This convenient ground floor unit is in close proximity to both clubhouses, tennis court, pools and spas, fitness center, and business center. This recently updated condo has Mexican tile throughout the living room and kitchen leading through french doors onto the peaceful enclosed patio with an iphone/ipad dock Yamaha stereo radio. The living room hosts a new queen sized sleeper sofa and a dual reclining loveseat, new coffee and end tables , fireplace and a 65" Sony HDTV and a high speed wireless router. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, a mounted 37" JVC HDTV , and a walk in closet. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and walk in closet with a 43" 4KHD Toshiba TV with Chromecast. Both bedrooms have high quality linens and plenty of storage. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space and upgraded appliances. For enjoying your morning coffee both Keurig and standard coffee makers are available. For your convenience, there is a full sized Kenmore washer and dryer in the hallway. Enjoy a game of tennis - rackets and balls are provided. Covered parking is conveniently located near the front door. WiFi and cable TV are provided at no extra charge. .
DISCLOSURE: We take Covid-19 very seriously. We have set up systems with our cleaning company to ensure the condo is cleaned and disinfected properly. The condo will have everything you need, however, items will be stored so that they can be taken out as needed.

Great Stay at Peggy's Condo

We totally enjoyed staying at Peggy's condo. It is a beautiful condo with a great porch area, wonderful tile throughout, and is close to the pool and spa. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone contemplating visiting Tuscon and the Catalina foothills.

Mountain Retreat

A lovely condo in the Catalina Mountain foothills. Roomy, well-equipped, and convenient to shops, restaurants, and nature attractions. Excellent birding in the complex and right from the Arizona room.

Great Condo and Host!

This is our 2nd stay at this specific property (5th at the complex), and everything was great once again. Good location. Clean and updated unit. Great parking situation. Peggy is the best host!! We had to make some last minute changes to our stay due to a family health issue, and she was so accommodating. I always appreciate her excellent communication and really kind and helpful nature!

Excellent location and clean!

This property is nestled right in Ventana Canyon in walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, hiking and more. We really enjoyed our stay.

Thanksgiving Family Visit

I really enjoyed staying here. We spent the first couple of days working remotely from here. After that, we were able to visit family in the area. It was really nice to have a nice, comfortable place to return to after long days. We had dogs along as well and they really enjoyed the neighborhood. The only issue I had was that the asphalt streets have a lot of built up dirt and tire rubber that stuck to our dogs feet, chest and belly. (Cavaliers)

Wonderful Christmas getaway

Our family decided to spent this Christmas in Tucson. Peggy’s place was a perfect home base for our holiday adventures. It was a very nice and safe neighborhood with private access to Ventana Canyon trail. The condo was a great space, plenty room for our 6-days stay. Kitchen was fully equipped, laundry was helpful after long hiking, and TV with Comcast and Amazon helped us to pass time during the rainy Christmas Eve. We definitely recommend.

Great Condo in a Great Location

We loved the condo, the community pools & hot tubs and the proximity to the Sabino Canyon, Mt Lemmon, Ventana Canyon, etc. The community is so quiet and well maintained. The condo had everything and is well stocked. We appreciated the trekking poles and cooler, along with all the pool towels, well stocked kitchen, TP, paper towels, a welcome ice-cold beer in the fridge and excellent communication from Peggy. We will definitely be back. Thanks!!

Great location in the foothills above Tucson

This is a great condo. It is so nice to stay in a place that is well cared for, has a great screened-in outdoor patio, a fully stocked kitchen with spices, coffee & cooking oils, great communications with the owner, a welcoming bottle of wine, and has plenty of paper supplies and trash bags to easily last a long time. We also appreciate the cleaning products that are available - why do car rentals never clean their inside windows? A pet peeve of mine. We came here to check out this area and the location was perfect for hikes and for getting around. Trader Joe's is fortunately close by off Ina Road, and the hills around the condo made for great running routes. Peggy has thought of everything - from pool towels to a nice sized cooler to take on the longer troad trip days. The furniture and king sized bed are very comfortable as well. Our favourite space is the lovely patio that is watched over by a large saguaro cactus - something we sure don't have at our home, and both of the heated pools are squeaky clean with lots of chaise loungers. All in all a great find. Thanks Peggy for your hospitality. .

Lovely Property! Fabulous Owner/manager

This is a lovely exceptionally clean condo. It has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. The kitchen is well equipped even if you decide to do most of your cooking there. The bathrooms are nice and the walk-in shower very nice. There are even many shampoos/conditioners and skin lotions for every need. The linens are very nice quality. There are three TV's (one in the living room and one in each bedroom) which helps keep the peace in the family particularly with my husband being such a big sports fan. We loved the screened-in sunroom particularly in the early mornings with the cool breeze coming in. It was a very relaxing experience. The property owner, Peggy, was so nice and accommodating yet very professional in our interactions. I would not hesitate for a moment renting from her again. She does have other condos in the same complex that she rents out on VRBO.

Lovely condo in the Catalina foothills

Well-equipped ground floor condo with attentive owners ready to help with problems (had difficulty with TV). Parking for our car right in front of condo. Hiking trail to Ventana Canyon right outside complex. We travelled to Tucson for the road biking. Able to ride to The Loop biking trail from the condo but hill ride back. Not an ideal location if you want to spend alot of time exploring downtown Tucson. Grocery stores and restaurants about 10 minutes away. Weak Wifi.

Relaxing and perfect location to enjoy Tucson

Thus 2 bedroom condo is even better than the pictures. It is well equipped with even little things that made our stay easier... laundry soap, dryer sheets, pool towels, spices, and bathroom extras. We hosted our Tucson cousins for a simple dinner, and found the kitchen and dining to be well equipped. We loved the screen porch and the community pool and hot tub. The condos are adjacent to beautiful Sabino Canyon, just a short drive down the road. Peggy was great to communicate with. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We felt like we were visiting a good friend's home.

This was an excellent property. I loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were able to go home with clean clothes thanks to a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the lovely screened, enclosed patio. We felt like we were visiting a friend's home because it was such a great atmosphere with so many amenities. There were plenty of supplies as well as condiments, spices and other necessities like shampoo, conditioner, etc. These were items left by other guests for future guests use. We really appreciated it and left some goodies for others to use. When we return, next May, we will come here again. I can highly recommend this property and the the great owners, Peggy and Ed who were so responsive.

Great Stay!

Peggy was absolutely amazing to deal with, she always answered my questions immediately and her condo is just perfect! There is nothing that you will need once you get to this truly great condo. We were very comfortable because everything was well taken care of and you can tell she has much pride in her place. I truly appreciate how very clean she keeps it and how well maintained it is. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and they are both very private with the family room in between. Bathrooms have everything you need, bedrooms are very comfortable and linen very nice. The kitchen was well equipped and we did cook a few meals. There is a very nice enclosed sun room for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. The location is very nice and in a good location. There are several restaurants close by and a grocery store. Ventana Canyon is also close by! There are several pools/spas but unfortunately did not have time to get to them! We will be back! I very highly recommend this condo/home and I plan on coming back and staying here again! Great condo with all the amenities

Quiet location close to hiking and golf. Condo has everything needed. Just unpack and get some groceries and your good for the duration of your stay Peggy responds quickly to any queries and is very accommodating. Would stay there again if visiting Tucson

I am originally from upstate New York and my husband is from the Philippines and is an engineer for the Department of Defense. We live in Southern California and fell in love with Tucson when we brought our son to the University of Arizona. He is now on his PhD studies at the University of Otago in New Zealand. My daughter graduated from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania and our youngest son graduated from San Francisco State University. Ventana Canyon is the perfect place to experience the 'empty nest syndrome'!

We enjoy the peace and serenity of Ventana Canyon. There are so many activities in Tucson associated with the university which make our time spent there more enjoyable. Tucson is perfect for active and young-minded people and is also very affordable. We want our guests to feel at home from the moment they arrive.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We enjoy having the tennis court and fitness center so close to home. We love to take our morning hikes then come home to relax on the patio. The parking space is conveniently close to the condo, yet it is still very quiet.
