Located on a pristine beach that stretches for miles, you will find plenty to explore. The beach access is a short walk away. On the beach, walk north toward the mouth of the Alsea River and hunt for the perfect piece of driftwood. Head south on the sand and you can walk for miles (eight to be exact)! Not ready to turn around? Continue up the steps and onto the famed 804 walking trail which takes you along the rocky basalt tide pools and into the town of Yachats where you can enjoy a great meal and an ocean view. Come home and enjoy a long soak in the sunken hot tub nestled among the shore pines. You will find a well appointed kitchen in an open floor plan that is sunny and fun. Down the hall are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a peak in to the garage will surprise you because it's a bonus space to play and enjoy.

Sleeps up to 6 - 3 Bedrooms, 2 King (one King can be split into 2 Twin beds with 72 hour advance notice), 1 Queen and 1 Sleeper Sofa; 2 Bath.
Vehicles: Licensed for 4 (strictly enforced)
Winter: 2 night minimum; Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
