With its refined amenities and a setting that embodies serenity, this beachfront oasis sets the stage for an unforgettable escape

Located on Holiday Isle just off the busy highway but close to all your favorite places - Boshamps, Louisiana Lagniappe, McGuires and of course right on the Beach!

We love this building because you only share our private beach with 40 other owners and their guests!

For those guest that have never been to Destin, we have private beaches and each building has access to the beach in front of their building. So if you are staying at a larger building with hundreds of units, you will be sharing the beach with all of those people. At Destin on the Gulf we only have 39 other units that we share the beach with which makes your vacation much more enjoyable!


The master bedroom with en-suite shower/tub combo has a king bed, 2 nightstands, 1 dresser, TV w cable and a an accent chair with views of the ocean.

The guest bedroom has 1 queen and 1 full memory foam beds with a TV w cable. The 2nd bathroom is next to this bedroom

Just what we were looking for

We were in town for our daughter’s softball tournament and this condo fit our needs perfectly. The unit was clean upon arrival and had more supplies than I was expecting. My two teens were happy to have their own beds despite sharing a room. The beach access is great and the beaches were not crowded (even in July!). Chair setup on the beach was also very nice to have but those guys are definitely a hurry to put it all away and go home in the afternoon. The neighborhood is safe and nice and everything you need is within 10 minutes.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay at Alicia's place. Even with it being the week of the 4th of July, the beach wasnt crowded. The Destin on the Gulf is a small but nice complex that helps prevent overcrowding. We would definitely recommend this unit to a family looking for a relaxing get away.

Family beach trip

We had the best time staying here! Perfect for a family with young children. Easy walk to the beach and a pool steps away. The host was easy to communicate with and available. Would definitely stay here again!

Great right off the beach getaway

This was great place right on the beach for a relaxing weekend. The only downfall is that there isn't a lot that is easily accessible without a vehicle or Uber/Lyft. Otherwise, I highly recommend.

Great Unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The low density complex made our time on the beach so enjoyable. The unit was clean and spacious. Didn't hurt that the water was crystal clear during our stay!

GREAT CONDO

This condo was well taken care of, clean, and updated for the most part. We loved our view of the ocean from the condo and it was easy to access the pool and the parking lot. The location is perfect! I’m not giving 5 star because of the condo complex itself seems outdated and in need of attention. Everything was technically in working order except for the gym that was closed down. We chose to go to the laundry mat instead of using what was provided. It’s a great place to stay for location but very basic as far as amenities go.

Great location

The condo was great really nice beach. Alicia had great communication. We had a small mishap when checking in and it was resolved within 2 hours. Will definitely stay again.

Very enjoyable

Super clean, top notch decor and location. Directly over the pool so great for a young family. The complimentary beach chairs/umbrella service were such a value! $45/day saved. Our only small complaint is that it is minimally stocked. Be prepared to do an immediate trip to the store. Not a dealbreaker for this one.

Microwave is was not in operation. Door was broke I communicated that and was never repaired. I lost a lot of leftovers not being able to reheat

Vacation

The property was very nice, and extremely clean. We typically stay near Mirimar, but we loved this location, the beach access was great and the beach was not overly crowded.

Confusion

The management email had the wrong code for the parking area. The agent was unavailable until well after another guest let us through the gate. There was a code for the unit door in the email and it worked. The unit was clean but the microwave door was broken and we couldn’t use it the entire time of our stay. The agent never responded to our text. The garbage disposal was jammed and I had to fix it myself. The balcony seat cushions had seen better days and the metal trim on the side table was rusted to the point we didn’t dare put anything on it. The balcony light didn’t work. The pay washer/dryer didn’t work on our floor. We had to go up to the next level to wash our clothes. For what we paid for our stay we think maintenance could have been better and the agent could have at least responded to our concerns even if they couldn’t all be addressed during our stay. On the positive side-the location was exactly what we wanted. The beach was pristine and the free beach chairs/umbrella was a plus. Friendly staff set everything up for us with a smile! The pool was well maintained and easily accessed.

Great location...needs updating

A great location...love the private beach access & chair service. Quiet building. Gym was very old a VERY small. Building needs to overall that space & improve it. Location to resturants/businesses was good...not too close, based in a "neighborhood" of rentals but...easy to get in your car & hit the store/shops when needed. Good space for 2-3 people. No more. It's tight...& interior is a bit "dark" ...needs a little more updating than what has already been done. Kitchen was sufficient but...not well stocked with appliances/cutlery/plates, etc. Only basics provided.

Family oriented, quiet location, right on the beach, and beach service was great to have. Restaurants, attractions, convenience stores for most people will require driving.

Great condo with beautiful beach access

Overall was a very nice place to stay. - Location is amazing - Condo was clean and well kept up - Building and property was safe, well maintained, and really nice. - Check in and check out was smooth Giving it 4 stars because it was among the more expensive properties we considered and it wasn’t as well stocked (dishes, kitchen supplies, linens, etc) as I would like for our family of 5 especially given the overall price. Would recommend to get some additional supplies for the condo.
