My wife and I enjoyed 6D while celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, having stayed at other Ekahi condos in the past. Location close to the Pavilion and beach access was great, watching the kids celebrate Halloween at the clubhouse was a treat. Furniture and bed were comfortable, kitchen had all the tools needed, views were nice, a/c was cold and washer/dryer worked great. New carpet felt good. Not giving this a perfect score for a few reasons... fridge needed a good wipe inside before we could use. A ladies swimsuit was left in the bedroom dresser, and rolled-up socks, eyeglasses and empty water bottle were visible under the bed with sheets pulled back. And no blinds to draw down over the west-facing kitchen window when the full sun shined in and into the dining area. Contacted host who replied that blinds were broken during previous visit and new ones were on order. Surprised that something temporary was not offered or put in place... we had to use beach towels during afternoons for shade.

We’ve stayed in this complex before and it is an excellent location. This unit is very close to the main pool and the beach. Everything in the unit was clean and well organized. We enjoyed our stay.

The unit 6D, was exactly as advertised…..lovely, very close to big pool. Furniture was nice and bed comfortable. We’ve been to Ekahi Village many times and always had a lovely time….. we will be back.The only downside we noticed was the lawns were not in very good shape, and the landscaping looked a little tired. I hope management will address that, but a minor concern overall. Thank you for hosting us.

Very clean unit. Comfortable bed. New carpet and furniture. Perfect for a couple. Close to the pool and beach. Pool pavilion with grills available for guests. Nice reef for snorkeling right outside the pool gate. The air conditioner in the bedroom is a bit loud at night.

Awesome Unit at Ekahi

We had a great time at this condo in Ekahi. Beautifully renovated and in a great spot.The AC worked well and we appreciated fans to keep air circulating. Everything was clean and ready for us on arrival, and we really appreciated the children's dishes (especially the bowls with built-in straws!) and air mattresses. A couple of notes: the toilet requires a bit of a trick to flush (holding the handle down a few seconds), and the lockbox was difficult to use. Otherwise, a fantastic place and we highly recommend it. Mahalo!

Great location but a little lacking

We really love coming to Maui and staying at Ekahi. We’ve stayed in 5 different units in the complex and this one, sadly, was our least favorite. The positive - super close to the pavilion and beach. Literally a 2-4 minute walk. The furniture and rugs are new and very comfortable. I found the bed comfortable, my partner did not. The appliances are fairly new. The negatives: the kitchen is small and older (though functional). Cabinets may be original to the unit and some are dusty/dirty. The AC in the bedroom is super loud making sleep difficult. The AC in the living room broke before we arrived. The owner made a good faith effort for a solution which involved a portable AC (again loud) and a couple of fans. It’s my understanding that the AC is getting replaced soon so future renters hopefully should have a better experience with the AC. Many previous reviews commented on how clean the unit was. On first look, it’s true, especially with the new carpeting and furniture, but the flush mount lights in the bathroom and dressing area were filled with dead bugs, the cabinet under the kitchen sink needed a good cleaning and the ceiling fans were coated in dust. Beach supplies included an umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear and beach chairs. One of the beach chairs had broken straps, the other had a stained headrest. We let the owner know but there was no offer to replace them.There are other units at Ekahi with updated kit/bath, better views and in cleaner condition.

Perfect spot

We had a lovely stay. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and in pristine condition. The location can’t be beat - a few steps from the pool and beach and a short walk to great restaurants and shops.

Lovely spot to relax

We enjoyed staying in this comfortable condo. It is tastefully furnished, with everything we needed. Lanai is pretty private. While it only has a little pocket view of the ocean, it's close to the beach so you can hear the sea at night. We never needed to use the AC, instead just left windows open to let the breezes blow through. Wonderful facilities, including BBQ, are close by, an easy walk. Some kitchen items need updating but it all worked out.

Beautiful Ekahi

Lovely condo with ideal location to pool. We have stayed in the complex before several times but never as close as this unit. The furniture, new carpet and washer dryer units were lovely and just as shown. King bed is comfy and all artwork is lovely throughout the home. Only complaint would be to have a larger table on the lanai to accommodate four for dinner as friends were also staying in Ekahi. Also more plastic plates and platters to enable taking dishes to pool area for bbq. We had good plastic glassware/cups. All in all, great unit!

Amazing Maui Condo Getaway

This was an awesome property in the Kihei / Wahlei area. Fully updated condo minutes walk from the pool and beach fully stocked with everything you’ll need for a great beach vacation. Only complaints were for the price per night was dissappointed in window style AC which was fairly loud along.with a slightly hard bed with overstuffed pillows. None of these were dealbreakers and I would book again we had a wonderful stay and loved the condo.

Gorgeous property, spacious, clean, & close to the beach/pool!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was much bigger than I expected. The high ceilings in the living & dining room made it seem bigger. It was very clean with nice furniture (recliner, sturdy new looking L shaped sofa, dining table, writing desk. Super soft blankets on the king sized bed and extra blankets and sheets. Thoughtful foldable sleeping pad. Full size fridge. So nice to have a laundry machine. Close walking to the pool and beach. Perfect for me, my husband, and 6 year old son. Modern clean common pavilion area which had an ice machine. Beautiful new pool. We enjoyed the small but new gym equipment. My son loved running up and down the hills on the property. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the top of the hill. We would love to stay here again!
