This 3 bedroom 3 bath ocean front unit sleeps 8 and is located on the 1st floor in the heart of Windy Hill beach in North Myrtle Beach. Perfect for those that don't like to be up high. All rooms are tiled, with direct entry baths. Flatscreen cable TVs in each bedroom and there are walk-in closets in the master and 2nd bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and high speed internet. Living room is equipped with a 55” flat screen TV. Relax on the large ocean front balcony with comfortable quality outdoor furniture.

Beautiful, clean condo!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The co do was clean and comfortable, and there were books and board games! The balcony was where we spent a lot of time, and the breeze was beautiful! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Good views!

We had a very relaxful long weekend at this condo. The condo, although a little dated, was quite large and comfortable! Even being on the 1st floor it was quiet and we didnt hear our neighbors at all!! The only thing we wished we knew ahead of time was the lack of extra toilet paper and paper towels/dish towels. We would recommend staying at this location!

55th Birthday

I was pleasantly pleased with the 3 bathrooms😀I did not remember seeing that listed but everyone had their own bathroom! We did not use the kitchen other than the fridge and sink! The only issue was figuring out how to turn the tv on!! Need written instructions that would be a great help!

My daughter, granddaughter and niece had a good time. But I didn’t know there was no pool or outside activities except to walk down to the beach. This was because of the virus we were told. No chairs to sit out in the sun. All the pools on each side of us were open so we didn’t quite understand this. This is a large condo so the space was good. Beds were very comfy. We had a hard time finding the trash receptacles. Across the street behind the parking garage. No ice machines. All in all for the money, we would not stay here again. The other thing, while we were cooking one day 2 guys from maintenance came to the door to spray for bugs. We ask if they could come back after we leave and they insisted but we refused to let them come in.

Thanks for staying in our condo. Below is a response to the issues you have raised in your evaluation : 1. Most renters provide their own beach chairs and towels. The life guards set up umbrellas and chairs every morning for a modest cost. 2. The refrigerator is new and equipped with an ice maker which is turned on and off by the guests. Sorry that you did not know how to operate it by simply pushing a well marked button for the ice maker. I wish you have asked . 3. The pool opening is a home owners association board decision which is out of my control. Given the the current COVID situation you should have asked before committing to booking. 4. The trash dumpster in a very short walk from the building.

Great Location

We were very pleased with the condo. The new appliances were amazing. The condo needs a little refresh but overall it was wonderful. We were sad that it wasn’t available for the whole month of October next year. I would definitely recommend this unit.

I been going to bike week for 10 years. This was one of best place I ever stayed at. Everything was right, we did not have no problems with nothing. Amazing

Overall it was a very fun trip, being right next to the beach was a HUGE plus. The condo itself was actually very nice, it was clean and maintained well. There were no problems whatsoever while I was down there. I definitely would stay here again.

Excellent oceanfront location

We had an amazing and comfortable stay at this property. The renter was very kind and understanding. He followed up everyday if we were comfortable and if we need anything. I will definitely stay here again. Each bedroom has an attached bath and that was very convenient.
