Luxurious First Floor 2 Bedroom Condo with Awesome Views.

Unit number 5104 -- This is a luxury condo with very nicely upgraded appliances, comfortable beds with a TempurPedic Supreme Topper, walk in master shower with multiple shower heads, comfort height toilets, induction cooktop, both Keurig and Cuisinart coffee makers, 75-inch QLED 4K UHD Smart Roku TV and all the necessities to make a wonderful vacation. This condo is at the Greens at Ventana Canyon and is adjacent to the beautiful Ventana Canyon golf course. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom can be configured as either a king or two twins. This Condo has been upgraded for use by the owners, so everything is done with care. It has beautiful double pane windows to help reduce any noise and roller shades that will provide an unobstructed gorgeous view of the Catalina Mountains. We have tiled throughout the condo and roller shades (no cords in the bedrooms) to minimize the risk of any pet issues and it is meticulously cleaned. Our condo is just a short 5 min (1.8 mile) drive from Sabino Canyon hiking trails. We are not on-site, but we do have a local caretaker if you have any issues. This is a Smart Home, so you can check in any time after 4:00 PM by just using your individual code. If you want to have a beautiful view while you are working away from the office, we also have two nice work desks (one of the desks has a Steelcase Amia deck chair), a new printer/scanner/copier, and of course high speed (100 MB) internet. If you are bringing a dog (no cats allowed!) please select the pet option in VRBO so that we can know to schedule extra time for cleaning. We have a newer Ice cold AC, a brand new Bosch 800 dishwasher, a new LG French door refrigerator, and new full size LG washer and dryer.

Please note that there is a $100 pet fee to cover additional cleaning and wear and tear. Please select the pet option listed with the guest description if you are bringing a dog.

Our intent is to provide all the household items you will need for up to 14 days. Including Charmin Toilet Paper, bounty or Kirkland paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, etc.
