The living room boasts an enormous 50 inch flat screen smart tv, with lots of cable channels along with swivel recliners and a queen size pull out sofa. There is a stereo which will pair to your Iphone. Past the living room is a dining table with four chairs along with a high top bar with two stools and a pass through to the fully equipped kitchen. Caesar stone countertops and stainless steel appliances and a gas range, finish off this modern kitchen. There is a half bathroom just off the dining room.

Just up the stairs is a full bathroom with a shower/bath, 2 bedrooms and a laundry room with a full size front loading washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have queen beds, white linens, white wood furniture, and natural light from the windows makes the space clean, inviting and fresh. There are ceiling fans, big closets and 24 inch televisions in each bedroom. Each bedroom has bedside lamps with USB ports for convenient cell phone charging. The cellular window shades offer both light filtering or total blackout options.

This townhouse is in the best location, just 2-1/2 blocks from Forsyth Park and close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, and a liquor store. Walking distance to downtown. There is free on street parking available. I have never had a problem finding parking.

There is a keypad on the front door. I will code the keypad to the last four digits of your VRBO phone number. Enter the code and you can turn the handle on the lock to open the door. To relock, close the door, push the button on the pad that says Schlage, you can now turn the handle on the lock and relock the door.
