Destin on the Gulf 302 is a 2 bed/ 2 bath beachfront condo. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 with its King bed, and 2 Double beds setup. Enjoy the Gulf views from this units private balcony or visit the beach through the property's private boardwalk and walkway. The beachfront pool offers a place that the entire family can splash around and have a great time. Use our charcoal grills to cook seafood from the local charter boats or grill your favorite meal.

Amenities included with your stay include:
- One complimentary round of golf with cart at Regatta Bay, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary half-day deep-sea fishing trip for one adult, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary Snorkel tour per unit, per paid night stay.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect property for our family. Simple and clean and close to all things Destin! I would stay here every year. Great place to make memories and enjoy a relaxing vacation with family.

Little peace of heaven

Loved staying here there truly not another place like this I feel like in Destin that very remote and private and the condo was lovely very cute and homey! Will definitely be back next year !!!!

Room needs some tender, loving, care

It was good. Room was o.k. No kitchen towels, coffee pot timer button didn't work and kind of love waking up to fresh coffee. Ice maker, oven light didn't work. No extra blankets for sleeper sofa.

Destin on the Gulf

Master bedroom needs a new matress desperately. The cookware in the kitchen needs replaced, so if you like to cook you may want to plan on bringing something or buying while you are there. I wasnt comfortable with the lock on the main door, it wasnt very secure at all. The air conditioning quit a couple hours after arriving but they were very prompt on getting the issue resolved. We will probably not stay there again due to matresd but the neighborhood is absolutely AMAZING, and did make me feel much better about the door not being secure.

Great place to stay

Location is excellent the room was great no sunset view but overall it was just what we wanted. Only complaint was the security latch over the door was broken and I requested it to be fixed and it was not! For our entire trip! 6 days. Its close to everything and was an overall great stay. I would recommend to others, nice place for the price...

Bang for your buck

The property was as it appeared in the pictures online. The management team provided additional trash bags, a couple dish washer packets and a laundry packet to get you going Thee unit was clean and adequate for our family (3 adults and 2 children). There were a few things that were slightly annoying but not a deal breaker. In the master bedroom the headboard was not properly secured to the frame of the bed so every minor move to include breathing made the headboard hit the wall. The mattress in the master was pretty uncomfortable but the other beds were fine. The pans in the kitchen were in extremely rough condition and make it tough to cook. There is also not crock pot for those that might want to cook that way. The pool is not heated. There are no beach towels so plan for this. Other things to consider when renting this property is that you have to pay for chairs and umbrellas on the beach ($40 for one umbrella and two chairs). The fee is per day. Renting from a company would be a better option if you planned to beach each day since the unit does not provide these. We left behind beach toys so hopefully the next renter can enjoy them however cheap sand toys could be easily purchased by the unit owner. There was a styrofoam cooler for use at the beach but it may have been a left behind from another renter. There is also no housekeeping options but there were ample linens. Overall the cost is worth the experience but understanding that some things aren't great or part of the cost will better prepare you for a great trip.

So dissatisfied after a 11 hour drive

It was so disgusting and misleading on line, especially for the price, that we arrived, but immediately called to get our money back. So gross!

Holiday Isle

The condo was in a great location and relatively clean. The living room furniture is old and dingy. I wasn't comfortable sitting on it so we through a bedspread from the closet over the couch and did not sit in the other two chairs in the living room. The complex itself is old and in need of repairs / updating. The fitness room was teeny tiny. I think this would be a great complex for families.
