Or you can enjoy beach activities, water sports, fishing and boating. If you want to explore Florida, it is 90 min away from the major attractions like Orlando Theme Parks ( Disney, Universal Studio, Sea world ), 45 min away from Bush Gardens and much more.

The condo is located on the ground floor ,in a beautiful gated community, 10 minutes away by car from Clearwater Beach, voted # 1 beach in U.S. in 2013 and 2018.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated and a relaxing covered balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea. Full linens are provided and you will enjoy having your own washer and dryer and a large walk-in closet. Amenities in the living room include a 55’’ flat TV , Netflix and cable and free unlimited wireless internet.

At the property, you can enjoy a barbecue area, fitness center and an elegant clubhouse with business center and internet access.

Supermarket and good restaurants are within walking distance.

Just 15 min to St. Pete’s Clearwater Airport and 25 min drive to Tampa Int’l Airport .

All of the beach decor at the condo was super cute and really added to the beach vacation vibe! Great location, just a short drive from the beach. Condo had everything we needed and more. Very easy to find and the check in process was simple. Close to a lot of food options. Traffic to get to the beach was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Overall it was a great place to stay and we had a wonderful time!

This condo was amazing! It was clean, 10 minutes from the beach and had everything we needed. The pool is absolutely perfect. There is sun and shade if it gets too hot. They all kinds of beach and pool equipment… chairs, umbrella, coolers and toys. We had a great time and felt very comfortable with the amenities!! Thank You So Much for a great week of sun and fun! Much needed get away

My husband and myself enjoyed ourselves we were very comfortable. We felt right a home from the moment we arrived. The people we met while walking through the development and relaxing by the pool were very cordial and polite. We stayed 5 nights and hope to make plans to go again in the near future.. The host were friendly and pleasant to correspond with.

Fantastic

If you are looking for a place. THIS IS IT!Everything was provided and you just enjoy. Entrance right to the pool and 12 min. to clearwater beach. Fantastic value for your money. This place was so cozy and decorated to know you are going to enjoy your vacation. The hosts are awesome and make sure you have all you need at your stay. Thank you very much for awesome family getaway. I will be back!

Gorgeous Condo

Easy check in process. One of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. You can tell they take good care of this unit. Furniture is comfortable. Unit is Located steps from the pool. Within walking distance are some nice restaurants. Definitely give this unit 5 stars!

Great place to stay

This property was really nice and I would stay here again. One of our favorite things was that the kitchen is actually fully stocked; they have everything that you would ever need there. The pool was nice and the other community members were friendly. The only drawback for me was that the host wanted to do a lot of communication over email/text instead of through the Vrbo app and that wasn’t my favorite. They also send a lot of information through a Dropbox link that you can only look at if you copy and paste on a computer. You can’t click on the links on your phone. I also had a couple minor things that I alerted the host to and never heard anything back from them.Again, this was an awesome place to stay and I would happily rent it again. Just some inconivnince things with communication that weren’t my favorite.

Elena and Erwin were great hosts offering a nice place to stay. The condo was spacious for two, very clean, and had all the necessities for cooking.

Beautiful Condo

We came into Clearwater to renovate a house for 2 mentally challenged men in their 60’s, one who had a stroke. Upon arrival and opening the door, the lovely aroma of a room freshener was noticeable and No odor of mildew or mold was ever detected. No little critters either! The condo was immaculate and so tastefully decorated. The bed is so comfortable and every amenity has been covered from paper towels, tissues, laundry detergent, soaps if needed and a fully stocked kitchen for anything you needed to eat, drink or cook with. Elena was on premise to assist in anything we needed. Apparently we’re digital lock challenged but we figured it out after a while. If ever back in the area, this is our new favorite spot Thank you for your hospitality !

Perfect Location

I stayed 5 days a week for 3 weeks in this apartment. It was perfect for what my mission was here in Clearwater, Fl. I have been improving my health at LifeWorks Wellness and living here made it easier. Thank You to the Host, the XMAS tree was a special addition.

Amazing accommodation

My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights. It was immaculate, the kitchen had everything needed for our cooking needs, and the bed was very comfortable. It was close to the pool and fitness room, and it was across the street from a grocery store. We loved it.

The sun, the water and the is just magic....Our kids love the heated pool at the condo, so they can have some extra hours of playing in the water.
