This beautifully renovated garden level apartment in Historic Downtown Savannah was built in 1872. Feel like a local while you stay in this meticulously restored and renovated two bedroom, two bath apartment. This unit features a queen bed, a double bed, fold out sofa, fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, 45 inch flat screen tv. Easy meter-free on street parking.

Just a short walk away from Forsyth Park, City Market, River Street, and Broughton Street, you won't need your car to get to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Wander out the front door to Calhoun Square, or around the corner where famous Forsyth Park is just two blocks away. Close enough to walk to everything, but in a quiet residential area.

Great weekend getaway.

I loved our stay in the city at this garden apartment. The courtyard was perfect because it was closed in, so our children could hang outside with us while we grilled or had our morning coffee. Being 15 miles from Tybee was a good bonus, too! The place was clean and we loved the antique furniture. We are all very content with our stay!

Perfect Savannah Location

Charming ground level apartment - great property to rent if you don’t want to do stairs. This property accommodated 6 adults perfectly. We also rented the upstairs property, perfect set up for our family trip. Amazing location - you can walk everywhere!

Great for a girl's weekend!

The property was exactly what we needed for a short girls weekend to Savannah. The property was within walking distance to everything (check out clary's for breakfast!) And the check in/out process was straightforward and easy. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful!

This place is great! It is so charming and in a wonderful location within walking distance of the Historic District. It has a cozy feel and great amenities (nice bathrooms, great courtyard for al fresco dinners, cooking utensils). It really felt like a home away from home and the location really can't be beat. I would highly recommend this place for visiting Savannah!

Love this place

My husband and I stayed four nights with our dog. It was perfect! We felt at home and the location was quiet and safe. Free parking right out the door. Our dog loved the park right across the street. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Sight seeing

Great location and plenty of room for three old friends. It would have been nice to have newer, softer bed pillows and body soap in the bathrooms. Also we would have liked more reading light in the living room. Thank you for all the amenities. The location is perfect and we all enjoyed the neighborhood very much!

Great Location to see all of Savannah

Property location was very centrally located to all of historic Savannah. House was clean and all supplies were available for a nice stay. Beds were not comfortable and we had an infestation of gnats which made it difficult to sleep. The location is what makes this rental nice.

Excellent Experience

My husband, our friends, and myself thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property while we were in town for a wedding. The home is in an excellent location, very little street noise. My only critique would be the size of the "queen" bed. It seemed small to comfortably sleep two adults. Overall, an excellent stay.

Great property for location proximity and short trip

We didn’t need anything fancy for this trip, just a cozy place to sleep while we weren’t exploring the city. This spot was small and cozy enough and is in a wonderful location to walk everywhere. Only real issue we ran into and this was not the properties fault but the guests upstairs. The walls were pretty thin and every single morning from 6am-10am they were nonstop walking around (literally sounded like they were stomping) and we had loud sleep sounds on in the background. Made us very hard to sleep in at all. Other than that we enjoyed the back patio a lot and proximity to everything

The property was great and the hosts were fantastic. The only thing I found needed was a place to hang clothes in the small bedroom. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Historic Romantic Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend in Savannah. Very clean, very spacious and loved being just steps away to Calhoun Square and stops for two different Trolley Tour companies. This historical house is very close to good eats at Clary’s (4 minute walk) and J Christophers, (7 minute walk). Both are great restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Pets are allowed. Our 7 year old Sheltie loved all the walks around Calhoun Square. This ground floor residence is very comfortable and has everything you need.

Great place, good location

It was a really cozy room. I liked all the historical touches. It wasn't a bad walk to River Street and other sightseeing spots. If you didn't want to walk, Uber was fairly affordable and very responsive. I would definitely consider this unit again for a small getaway. Thanks for everything!

Wonderful place absolutely beautiful

We were absolutely astonished by how clean and decorated the place was. It was also equipped with necessities for our stay. The host gave wonderful directions as well as listings for places to visit including a map. We enjoyed our stay. The place had a wonderful cooling system that kept it nice and cool for us when we needed it. The hardwood floors were beautiful. We felt like we were home. I loved it. Would do it again in a heartbeat!!!! Definitely a must stay!!!! If I could I’d rate it 100% amazing!!!

Cant beat this location

Best location for walking everywhere in Savannah. Clean, had everything we need for mom and 3 sisters. Really enjoyed the patio in the evening. Quiet neighborhood but close to coffee, shopping and restaurants and so many parks. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

Four of us stayed in the apartment, my Aunt, two cousins, and me. All of us seniors. The location is excellent and our rental was lovely, clean, spacious, and a short walk to DOT the free city bus. There are no stairs in the apartment, which was a big plus for my aunt. The property manager quickly replied to our inquiries prior to and during our stay. Parking is on street and plentiful. Just be sure to park on the opposite side of the street on street sweeping days. Don’t be afraid to sleep on the pull out couch. I slept comfortable.

Cute and cozy

Stayed at this home for St Patrick’s Day weekend. The owner was very helpful and friendly from the time of booking through our stay. The home is cute, cozy, clean, and in a great part of town - we walked everywhere. Definitely recommend.

Loccation, location, location !

This is a great place to stay to truly enjoy Savannah. Overall, we were pleased, but respectfully make some suggestions for improvement. The apartment was tastefully decorated, but would benefit from some freshening up (LR furniture old and sagging ).The apartment was clean, but we were put off by the food and toiletries left behind by previous renters. The kitchen needs curating (see previous comment) and the addition of a pot large enough to boil a pound of pasta. While we were there (month of February) we had frequent problems with the TV probably due to the internet provider. The beds were comfortable.The courtyard was a very nice feature which we enjoyed.
