Welcome to our wonderful mountain home!

Sitting on the deck, you will look out over an expansive valley with a breathtaking view of the Mummy Range in the Rocky Mountains of Northern Colorado! Relish in the peaceful sounds of nature among the rock outcroppings just outside your back door. Enjoy hiking the numerous meandering trails, kayaking the private lakes and biking the many miles of paths; all while viewing the abundant wildlife around you. This is an amazing getaway you'll always remember!

With a master bedroom loft complete with a designer bathroom revealing full mountain views and two tastefully decorated bedrooms, this mountain home very comfortably sleeps 7 adults. Plus, a pack 'n play is available for little ones. A full main-level bathroom - featuring pine forest views from the shower - and an additional three-quarter bath will more than accommodate your needs.

To satisfy your culinary desires, this mountain home has a nothing-overlooked, well-appointed kitchen complete with a Silver Series Weber gas grill on the deck... for sizzling that perfect ribeye.

When taking a break from the myriad outdoor activities, you can relax on the SunsetterĀ® awning shaded deck or settle into the leather-upholstered great room boasting full A-frame window views of the Rocky Mountains. If games are your thing, hang out in the game room and play billiards or just chill and watch a Netflix movie - projected life size with surround sound.

If you are looking to find a little more action, delightful Old Town Ft. Collins is an easy 35 minute drive down the mountain where you can find world-class shopping, enjoy a multitude of restaurants, taverns, theaters and music halls, white water raft the Cache La Poudre River or catch a sporting event at Colorado State University. To the west, Red Feather Lakes Village is a picturesque 15 minute drive further into the mountains featuring more lakes, hiking, sledding, mountain biking, fishing, groceries and a few cozy restaurants.

Karen was a considerate, attentive and generous host, accommodating changes in our itinerary due to inclement weather and going beyond to ensure our pleasant stay. Her mountain house is wonderful for a gathering of family or friends. Favorites were the pool table, many board and card games, and the spectacular picture window view.

We really enjoyed our stay despite the wind storm! Karen was really great to work with and stayed in touch with us throughout the stay when we needed her. She was very accommodating. Weā€™d definitely come back. The views are amazing! The bed is super comfortable!

This home is exactly as advertised. Everything was in great shape, and great working order. This home was very very clean. My wife is a stickler on that, and raved about how clean the home was. It was absolutely perfect. We are trying to justify another trip just to stay here. Internet did the job, and cell service was nonexistent. Only things you really need to know.

Perfect stay!

Our family stayed in this fantastic cabin for a long weekend! It was perfect!! Roomy, had everything we needed and the views were unbelievable!! The drive from Fort Collins to Livermore was unbelievable. Our host was so helpful with questions and directions. Everything was great and weā€™d definitely stay here again!

Incredible property with every detail thought out. Loved all the extras (cozy blankets everywhere!!) that made it feel like we were at home. Kids loved the game room and parents loved the zero-gravity chairs to watch the hummingbirds on the deck. Beautiful area to explore and perfect place to relax and unplug. Host was incredible by sending written directions in case our cell service failed in the mountains (which it did) so we were still able to get to the house. Also loved the small pond and nearby lakes.

Winter Wonderland!

Relaxing and Beutiful

The family had a wonderful time at this mountain home. The access was easy and the views are amazing. We had a deer that came right up to the back door and napped under the porch. The family enjoyed the pool table and movie room during the evenings and one day when we had a little rain. There were many hiking trails nearby and we tried our hand at fishing one day. The cabin is clean and comfortable for a family of six. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself. Great Host and Great cabin.
