Welcome to Casa Rosa, a beautiful oceanfront home with spectacular views of the Caribbean. Casa Rosa has all the comfort and amenities you are looking for yet is very affordable. Located close enough to town for convenience and far enough away to escape the tourists. Perfect for a large group or family, sleeps 8-10 people.

Casa Rosa consists of three apartments each with a separate entrance. The main house downstairs has two bedrooms, both with queen size beds. There is also a queen size self-inflatable mattress for additional quests. The full kitchen is complete with cookware, and appliances. The bathroom has a separate sink and dressing area for your added convenience. The open dining and living area allows plenty of space for friends and family.

Step out the sliding doors from the living room or the master bedroom and enjoy a refreshing dip in the salt water pool or ocean, (the beach is rocky, so swimming is only recommended for experienced swimmers and snorkelers), or relax in the beach chairs with a cool drink.

Upstairs there is a spacious studio. This huge room has a queen bed, kitchenette with table and chairs, large bathroom, and a sitting area with a small couch. There is a large wrap around deck facing the ocean for sunning and spectacular ocean views. Here you can relax with a cool drink looking at the sights, or take an afternoon siesta. Walk down the staircase to enjoy the pool area.

On the second and third floor there is the Penthouse. This apartment offers a large open floor plan on the second level, which includes a living, dining and kitchen area. It also has a covered balcony overlooking the front of the house. There is a full bath located on this level. There is a queen size blow-up matress to accommodate additional guests. The bedroom is located on the third level, along with a 1/2 bath . Step out the sliding doors to your private sun deck and a 7' X 11" plunge pool. Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean, sunrise and sunsets from the third level deck.

Casa Rosa is located at the end of airport road, a 20 minute walk or a short taxi ride to town and Playa Norte (the islands most beautiful beach). There is plenty of parking in front of the house for a car or golf cart.

Come to Isla Mujeres with your family and friends. Stay at Casa Rosa to RELAX!! Here the days start with amazing sunrises and ends with picturesque sunsets. Collect shells, read a book, lounge by the pool, take a walk, enjoy the friendly people, and explore the island. Perfect home for family groups

With 3 apartments that can be remted separately or as a unit this is perfectly suited for a family vacation. It allows people to have their own space but also comfortable group gathering spots with room for all. The location is central, easy to get everywhere on the island. Clean and comfortable, the pools and yard meticulously maintained, the housekeeping staff were friendly and kept us with clean towels and whatever else we needed. The property manager was quick to respond when an air conditioning unit broke down, sent a crew to replace it immediately. My son accidentally locked his keys in his apartment and they were quick and kind about fixing the situation. Bonus points for the fact that two gorgeous sea turtles visited the beach right in front of the home! We would definitely book this property again, excellent choice.

We loved this beautiful and well cared for property

We highly recommend Villa Rosa. We rented the entire home that has three separate areas all equipped with a full kitchen and sitting area. The view out the windows over the pool was amazing! The owner Mike was always quick to respond to inquires and was very helpful in setting up golf cart rental so the carts and keys were at the property when we arrived. The main floor pool area has lots of comfortable seating. The beach below has tons of shells though as advertised it’s not really a swim beach. There is also lots of seating on the upper level outdoor patios that are a great place to relax and enjoy coffee and the view. We would definitely stay at Casa Rosa again!

Amazing!

I took my mom here for her 50th Birthday as a surprise. She absolutely loved it. She was in the Penthouse and had an amazing view. The amount of privacy was unmatched. Super convenient to the city/town by golf cart or taxi. Michael was extremely helpful/responsive with any questions or suggestions I had. Great place to stay I would highly recommend it and would love to come back to Casa Rosa someday.

Great place for family fun

We had an awesome time. We rented all three floors so we each had our own area but had family time by the pool and dinners in the ground floor apartment. Julian had our golf carts waiting for us when we got there. The only problem was that we lost power twice. Each time, however, the owners were very responsive and got some one over to fix it right away. Would highly recommend this place. Great location as well!

Beautiful Location and amazing property!!

We loved our stay at Casa Rosa. Mike was so helpful with information on our travel and tips. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed and we were so comfortable. The pool was amazing and we spent a lot of time swimming and hanging out on the patio. The views of the Caribbean were breathtaking and we did end up swimming out past the reef a few times. Everyone in our group are strong swimmers and we had a few calm days that allowed us easy access to the water. We found beautiful sea glass right on the beach in front of the house and we had a few turtles come up onto the beach at night. Our trip was one of the best yet and we hope to return to Casa Rosa soon. We highly recommend Casa Rosa if you are looking to travel to Isla Mujeres.

Best week of our lives

This house had everything to do with it. Great place, lots of space, and great views in a convenient location. The pool is awesome. My group could only hope for an opportunity to come back again. If you’re reading this, just pull the trigger, it’s worth it. Particularly for the price.

A Beautiful and Relaxing "Dream Vacation" Spot

I have stayed several times at Casa Rosa and will go back again and again. The views of the Carribean are spectacular while floating in the beautiful pool and sipping your favorite beverage. Each unit is well appointed and has all of the amenities of home. This oceanfront vacation home is perfect and peaceful and you can walk to town for more lively sites to enjoy. The kitchen (in each unit) provides the option to "eat in" so you never have to leave this paradise location - and next door is my favorite restaurant "DaLuisa" - serving excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. For a relaxing vacation in a magical spot - Casa Rosa is the place to be.

So relaxing & peaceful.

I stayed at Casa Rosa this summer with my family members and can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and peaceful vacations I have had recently. This was my first visit to the island during the summer and I was worried about how hot it might be, but it truly was not bad at all. The views are so beautiful and the apartments are equipped with anything you might need. We even cooked fresh lobster on the grill by the pool and enjoyed a lovely dinner poolside. An easy walk to town from this location.

Great way to spend some time

My family and I spent the week of Christmas 2014 at Casa Rosa. We rented the entire house as there were 3 couple. It was amazing. It was easy to find with a short cab ride from the ferry docks. I think about $5 US. We also rented a golf cart to get around and ended up renting a moped too. The police were very watchful to make sure we only has 4 people in our cart so we had to go with a moped too. And to be honest it was much more fun on the scooter. Case Rosa is exactly like the pictures on this and other sites. It has a beautiful ocean view and is very quiet at the back of the house. The water is not good for swimming but we spent hours on the shore looking for shells and seal glass. And the North Beach is 5 minutes away if you want to swim. Every morning a young man would come by to sell us fresh fruit juice. We tried them all over the course of the week. If he did not have a certain kind he would make sure to bring it the next day. The owner's rep was very gracious and stopped by to show us around. The kitchen was well equipped and many a meal we cooked at home. The grocery store is just down the street and they carry everything you need. There are plenty of towels, both beach and bath, lots of extra blankets and pillows and bottled water. If you run out of water all you have to do is set the empty jugs at the curb and they are replaced with fresh ones. So easy. Around the corner is a small cafe called Mango's. We ate breakfast ether many days. It was so good. We will not hesitate to stay at Casa Rosa again!

We stayed at Casa Rosa last year for 8 days. We had my friends wedding in the back by the ocean, it was so beautiful. Mike was so accomodating and the management service stopped by almost every day to see if we needed anything. The house was clean. It had all the supplies you would need for the week. A Special Retreat

We spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved it. It was very clean and well stocked with essential supplies. We loved the view and privacy. We opened the living room doors and truly relaxed as the breeze filled the home. The book selection was great and we loved the location. Mike was awesome and easy to work with in making reservations. We have been visiting Isla for over 25 years and we look forward to renting this lovely piece of paradise again! Thank you!

Upstairs/Downstairs

This was our third time at CR, because of booking late we had to stay upstairs, with a week downstairs. So between the two floors~ they both have positive qualities. Upstairs you have a birdseye view of the ocean~ downstairs you have the pool at your feet. Upstairs is roomy, but downstairs allows you more space, especially if you bring aot of clothes as I do. There are nice chairs to sit on upstairs and relax and watch the ocean wave. The kichen is small upstairs, but doable~ I love to cook so downstairs has the space I need to prep and such . There's more then enough room at the pool for 2 couples to relax~ town is close to walk to, cab easy to hail. There's a new store ( Chadrieu sp?) a couple blocks away to shop at for any food needs, or anything else. The local Mom and Pop stores are great for a quick beer run, but also try the small little taco stands if you want true authentic food~ We love CR and Mike and Rose have been very good to us through the years. We've never had a bad experience ( except when it rains!) Never had any safety issues. It's a great place to come and visit, upstairs or downstairs.

Exactly as advertised - I give it 5 stars!

We have stayed here twice -- for a total of 4+ weeks. It is fantastic! The reservation process, property management, housekeeping, view, internet service, privacy... all are excellent! The lower house accomodates our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids under 12) very well. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms if it is desired and a refreshing pool with lounge chairs just outside the door. The last time we stayed we also rented the upstairs unit for "grandma" who came along for par tof the trip. The upstairs unit has an absolutely gorgeous view!

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!

Everything was EXACTLY as advertised- no surprises. The owners & Drew the property manager are very helpful & easy to contact & deal with. This is a gorgeous property located direct oceanfront & very close to all attractions. The only advise I would give is if you plan on doing any cooking of your own meals, & you want American type food, then stop at the Walmart in Cancun on your way in & bring food with you. Not much American type stuff to be found on Isla, but that also adds to the charm & authenticity of the experiance! We absolutely loved our time there & Casa Rosa. If you book this property you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!!

Getting ready for our second visit

We love Casa Rosa and cannot wait to return in January 2011 ~ Close to town, clean , safe. Walking distance to Mango Cafe ~ great restaurant. Nice place to chill and enjoy the waves with a nice Sol in hand~

i stayed here last year f...

i stayed here last year for 1 month and loved it so much i rented it again . beautiful property , very affordable , comfortable and close enough to walk to everything yet still just outside of town away from the hustle and buslte . great pool ,fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to make nice meals .very nice staff .very clean!choose this and i think you'll be happy ! i am!
