sublime terrace house in the heart of the village of Roussillon in the Luberon

Ideally located in the heart of the village of Roussillon, ranked one of the most beautiful villages in France, close to all amenities (café, restaurant, art galleries, shops, doctor, pharmacy, post office and weekly local market), our house offers great benefits and all the comfort and tranquility for couples or families. It has a beautiful view over the valley of the fairies, the starting point for wonderful excursions in this corner of Provence with its picturesque hilltop villages, its ocher cliffs, and lavender scents.
There are 2 double bedrooms with views overlooking the valley and a single bedroom with twin beds (sleeps 6 in all). The fully equipped kitchen (double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster) opens onto a large living room with dining room and living room. Cable TV with many channels, DVD player, stereo with CD and WiFi. Many games as well as books and DVDs are open access. Take sunbathing on the sunny and private terrace offering stunning views of the valley of the fairies and the Luberon mountains in the background.
Bed sheets and linens are provided. Facilities washing machine and dryer. A parking pass will be provided for free access to three public parking.
Note that the presence of an open staircase is perhaps not suitable for young children.

My sister and I had a fabulous time at this home. It looked exactly like the photos and was really close to the cafes. The laundry worked fine and everything else as well! Would love to come back.

We loved it. The home is even more lovely and comfortable than it looks in the photo. It's full of natural light while providing full privacy. The whole experience, from booking through check-in to check-out was effortless. For people who like to cook, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. I've been to Roussillon before on day trips, but staying here took the visits to an all new level.

A perfect vacation begins with the perfect place to stay. This was it! You open the front door and the magical village is right there—from a simple cafe to a Michelin restaurant, stores and excellent galleries. Naveen was the best host ever guiding us to an artist whose work we admired in her home. And her artwork made the house feel welcoming as if at a friend’s house. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. It really doesn’t get any better than Naveen’s home—and I stay at many vacation rentals.

Enchanting flat in the Center of Roussillion

Four of us spent a delightful 5 nights in Naveen’s home. It has lovely artistic wrought iron banisters and patio fencing. The views while enjoying wine and cheese on that patio will enchant you. Eclectic art fills the walls. The colors of Provence are everywhere. Excellent restaurants are in walking distance, a superb boulangerie is nearby for your morning croissants and a small grocery are all within easy walking distance.

Séjour magnifique

Views, Location and Silence!

A wonderful property with amazing views, a central location and, sounds of nature. We stayed after the summer season with cool mornings. The property is well ventilated, being perched high, so the breeze was able to flow through, keeping the property cool. Naveen and Christian kept us updated from the get-go and checked in while we stayed there. We found the lighting, especially in the dining area lacking; this can be easily improved with some lamps.

Stilvolle Wohnung zum Geniessen

Eine sehr schöne stilvoll eingerichtete grosse Wohnung. Wir, eine vierköpfige Familie haben den Aufenthalt in Roussillon sehr genossen. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Geschirr, Pfannen und Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Stylish home in the town center

A lovely accommodation in the charming ochre town of Roussillon. In the upstairs living area, big windows brought beautiful light to the home and opened to a small patio overlooking the rooftops and hill beyond. Downstairs the main bedroom was very comfortable, and there were 2 more we didn’t use. Bathrooms on both levels. We had to shop for extra toilet paper and laundry soap. No dryer, but there are small drying racks. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. Wifi was unavailable until the final day of our stay—likely the provider’s issue. All in all, this was a delightful stay in a home of elegant simplicity and a wonderful base for exploring the beautiful Luberon.

Magnifique appartement avec terrasse à Roussillon

L'appartement est très grand, sur 2 étages, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. La cuisine dispose d'un piano, on peut donc y préparer les repas les plus élaborés. La terrasse sur laquelle on peut manger offre une vue sublime sur les falaises d'ocre de Roussillon. C'est une location que je recommande vivement.

Calme et charme

Tres belle maison, bien située juste au pied de la tour de horloge du village, avec une terrasse avec une belle vue vers les falaises d'ocre, les belles maison et une végétation avec un air de Toscane. Interieur à la décoration simple et raffinée, chambres à coucher en bas, préservées de la chaleur. Cuisine bien équipée. Accueil efficace et charmant par Nacera.

Séjour parfait dans un appartement parfait !

L’appartement est spacieux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très confortable, parfaitement équipé, il est situé au cœur de Roussillon tout en offrant beaucoup de calme. La terrasse est l’atout majeur. Elle offre une vue magnifique imprenable dont on ne se lasse pas !!! La carte résident qui permet de se garer dans les parkings du village facilite par ailleurs grandement le stationnement. Bref nous vous le recommandons.

Beautiful Area, Excellent Accommodation

Sadly our trip was cut short due to UK quarantine regulations, but we thoroughly enjoyed our few days in this beautiful area of France. The house is right in the centre of Roussillon but once inside, it is a haven of peace in an otherwise very popular village and the view from the terrace is stunning. Numerous restaurants are literally outside the door, as well as excellent ice-cream! The only slight negative was the carpark, which although only a short walk away, got extremely busy during the day (may have been due to the fact that it was peak French holiday time?) and there was always a risk that it would be full if we went out and came back before late afternoon. All in all though, an excellent stay!

A wonderful place to stay.

The house was ideally located in the heart of Roussillon, just steps from three of the best restaurants in town. It was quiet, the furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed to make some of our meals. Having a pass to use the nearby parking lot was very helpful. Neassa, the property manager, was very easy to work with and responded to my texts within minutes. I would be very happy to return to this house again.

Great house in wonderful location

Lovely, spacious house in the center of town yet surprisingly quiet with beautiful view from the deck and bedrooms. Only caution is to be careful of the low doorways to the kitchen and dining room and a few unexpected steps.

What a wonderful stay we had here in Roussillon! Can’t imagine being in a more idyllic place right in the heart of this incredibly quaint town! Great views, nice kitchen, and more than enough space for four. Would love to come back.

Better than advertised

Very ideal place to stay for a family with kids old enough to navigate a flight of stairs. Nice view and size, nestled right in the village. Roughly 30 min drive to many other villages.

Great view and location!

This home is right in the middle of the village of Roussillon - perfect location for a home base to wander, shop, and dine and then explore all the nearby villages. Bedrooms were ample, but twin-bedded room more suitable for kids than two adults sharing. Wonderful terrace for a glass of wine or breakfast, and a great kitchen, full-size refrigerator. Housekeeping was great to respond to any need or question we had. Staircase has no railing, so not so great for kids or older folk. We had all we needed to feel right at home and enjoy the village and explore the area.

Après avoir franchi la porte donnant sur une petite place animée, l'intérieur de cette maison possédant une âme "so british" se révèle très agréable avec une belle distribution des pièces... en bonus, une terrasse avec vue sur les ocres de Roussillon, c'est idéal pour les petits déjeuners et dîners ! Juste un petit bémol : accès à pieds avec les bagages... pour cause de rue réservée aux piétons ! Accueil sympathique. Maison bien équipée par ailleurs. À recommander dans tous les cas...
