We have central air and there is a fan in the bedroom. This townhome is an end unit so there is only one shared wall.

No Pets or Smoking, No Loud Music. My HOA will fine me $1000.00 and ban my VRBO rentals. Townhomes pass noise and vibrations to neighbors ridiculously well.
