Brand new bamboo wood flooring throughout with new carpet on the huge balcony with a panoramic view. The view is to die for, and you have the option to go lay on the beach or stay on the deck. Washer dryer on the parking level. Two TV's & wireless connection for guest, microwave, coffee maker.
All you need is your sheets and Towels.
In the bedroom you will need one Queen- and full-size sheets
We have an automatic blow- up Queen size bed to use in the living room. There is no longer a pull-out couch. Please bring queen sheets for the blow-up bed and pillows.
One parking space comes with unit. Street parking available for second car.

Its a nice place

Everything was great except the fact the internet and tv didnt get turned on till Thursday and then Friday they turned it back off... also not ac in the bedroom... had to buy a fan because it was toooo hot for my kids to sleep in there.. i would stay there again if Everything was fixed and cleaned better...

View is incredible

The place definitely needs some TLC. Patio door is hard to open. Closet door is broken. The people that are cleaning are ripping the owner off for sure. The view is incredible, the beach is a nice area with not a lot of people. We had a great time on vacation we have definitely stayed in worse.

Some things could be improved. The ac unit in the bedroom didn't work and cable wasn't working at first. Cleaning people are ripping the owner off. Door to patio, dront door, fridge handle needs to be repaired.

View was spectacular, as advertised!! Property owner was quick to respond to questions prior and at beginning of stay! My family had a great time! Hope to come back next year!

It was amazing. Fresh roses on table when we walked in. Was spotless. View and access to beach incomparable. Close proximity to stores. Above my expectations. Seen dolphins, jelly fish and variety of other animals. Would definitely go again.

Well, that's the first George. Why don't you tell us how you really feel. I will be going to the property at the end of the month to start making some changes. Please let me know what you didn't like so I know what needs to be done. Some people just had a great time this summer and some people were disappointed. Please let me know what we can change so that you would have had a more enjoyable stay. Thank you in advance and I am sorry the unit did not meet your expectations.

Family vacation

Amazing view and a short walk to the beach!!! I personally loved it. My family,however, had a few issues with the limited places to store our things and the fact that the pull out couch was broken. Luckily, we just went out and bought an air mattress. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation nonetheless. The property owner was kind and super helpful(:

Amazing location, great sized apartment

First, this location is amazing. You are on the beach, and all surrounding buildings are only 3-4 stories high, so this section of the beach is a lot less crowded than closer to the boardwalk to the south, or closer to the larger hotels/buildings to the north. There is a super market about 2 minutes drive, and a larger food lion less than 10 minutes away. Plenty of mini golfs, restaurants around. Second, the view and terrace are one of a kind. Internet and TV worked well for us. Owner was responsive to a question we had. Bedroom has queen and full size beds and there is still room left. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom, although dated, was clean and functional. Could the cleaning service do a better job? Sure, we did not get the feeling they spent too much time mopping the floors. Does it matter? No. Apartment was as clean as your average rental that is cleaned by a service. Nice floor throughout. Quiet building. We found the furniture to be comfortable enough. Looking forward to booking again for next year.

Black Mail

The manager and or property owner tries to make up damages to blackmail you for money. He sent me and email saying that the place was left in a mess so I should send him 1000 dollars. Fortunately we took pictures and when i sent him the pictures he said, that was not the point. not sure what the point is, the property was left the way it was found.

I will tell you what the point was and is. You let 20 kids sleep in the unit and they blasted horrible music that no one ever would want to listen to with the language in the music. They were running up and down the stairs, having huge gatherings in the parking lot. They basically made all the other units have a terrible week. That's the point.

The only good thing about this condo was the view!

Upon arrival, there was a foreclosure letter plastered on the door for the property owner! The unit is located on the 3rd floor which is up 4 flights of stairs. The flooring right outside the front door where the A.C is dripping water felt as if you could fall through the warped flooring! I'm not sure who is getting paid the cleaning fee that guests pay upon booking this property - as the unit was absolutely filthy! Caked on dust and gritty sand on floor. Upon our arrival the kitchen area was polluted with ants- had to spend the first 2 hrs of our vacation traveling to buy ant traps and spray. The cabinets were cluttered- had to rewash any dishes we used not to mention the dish washer was full of dirty dishes when we arrived. The handle on the oven was broken. The shelving in the fridge also broken. When you opened the fridge door your condiments would fall on the floor. There is no closet space to use. No place to hang your clothes. The bedroom curtain rod was broken pulling out of the wall. The one bed is pushed up against the only closet which was full of clutter ! The breaker blew upon using a blow dryer. The television only worked half of the time. The furniature was horrible! It was covered with material coverings but in addition to that, I had to use our own towels and sheets to put on top of those dirty coverings. The icing on the cake was that washer did not even work! My husband spent another two hrs trying to get it to work. Our first three days we did not have a washer to use . Only after contacting VRBO did the owner - instruct my husband to locate a tennant on the 1st floor who could help with this!

Go stay at the Hilton next time and pay $800 a night. I know what type of person you are. You can't enjoy a vacation to save your soul and all you wanted was to see if you could get a discount. Everyone else has had a great time because they are there to enjoy the view and go to the beach. Yes I need to update a few things which i plan to do when I get there in October. Go buy a condo on the beach so you can live happily ever after. Always wanting to see the worst in everything. Thank you so much for your nice review.

Location and view

The best things about the property were the location and the view, which was amazing. Large deck on top floor provides ample space to enjoy the view throughout the day.

Not as advertised

The only true was great view. The furniture is dirty and tearing I didn’t want to sit on the sofa and chairs, the bathroom hasn’t seen a mop in years, the queen size bed lumpy and uncomfortable with dirty mattress cover, the bedroom air conditioning sound like a lawnmower and if you turn it of you die off heat. We came home a day early we couldn’t take it anymore. Respectfully, Luisa and Julian

Hi Julian, It is people like you that make the world go around. Because of the covid-19 I have not been able to see my condo for a year so my apologies. I guess some people expect more from a beach house . The renters who stayed there all summer were quite happy. You are my last tenant and I will be in OC to check out the condo this month to take care of any issues. While we appreciate your feed back next time I recommend you stay in a hotel and pay double the price.

Patio decking overlooking the ocean !!!

The view from the top floor deck just off of the living room is absolutely beautiful. Condo is perfect for long days at the beach and not needing to pack lunch or snacks. Just walk up to the condo when hungry, and after you eat, put your toes right back in the sand. Perfect for romantic dinners overlooking the ocean. Property is peaceful and quiet. Ken is very responsive if you have any questions or issues. Thanks for an amazing time and looking forward to coming back!

The over sized deck looking out onto the ocean was the best. Even on our one bad weather day we had 10 dolphins hanging out right in front of our condo. The inside of the condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Appliances are new and we had everything we needed to cook dinner. Air conditioners in the main area and bedroom kept the condo cool as temperatures outside were in the 90's. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone that can handle walking up 3 flights of steps.

Amazing vacation!

This place had the most amazing view! It was clean and bright. The kitchen was well stocked for almost anything you'd need. I loved being away from the crowds yet close enough to drive a little ways to the boardwalk or other places you wanted to go. There was plenty of places you could walk to also. Having the little closet on the parking level where the washer and dryer were was very convinent to store all of our beach gear. Had outside showers to wash all the sand off which was super helpful. Especially for my kids. The only issue we had was the night before we were due to leave. We came back about midnight or so from the boardwalk and there was no parking available for us. That was the only time parking was an issue. My family and I would definetly love to come back!

Awesome vacation

The property is as advertised. Right on the beach, awesome patio overlooking the beach. Condo was plenty of space for my wife and 8 month old. Only downfall is being on 3rd story with no elevator. Other than that, awesome place.

Nice and clean place

Beautiful bamboo floor in living, kitchen and bedroom. Modern kitchen appliances. Plenty of pots and pans (all old, but working). Old cabinets, but clean. Furniture tired, including old mattress. Why oh why wedge two beds in the bedroom ??? No room to move, no room to access the coat closet. Coat closet already half-full with owner's clothes. We had enough room in closet and chest of drawers, but there were only 2 of us. Cannot see fitting clothes for 6, so get rid of the double bed of the bedroom,. Deck of course is great, and view is fabulous... but that is why we chose this unit. Everything was very clean, which make the place very attractive. Thank you Ken.

Fantastic location, quiet beach,

Great location, quite pristine beach access, close to a ton of restaurants and activities , nice amenities and a really accommodating owner. the only thing i will mention is that it is a 3rd floor property with no elevators and a lot of steps, so if you have a physical constraints this is not an accessible property. It was a blissful and a great week and hope to do it again next summer

Great location and Amazing views !!

Loved this unit. Was a perfect place to stay with an amazing view of the ocean. The building is so quiet and peaceful. We never turned the tv on all week as we spent all of our time out on the deck when we weren’t down on the beach. Ken was very prompt in returning any message I sent. The downstairs closet was a great place to store our umbrella and beach chairs. My one and only complaint would be how close together the washer and dryer are, it was a little difficult getting the clothes out. However that would not affect my 5 star rating !! I would recommend this unit to anyone and would stay here again anytime.

Great view - condo is a challenge

I will start out with the good. The location is great, and the balcony is huge and right on the beach. It’s an end unit on the top floor so it’s quiet. It’s like having a second room outside on the beach. It’s great. The bad... The condo is on the third floor, with no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have young kids or someone with limited mobility. The condo is suuuuper cramped with furniture. I mean crazy cramped, hoarder cramped even. It looks like they hit a swap meet and and put it all in there. We had to move furniture in each room to be able to move around. They could take out 2/3rds of it and it would still be enough. The condition isn’t great, dog hair was everywhere on the pull out, floor etc. Fire alarm with no battery, door falling off the kitchen sink cabinet (attached with duct tape) and drywall dust still present on the walls and floors in spots. ***** If you rent, make sure you get the trip insurance. We were welcomed home with a $300 claim for a stain on the couch, which very well could have been there before we arrived, and could have easily been cleaned. Glad we had the coverage. Seemed like a cash grab for a couch that could not have been worth more than $100. Odd way to do business**** All in all, if you’re looking for a place on the ocean and can deal with the 3 flights of stairs and the questionable condition. The view and balcony made up for a bunch of it.

Amazing views, great location!

The place is Awesome! It has to have the biggest porch in OC, the views were spectacular. Only steps to the beach but we never wanted to leave the porch. The condo itself is adorable, the couch and beds were super comfy. The location is perfect, you can walk to many wonderful restaurants such as the bayside skillet, that has the best breakfast and orange crushes! Also, the Ropewalk, BJS, Fagers Island, to name a few within walking distance. The owner is very nice and responds quickly. We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be coming back soon!

Panoramic Views of The Ocean. Great Balcony !!!

Property was clean and furnished well. Spacious deck with lots of seating and what a Phenomenal view. Great location and Great views of the ocean. Dolphins could be seen from the balcony and the coolest moment was swimming with them during our stay.
