Great location

Great location, older condo but in good shape and well maintained. The entire area is still recovering from the latest round of storms, but everyone there seems dedicated to getting everything up and running.

Property was awesome!

Management was on top of it, Messaging me every day to make sure I didn’t need anything. Location was right where we needed to be. I will return to this place in the near future!

College friends reunion to celebrate turning 50

We had the best time. Everything was as described. We loved the amazing ocean view, morning coffee on the deck with the awesome view, walks up and down the beach, 2 people per bedroom & bathroom was perfect (we had 6 total). Well stocked kitchen. Parking was easy. Comfy beds, had everything we needed like beach chairs and beach towels. Would love to return.

Awesome beachfront corner view!

Very nice clean and neat 3 bedroom 3 full baths. Great kitchen. Great patio overlooking beach. I had no idea how bad the damage to this area was by Helene. This place was all cleaned up, water and electricity and WiFi working exactly as stated. Pool demolished by the hurricane but who needs a pool when you have the beach. Will stay here again. Thank you!!

Wonderful condo on the beach. Need a washer and drier. Also, inform renters of issues with your amenities before signing up. No pool, hot tub, washer dryer. Excellent location on the beach, will come back.

Condo was a great location to anything we wanted to do. It was clean and fully stocked with anything we could have needed during our stay. The only small issue was the washer/dryer combo. Even after watching multiple YouTube videos we could not figure out how to get the dryer to work. We gave up and used the dryers that were right outside the condo door so it really wasn’t a problem at all. We will definitely be back.

Yearly meeting with friends!

This unit is exactly like it describes. Very well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, very clean. The view is amazing. The only problem, really not a problem to most, probably, but the washer and dryer (1 machine for both) was a little hard for us. The washing part was just fine, but the drying part took a couple of hours, and still damp. Other than that issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Perfectly far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle!

Stayed here in May 2024 with 2 other couples, who are family members. It was so nice having a separate bathroom for each couple. The rooms were nice size, kitchen literally had everything you could possibly need and more, and everything was clean. Fell in love with the “frother” on the Keurig, I must now have one! The view of the sunset from the balcony was exquisite, and we lived the private beach. It was great to not have to rush early to get a spot, it was not crowded at all. Had a nice large area to ourselves. It’s really the perfect spot to be close enough to Clearwater Beach and the very touristy areas like John’s Pass, but not right in the crux of it all. Lots of really delicious eats nearby too. And the drive to Seaweeds is a must!

Girls trip

Celebrated turning 40 together with my friends and this condo was perfect! There was 5 of us and there was plenty of room. We loved having 3 bathrooms so no one was ever fighting to get ready. The hallway was a little out dated but as soon as you turn the key, the unit is updated and beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Once you step out of the lobby, the beach and pool and bbqs are like 20ft away. The water was calm and beautiful and the beach was less crowded than at the bigger resorts in St Pete. We loved the location and the mom and pop shops and restaurants near our place. We ventured into St Pete and Treasure Island, but couldnt wait to come back to our area at Indian shores. Bridget and Danielle who work in the office were so friendly and helpful. I bothered them many times and they were always happy to help with any of our needs. We all had an amazing time and im looking foward to renting this property in the future! 😊

We had a great time. Had a couple of issues that were quickly addressed. Need a cookie sheet |:) Otherwise the kitchen was well equipped. Need better directions for the washer/dryer as we were only able to use the washer.

Highly recommend

We showed up to a very modern looking condo. It was beyond our expectations. Wonderful ocean view, check in was so easy as they had everything ready when we arrived. They had beach chairs, boogie boards and much more for us to use during our stay. This area of the beach was much more relaxed and peaceful. We will be back to stay again!

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. However found the beds too high for some members of our family over 80yrs of age. We didn’t find the step stools until the last day as they were under the beds not visible. Also may need a change of living room furniture as the cushions kept sliding out of sliders when sitting. Enjoyed the beach tubes and chairs. Also wanted to let you know the dishwasher wasn’t properly installed so it kept creeping out when opened for use. Overall very nice place.

My girlfriends and I had a great weekend getaway!

Great place with plenty of space for all of us girls to spread out with our stuff, close to the beach and close to all the amenities you could need! We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Fruit flies and dirty floors

The condo is very nice. Updated. However our unit had fruit flies in the kitchen and made it almost impossible to cook. The floors were also so dirty our feet were black. I told the front desk who brought me a mop and told me fruit flies are bad and there is nothing they can do about it. I tried reaching out to VRBO to help and was unsuccessful. They reached out to the property manager who was unresponsive A few people we met said they visit and always stay at this condo complex but feel it has gone downhill. The pool heater and the hot tub were also not working during our stay

Everything was as stated in the listing. Condo was super nice. Can walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shop. Pool, hot tub and beach were fabulous! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this condo. Can’t wait to go back.

Friends vacation

We had an excellent time the resort it was very clean and beautiful. Defiantly enjoyed the beach front view were We could watched dolfins play and enjoyed the sunset.
