This beautiful cabin nestled in the towering pines of the Ouachita National Forestis truly one of a kind. Whether you’re relaxing in the covered hot tub or enjoying s’mores by the campfire, your time spent at the Hilltop will be exactly what you need to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Inside enjoy the luxurious rustic finishes and perfectly matched décor; from the two-story living room with a cozy fireplace to the huge media and game room overlooking the outdoor deck and campfire.

The Hilltop at Eagle Ridge is just a short drive to all the restaurants, shops and fun Hochatown and Beavers Bend State Park has to offer, but is set on a beautiful hilltop surrounded by the Ouachita National Forest for the ultimate privacy and amazing views. No matter where you are in the three-story house, you get to enjoy beautiful views of the forest and the surrounding hilltops of the Hochatown area.

The down stairs area features a foosball table, big screen TV and card table for some late night fun. The fully stocked chef's dream kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and all the tools you need to host the entire family. Large screen TVs and ceiling fans are featured throughout the cabin.
Just a short walk from the cabin is a marked hiking trail leading you through the forest to a secluded cove of Broken Bow Lake.

The cabin has WIFI, Satellite TV, a hot tub, fire-pit, charcoal grill and washer & dryer.

This cabin's proximity to The Camp House at Eagle Ridge, The Lookout at Eagle Ridge and the Trail House at Eagle Ridge

Excellent get-away spot

We took 6 couples for a kid-free weekend getaway and had an excellent time. The view from the back porch was beautiful. We had the seclusion that we wanted but were still a short drive from town.

Adequate for a weekend stay

The house was not very clean, and was not very well equipped in the kitchen as compared to other cabins in the area. Air conditioning unit was not adequate for the size of the house. It stayed very hot the whole time. The cabin is beautiful and conveniently located to local attractions. Overall it was okay, but I wouldn’t choose this property again.

Thank you for your feedback. Wish you would of notified us about the cleaning issues and the AC not working while you were at the cabin. We would of sent HVAC to address the issue, and had a member of our team go to the cabin for the cleaning. Cabinsinbrokenbow Staff

Great Get-A-Way

This Cabin was a wonderful place to stay and the locations of bedrooms worked out perfectly give kids there own space. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was there were not directions for the hot tub (there was a sign referring to hot tub notes but there were not notes) or dishwasher (which was confusing to not have a delay or long wash). It would be helpful to have a book that had instructions for the house and check out procedures. The cleaning crew showed up at 11:30 and sat in their cars waiting for us to leave, which made leaving feel a bit rushed. Overall it is a great place to vacation!

Thank you so very much for the feedback and we will definitely take into consideration your recommendations. We regret that you felt rushed to leave. Sometimes guests leave prior to noon and because Hilltop is so large they do show up in case you have already left so they can get the cabin clean for the next guest. There was no intention to rush you.

Perfect getaway with tons of room!

My family loved staying in this VRBO. It felt secluded and it’s a 4 minute drive into the park. Beautiful views with a pretty hike down to the lake. So much room inside with the 6 bedrooms! We will most likely return in the future. We had some small hiccups along the way. There was no shampoo/conditioner in the showers so we had to go out and buy some. Another review mentioned needing to bring paper towels and dishwasher detergent, which we brought and used. The house ran out of trash bags while we were there. There was only a fitted sheet on a few of the beds without a flat sheet. And I wouldn’t call the kitchen “stocked”. If you know you’re going to cook something, don’t assume any ingredients or cooking tools will be there besides pots/pans/spatulas/ladles and silverware.

We had a great time. The cabin is wonderful and while it rained a lot we had a lot of distractions in there. Amazing place I would recommend it!!

Great cabin in a great location

My family and I stayed over a weekend and enjoyed the cabin very much. It was close to hiking, restaurants, shopping and groceries. The kitchen and outdoor amenities were enjoyed by all. Will definitely plan a return visit.

Family Getaway

We had three couples and and two children age 12. The cabin was great and the view was great! It is a good location and close to the lake and the hiking trails. I would stay again!

Perfect place for a large family vacation

We stayed for a week at this wonderful house with my mother and our adult children and their partners. Also brought along our fur babies. The house is beautiful inside and out with wonderful views. It is also very secluded and private. The only downside was the drive to the house once you turn off of 259A. The road is in pretty bad shape and is barely wide enough for one vehicle. Probably would not have been an issue had we not brought our 24' pontoon boat. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit in the future.

Amazing Stay

This property meet all our needs and expectations! Great space and well appointed kitchen helped us thoroughly enjoy our family gathering. The weak streaming capabilities for any television shows was our only disappointment.

We absolutely Love your cabin, it’s the second time we stay.

Several things you should know; Hot tub was not working it doesn’t heat up. Front burner on stove doesn’t work, which made it a bit difficult to cook. Kids tried to run in the front yard, all of them got tons of stickers.

Great place, not so great sleeping due to full size beds

Basically we had a great time and the only reason we would not stay again is the bed situation. The only comfortable bed in the cabin was the king. We had eight adults and four of the six could not sleep in small full size uncomfortable beds. Otherwise we would scheduled fir next years family vacation.

This property was great.. exactly what we were looking for.. wish we had a 4th bathroom for 12 people but that was no problem. Peace & Quiet.. very relaxing.. the road to the cabin was rough.. good response from the property mngr as well

Beautiful cabin in a wonderful location!

This was a beautiful cabin and we had a wonderful stay here! The cabin was really clean and had great amenities. Overall we had such a great time here! Suggestions for future renters: bring paper towels, paper plates and dishwasher pods. There was literally one roll of paper towels and one dishwasher pod. The cabin is perfect for families or large groups! You will enjoy your stay here!

Overall experience

Was awesome! Our family loved the picturesque views, hiking trails; and the distance from the park and town couldn’t have been better. I was little disappointed in the cleanliness but I feel that there was an emergency because the cleaning crew had left the keys in the supply closet when they left. The refrigerator door handles had stuck on food that had to be cleaned off, but once I saw the keys in the door of the closet I felt there may have been an emergency I hope and pray everything was okay and it was just a mistake. I would stay here again. This is our second year to spend time with our family in Hochatown OK for Christmas. I highly recommend trying it! Remember the best gift is time with the family 😃

Rejuvenating and Beautiful

I’m afraid this property has spoiled us for life. It was clean, massive, with such beauty it takes your breath away. The owner is very responsive but gives you space to make the place feel like home. The kids loves the hot tub and a campfire every night. It was about 10 minutes from the lake. We could’ve brought way more people in our group and have been perfectly comfortable. This was our first trip to Broken Bow, and like I said, I’m afraid no property could ever measure up. This was truly a top notch experience, and we are still thrilled we chose this beautiful property for the week.

Cabin for peace and relaxation

We absolutely loved our stay here. The cabin is so spacious yet there are places to have "alone time" with God and nature. The kitchen was awesome as well as the rest of the cabin; everything was clean and well maintained.

Beautiful views

Overall loved the property and the amenities. The view is stunning and the home is gorgeous. Only reason for 1 Star being taken off is the fact that the dishwasher did not work throughout our whole stay so we had to hand wash dishes. We were also told a plumber would come fix it but they never did, which led to water leaking down into the bedrooms below.

Christmas Stay

We had an amazing time at this property for Christmas 2019! The property has a hiking trail that was fun to get out and enjoy. The house has plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. This was a perfect size for everyone to meet at and enjoy a Christmas without being on top of each other.

Beautifully decorated. Spacious and comfortable. Views of the national forrest with a bonus of the setting sun. Quick and easy drive from Hochatown. The owners have equipped the home with your basic needs. Easily sleeps 14 people in a warm and comfortable manner.
