easy access and walking distance to all of the historic district. Not for light sleepers. Karaoke bar downstairs is pretty loud until 2am.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is excellent. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The next door cafe is the absolute best. As warned in other reviews, it is loud at night due to street cleaning and other utility traffic. Itā€™s an older property, so the walls and windows are not sufficient to block the sound. That was the only thing preventing a perfect stay. The place is well-maintained, rooms are large, beds are comfortable, everything is clean, clean, clean. If traveling with non-family members, you may wish to know that neither of the bathrooms is en-suite; both are down the hall from bedrooms.

Great Location and Stay

The place was clean and easy to access. Walking distance to basically everything and anything. The nightlife throughout the town is loud through 3am and this apartment is in the heart of the noise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great layout wise, but I had no idea the location of the flat would be right next to a karaoke bar. We stayed Thursday- Sunday and the the bedroom at the back of the flat is practically in the bar next door so you will hear EVERYTHING. Luckily the 2 rooms at the front of the flat were a little better. Donā€™t book this place for sleep. We had a great time going out and loved the convenience it provided to the bars but there is a trade off for convenience! Also- the TV didnā€™t work for half the stay and for our last night they installed a Roku system. I was a little upset for how long it took to get the TV working since you have to pay for the management of the booking.

Best Location for access to downtown

There is downtown Savannah then thereā€™s really really downtown. Close to everything including parking garage. This is our 2nd stay.
