This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo sleeps 4. No driving needed you are just steps away from the Beach and restaurants, miniature golf and other family activities. New remodeled condo with new kitchen, New Bathroom fresh paint etc. Bedroom has a queen size bed. Living room has a queen sleep sofa TV w/ cable Free Internet. Includes washer/dryer, full size fridge, new stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, flatware glasses, pots and pans. There is Absolutely no pets and no smoking Allowed. This is a private property. You are required to bring your own linens. You must be over 25 to rent.
To access the property you will receive a access code in the app the day of your arrival .

We just spent 5 days at this property. One quick walk to the beach The place is beautifully updated and stocked with everything you will need. The hosts were quick to respond to communication. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

What a nice place! It was beautiful and the owners were awesome! I would recommend it to a small family or a couple looking for a nice getaway.

My trip was great. The property manager was easy to reach with any questions. This place is very nice, and updated. Love the kitchen. Shower is also beautiful. Just a few steps away from the beach so that was great. We had to go by pillows and sheets though so that was a bit of an inconvenience but everything else was great. Plenty of storage space and toiletries. I would highly recommend this spot. Thanks again for having me.

We have stayed here multiple times in the last several years. We love the location and cleanliness of the condo. Easy beach access with lots of food and activities within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Clean & updated with great proximity to beach and activities

This little apartment is perfect for a weekend getaway! So close to the beach, and easy walk or bus ride to restaurants and activities. Very clean and updated, the kitchen is spacious and great for bringing your own snacks and food so you don’t have to spend all your money in restaurants.

Although it says linens are not provided, please note there are no pillows as pictured in the listing as well. This is not a walkable location for anything on Ocean City Boardwalk. It is beach adjacent, but not on the beach. Host was quick to respond, but when I was panicking about not having linens for our honeymoonn since I misread the listing the host wanted to charge us over 300 to provide the basic necessities, luckily there is a linen rental company that provided the necessary items for 3 days for 80. Also there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, so we ran the dishwasher.
From the parking spot allotted with the rental to where the beach is.
Dirty dishes, (we didnt cook as we were at a music festival and ordered Uber eats for breakfast).

Just as described

We wanted a place that was close to the beach and also not far from stuff to do. It was very close to the beach and is also in the middle of getting to things downtown but also towards north OC. You can hear traffic as this is a first floor but with the air-conditioner running it was not bad. All the amenities were provided. Will be stayjng here again!

Nice, Convenient and Clean

We enjoyed the condo. It was well supplied with all we needed and very clean. It was convenient to the beach...steps away, restaurants and shopping. It would've been better if it were quieter inside the condo. Coastal Highway is literally one sidewalk away making it way too noisy day and night. All in all, except for the noise, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice weekend stay

The condo was ideally located—within walking distance to many restaurants and other activities. Also it is only a short walk to the beach. The condo is very tastefully decorated with modern updates. The only reason for an overall 4 star rating is because the unit is located on the first floor within steps of coastal highway so the traffic noise is constant. Therefore, if you are a light sleeper the noise may be an issue. In addition the AC units are very loud as well. But a pleasant stay nevertheless. Owners are very responsive too.

Wonderful!

Excellent location to both the beach and food/stores/activities. Modern condo that is exceptionally clean. Hosts were great to communicate with and made the check in/out seamless. Highly recommended!

Perfect!

The place was very clean and spacious for 1-4 guests. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. Very modern with, what appeared to be, updated everything. I would (and probably will) definitely stay here again. Very responsive Property Manager as well. A+

Short stay

We were happy to find a 1 bedroom close to the beach that had availability during the week. The unit was spacious, clean with an updated interior. The check in process to obtain an access code was less than desirable. It was close to 5:00 before we could get in however the landlord was very apologetic and resolved the issue quickly. The only request would be to supply basic toilet paper in the unit for guests.

Updated condo steps away from beach!

My husband and I stayed here for a short trip for our anniversary. We had a little trouble checking in because the door code wasn’t working, but with a quick text to the property opener about our issue, we were immediately texted a new door code. Upon entering, we saw that the condo was super clean and very updated with stylish furniture and appliances. The beach was extremely close- about a 2 minute walk, if that. The property is located close to many restaurants, shops, and amenities but it’s also on a very busy street corner. During the day, it is of no consequence, but at night it does get a little distracting. There are hordes of young people making noise at the corner waiting to cross, and the timer for the crosswalk can be heard even in the condo. That being said, it was something that we accepted (the a/c drowned out some of the noise)- especially with how close the beach was to us, and how nice the condo was. It was overall a great vacation! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean with good pricing

The location is good, aside from the traffic noises. We left the air units on to down the noise. Amenities all updated and very clean, but garbage disposal did have an odor. Our daughter tried the futon and was too hard for sleeping, the couch was a better option. Beautiful bathroom and kitchen, and just steps from the beach. Only downfall is the traffic noise at night and more comfortable furniture. Very responsive and communicative mangers as well!

Vacation Stay

Our stay at this location was great! Very spacious and clean room with very short walk right up to the beach. Nicely located to multiple food and entertainment locations. Would definitely book again.
