NEW as of February 2019 we added a second bathroom lavatory area with a custom shower, toilet and vanity sink.... Large Yard, 3 Bedroom house. Freshly and thoroughly renovated. New bathroom, new appliances. Plenty of parking, clean comfortable location approximately 10 miles from Dreams Park, Cooperstown All Star Village, Ommegang, and Cooperstown Baseball world. Ideal for large families or cooperative groups. 2 living family rooms. TV WIFI INTERNET. New Beds and Bedding. Ideal for that baseball tourney homebase. The Baseball Hall of Fame and the Village of Cooperstown just a few minutes away. Goodyear Lake/Silliman Cove public access less than a mile away for fishing swimming and boating. There are boat rental places that will help you get set up! While weekly pricing is the thing around here and I have that set up, feel free to contact me if you want to try this spot, Minimum 2 nights during this season.

Tim’s place was the perfect setting for our family meet-up.

It was a pleasure working with Tim. He was incredibly responsive and the house was wonderful. It is located in the most picturesque location imaginable and has everything needed to make a stay away from home just about perfect.

Baseball Fans

The house was spacious and clean. There were 4 adults using 3 bedrooms and the space was perfect. We cooked dinner every night and relaxed after days toring the Baseball Hall of Fame, Ommegang Brewery and the Wax Museum. Tim was the perfect host. Very responsive when we didn’t know how to work the tv.

Exactly as advertised. Clean,spacious and perfect for our dreams park trip. Kind & attentive hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay here. First time vrbo users so had lots of questions before we arrived. Tim answered all quickly. Our priority was clean and close to dream park. This house was perfect for us. Lots of room to relax. Everything we needed. Spacious yard. Bbq was good to have used it twice. Beds were comfortable and linens fresh (lots of extras too). Convenient for a ride to the store or to dream park (no more than 15 minutes to dream park and we went back and forth multiple times). Thumbs up to Tim and Mary. We hope to be back. Also real close to goodyear lake which was convenient for something to do on downtime. Beautiful lake. Managed to fish and kayak even with a busy baseball schedule. Thanks for the great stay.

great place! would def stay again!

Tim was amazing in communicating! We loved everything about it, including showing up with the refrigerator already full of condiments, drinks, and even a frozen pizza which was enjoyed at 10:00 pm when we got there! We purposely returned the "favor" to the next renters! Our 1 complaint would be the water pressure in the showers, but that was minor! The layout is adorable and we enjoyed our puzzle

Great house, lots of room, perfect if participating in dreams park. Close to cooperstown attractions. Owner was friendly, responsive and flexible. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything we expected and more!

Home and Owner Tim are both wonderful! Beautiful country setting! 2 families stayed in the home as our kids played at DreamsPark in Cooperstown. Quick 12 minutes away! Most perfect wiffle ball area that the kids played until it was dark!

Quiet & close to baseball

Enjoyed our two night stay at this clean, quiet home. We weren’t inside much as we arrived late, spent a full day at National Baseball Museum, and left early the next day. Loved the closeness to Cooperstown, 25 minute scenic drive. Also enjoyed exploring few shops and restaurants in Oneonata. Overall a great stay, great price, and friendly owner.

Nice property for a weekend visit to the area

The layout of this house is great if you have 2 families as you basically each get separate sides of the house. The owner was very friendly and prompt with answering questions.

Tim's home was nicely furnished and a great location for our frisbee tournament! He also has lots of puzzle. We wish we had more time to stay

Thanks for putting that puzzle together. I glued it up and hung it on the wall. For others, I was slightly worried about renting to Emily and here Frisbee Team because they're college kids, but they were awesome. The place was well taken care of, clean, and left in good shape. I am sure if Emily and her crew want to rent your place they'll take good care of it too....

Great house!

Great house - perfect for us - family of four...close to all tourist attractions! Tim was extremely receptive and helpful! He was available to us for questions before and during our stay when we needed and was speedy with his responses. House was clean, beds comfy, and the AC was a plus since we were there during the humid months...When in the area again, we will try to book with Tim again!

Great house! Convenient to Cooperstown!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and clean with plenty of linens and towels. The kids really enjoyed playing wiffle ball in the large yard. It was a perfect location for our trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame and for visiting family in the area. Thank you Tim!
