We had great time on Maui. The condo was clean, quiet, in a nice location, and had all the beach items you need for a great day in the sand.The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is because of the bed. If you can sleep on anything then you are fine. If you cannot or have back issues like I do, the bed was not very comfortable. Upon taking a closer look, it was a thin mattress with a 4" piece of foam on top. If the owner invested in a quality mattress this condo would have been perfect. We still had a great time.

Because comfort preferences vary from person to person, the mattress can be adjusted to different firmness levels. The host was very easy to get a hold of. The kitchen was well stocked with cook wear, glasses, cutlery and basic cooking items, and there were even beach towels chairs, umbrellas, beach bag and a cooler for us to use. We especially loved the view from the deck! We enjoyed having our breakfasts there in the morning and actually ate in a few nights so that we could enjoy the sunset while eating.

First class accommodation in great location!

We loved it! We have stayed at the Ekolu a number of times and keep coming back. This unit is gorgeous - fully equipped with everything you could want, and a very special view that we enjoyed immensely. We hope to be back!

Wailea Ekolu Village condo

We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly located condo; close to the beach but away from the hotel crowds; easy to access our medical conference and my husband and I enjoyed snorkeling in the close by coves and Makena State park. Would highly recommend

Nice get away

The property was immaculate. Tim and Carolyn were so responsive throughout the entire process and checked in with us to ensure that our stay was the best it could be. Loved watching the sunrises from the balcony!

Location, Location, Perfect Location to everything!

We had a fabulous time at the condo- it was truly our home away from home during our time in Maui. We stayed for 10 days while my brother got married at the Grand Wailea. The condo was a short walk to the Wailea and other shops and restaurants. We enjoyed everything the condo had to offer during our time on Maui and did not want to leave! It is a perfect place to stay! We would absolutely stay here again!

Such a rest!

The view of the sunset motivated us to head back in time to barbecue salmon from the lanai as the sun touched the clouds with gold. People in nearby condos were either absent or quiet, so it felt like we had Paradise to ourselves.

We LOVE, LOVE sharing our FANTASTIC sunset ocean view of Molokini and Kaho'olawe from our private lanai equipped with a BBQ! We too always like to be home for a toast to the sunset and a home cooked meal of some exotic fish or steak on the lanai. Location, location,location

the property is very nice. we are walkers and beach goers. the Ulua Beach parking fills up by 0800 so you should park your loaded vehicle at 0600 and walk back up the hill. then walk down and spend the day w all your beach stuff close and convenient. the West side of the Ulua shower complex has the best snorkeling. Island Gourmet sells papayas but no decent bread.

Awesome stay

The 180 degree view is just fantastic! The condo has all the amenities; big tv, cable, Bluetooth speaker, printer, cell phone for guests, many kitchen appliances, air conditioning, washer dryer, barbecue, pool close by, and a very comfortable layout. The big selling point is definitely the view. Most of our time at the condo was spent on the lanai enjoying “ the view”!

Great location. The view, the view, the view!

Condo was very nice and had everything we needed for our short stay. At first we assumed the mirrored wall in the living room and mirrored closer doors were to make the space appear larger. Then we were thrilled to see that they reflected the ocean so you had a panorama-like view inside and out, and made the rooms light and cheery. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful Wailea cond!

We came to visit our daughter and stayed up country for a few days and then headed to the beach for the rest of our stay! The condo has gorgeous views and is in an awesome location. It is very spacious and clean and has everything you need for your stay! While it rained everyday while we were there at least we had a beautiful lanai to sit on and read our books! Tim and Carolyn were great to work with. We are hoping to come back again soon!

We loved this one bedroom property, great for one couple. Close to all amenities with very good restaurants/bars within walking distance. Our only minor complaint were noisy neighbors during the night and early morning (they apologized when we saw them in the morning). I would expect this to change depending on who was staying next door.

Beautiful ,and Wonderfully Appointed Condo!

Very warm, cozy, beautiful condo, overlooking the park-like setting, and the ocean. Fantastically furnished, with so many amenities from automatic sun-shades that come down at noon to keep the condo cool, to bathroom and kitchen night-lights, to a stepstool to reach the glassware and the dryer, to the electronics equipment. Close to walking paths, great restaurants, and fun shops, as well as the beaches and the walking path along the coast from hotel to hotel. We loved it!

Wailea Ekolu Village is a privately owned 148-unit residential-resort condominium Association. Ekolu residents enjoy exclusive use of our two swimming pools, nearby GAS barbeque grills, and a recreation pavilion with a complete kitchen and covered open-air lounge. Information on island activities and a library for reading pleasure are available in the Pavilion adjacent to the Office. Our manager resides on the property, and his office and services are the owners' and guests' exclusive benefits.
