Come Experience our Fun Bungalow Style House with beautiful water views.

Our bungalow-style house is nestled among towering cedars and firs. The large, private deck gives lovely views of Puget Sound. Watch the sunsets and tides from cozy Adirondack chairs perched on a small grassy slope looking across the saltwater bay.

The bungalow is a free standing guest house with it's own private entry. The interior features a cute-as-a-button 1950's style kitchen, fully equipped. Coastal themed decor and wall art are found throughout. Covered parking is provided.

When guests arrive, they often feel they have entered another world. The tide comes in and out of the saltwater bay twice each day. Herons wade in the shallows. Kingfishers and Ospreys fish for their dinners. Sometimes Eagles call. It is peaceful.

We are ECO-friendly, offering recycled, organic and/or local amenities. Cleaning products and bath essentials are unscented or use natural botanicals.

Enjoy the deck in the mornings with provided organic coffee or teas. Spend time in the evenings by the fire with a good book or a movie from the video collection. Soft, organic cotton bedding and quiet make for a good night's sleep.

The property feels private and remote, yet is close to all amenities... a romantic dinner out, healing massage, or a visit to local galleries are within reach. Downtown Bremerton and the ferry to Seattle are minutes away. Kayaks and paddle boats may be rented in nearby Silverdale. Local gym facilities with swimming pool and tennis courts are available for a modest day-use fee.

We can’t say enough about our host. They greated us at the door to show us around which was nice. The views were fantastic and the bungalow was perfect. Everything was very clean and in working order. The next time we come to Seattle, this is our first choice.

The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for my stay, and all was in clean and in good working order, including a great washer and dryer.The bungalow is very private, with covered parking space, a beautiful outdoor and partially covered deck with view of the water, and is shaded and nestled in impressive old growth timber. The structure is older, but has been meticulously decorated and updated. Nice furniture, and very comfortable.I stayed there for about 6 weeks for a local work assignment. I will return and do the same again withoutquestion. Vhey and Mark are great hosts, and communication was easy, friendly and attentive to whatever was needed.

We stayed in the area for a family wedding, and the location made navigating to all the different venues quite easy. The neighborhood is quiet, and sitting out on the front deck listening to the birds was so peaceful. The hosts added several lovely touches to make the stay special, including coffee, half and half, a well-stocked pantry, and a lovely welcome basket. The property is very comfortable, and we would stay there again. The owners met us with the keys and stayed in a separate house on the property while we were there.

Property is wonderful! Beautiful views of the puget sound right from the back patio/yard. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to the PNW. The owners of the property were super nice and accommodating. Our flight was supposed to land at 10pm but was delayed and we did not end up arriving to the house until 1:30am. The owners stayed up and waiting for us and gave us a quick tour of the house. They had snacks and drinks ready for us. They even provide soap and laundry supplies. House was super clean. The house has everything you could need. It does not have a TV but with a backyard view this house has, you do not need one.

Thank you so much for a great stay at your home. Everything was perfect! The location worked out perfectly for all of the things we love to do.We rode our bikes, golfed, drove to some neat little towns around Bremerton, and even took the ferry one day to Seattle to bum around and meet friends for lunch.Your outdoor patio was super relaxing to use in the evenings. Cozy bungalow

We rented a very cozy 1-bedroom bungalow located on Mud Bay. The property was quiet and beautiful with deer roaming the area. The surrounding grounds were beautiful. Excellent kitchen, bedroom, bath, etc. The deck is a great spot to watch the tide come in and out. Our hosts Vhey and Mark were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. They even gave us a welcome basket. We were incredibly lucky to find such an amazing place close to our jobs while our house was being worked on. We have already recommended this property to our daughter for when she comes up on visits.

Lovely cabin with all the amenities of home and a wonderful outdoor view. The porch was amazing surrounded by tall trees. Definitely a wonderful place to stay. For us it had the bonus of being close to family that we were visiting.

Wonderful time at the fun bungalow

We had the most wonderful stay at Mark and Vhey's place. The separate 1 bedroom bungalow had everything we needed to be comfortable.The kitchen was stocked very well with all appliances, cookware, and spices.Watching the tide come in and retreat twice a day along with the bird activity was a joy. The outside covered porch was a favorite place to sit back, relax and enjoy the surrounding trees and solitude of the place. The owners Mark and Vhey handled all communication, check in and questions timely and helpfully. We will definitely return the next time our travels bring us to Bremerton.

At Each Days End I Said Let’s Go Home

The perfect place for us. Comfortable, everything we needed. Vhey was wonderful and so welcoming. We watched the tide ebb and flow of the bay under the tall cedar trees. The kitchen had everything needed to cook healthy meals. A quiet, unique and happy space. Loved it for two weeks. Thank you, Vhey

A Much Needed Vacation By Both!!

We loved our time here at Mark & Vhey's bungalow in Bremerton Washington. From the very moment we first arrived and were greeted by Vhey and Mark, to the end of our trip. We found this place rather "retro" and quite charming and comfortable. My husband was even able to make a pot of his Italian sauce for our son and his family who we were visiting. They had all spices needed except for one other. Sitting outside sipping wine in the evening was so peaceful and nice watching nature... so beautiful. They have pretty much anything you need. There are also some board games there to play if you choose to do that. We would recommend to anyone that this is a great place to stay. Vhey and Mark were wonderful people to get to know. They have a great place for people to come to when they want to "get away!!" We will certainly be back! 1

Immaculate Home on the Water

We knew we made the right choice before we arrived! Vhey & Mark are excellent communicators who perfectly detailed the amenities and directions to their home. The house was immaculate and the contents of the welcome basket were delicious! The location was quiet, beautiful and serene but deceptively close all the shopping, restaurants, and attractions that the Bremerton area has to offer! Also a short drive for our day trips to Bainbridge, Poulsbo, Port Orchard, and of course, the ferries to Seattle! Thank you Vhey and Mark for sharing this gem with us!

Cozy Cottage

This property was fantastic! Very cozy, quiet and peaceful on an inlet. The welcome cheese/wine basket was fantastic as well as the assortment of tea, coffee and sparkling beverages. Mark and Vhey were excellent hosts and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Wonderful, relaxing, peaceful place to stay.

We were so impressed with this place the moment we arrived. This home was exceptionally clean and well prepared for travelers. It was also close to a variety of places to visit like Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park and many unique shops and bakeries with excellent coffee. We so enjoyed our time here. High School 50th Reunion

Came to town for my 50th reunion. Found this gem of a property nestled in trees close to the water. The owner Vhey, was there to greet us and show us around. The inside of the bungalow was quaint and clean; decorated perfectly and had every accommodation we could have asked for. The basket with drinks and cheese and crackers were over the top. I loved the environmentally safe products she used and you could tell she invested much time and attention to every detail to make this our top pick of a place to come back! Thank you, Vhey, for making these 4 days a piece of heaven on earth❤️

What a wonderful surprise!!

So we got married June 3rd about (a little over 3 weeks ago) and I told my husband I would love to see my birth area! It just so happened to be in Bremerton Washington! I knew nothing about the area and just started checking out Air b&bs!! I found 1 with a walk in shower and because my husband is disabled I choose it! Oh my!!!! When I say it was the right choice, it was exactly what we wanted from the view of Puget Sound bay to the many extras that were provided by the hosts and what very sweet, accommodating hosts they were!!! The cottage was clean, very cozy and quite exactly what we were looking for! Mrs. V had a bottle of sparkling apple cider as we don’t drink - some VERY yummy cheese and crackers and chocolate bars that were fantastic! We were there 17 days and I will never forget this little slice of heaven off of Puget Sound! Thank you Mark and Vhey for a very pleasant surprise in this remote area of the Sound because we found out it was exactly where we needed to be! Oh and we went fishing 🎣!!!!!! Sooooo much fun!!! If you want a quite getaway this is a wonderful place! Thanks again Vhey and Mark for your hospitality!

Sweet little oasis

Spotless, nicely situated, tranquil retreat. Vhey and Mark took great care of us. There was excellent communication and they were thoughtful and kind. Rented this property as a little get away with my daughter as she was injured and we could not go out of the country as planned. She loved the peaceful environment, watching the tide come in and birds, and the cozy home. Really just what we needed. Highly recommend this lovely bungalow and welcoming hosts.

They shortly became kayak fans and when the tides permit are often out on the water. The bird life makes the property seem like a wildlife sanctuary. It is beautiful, green, and restful. They are delighted to share this special place with guests.
