Newly renovated spacious Victorian! Perfect for large families or groups.

Looking for a property to share with friends? Enjoy this beautiful five bedroom three full bath home with brand new, large, gourmet kitchen with island seating. Large enclosed wrap around porch is perfect for a relaxing glass of wine after a day at the baseball field or touring beautiful upstate NY. Also downstairs are a large dining room, comfortable living room with cable television, and library with a pull out couch and two sets of French doors allowing an additional private sleeping space. A full bath with separate shower and claw foot tub and a washer and dryer completes the tour. Upstairs features four large bedrooms, two with queen beds (one with attached bath), one with two sets of twin bunk beds, and one with a day bed and trundle. A second upstairs full bath with a 60" walk in shower allows plenty of bathroom space for larger groups. Aero beds can be made available for additional guests.

Home is conveniently located and is an easy walk to restaurants, bars and even the Saturday morning Farmer's Market.

Great location. We walked to town and the colleges. House is as charming as the pictures. Kitchen very well equipped , we had dinner for 12 at the dining room table.

Property manager was awesome and the stay couldn’t have been better. House was great, easy and conveniently located to Cooperstown All Star Village!!! 6 out of 5 stars!!!!! They had all you needed and more!!

Celebrating my Hartwick grad

We had the best graduation weekend at this beautiful home ! There were fresh flowers in the kitchen waiting for us ! The house was beautiful, spacious , the kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed for cooking and the place was spotless! The host had just put in a/c units which were needed and perfect timing ! The host was so responsive and no issues at all ! There were clean sheets , towels , everything so handy! Thank you , thank you ! We had a beautiful time !

Jenny was a thoughtful and very responsive owner. I had several questions before we arrived and she was extremely helpful in setting the expectation and properly accommodating our group. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting on Oneonta.

Awesome spot for All Star Village baseball stay!

The house was charming. Clean and well structured for a few families to bunk together while their kids played baseball. Loved the kitchen and having a gas grill was a plus. ASV was about 10 minutes away by car. Couldn’t have been easier. Jenny was a great host. Very attentive and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Best little home away from home

We stayed here with a couple families when our team went to play @ All Star Village. WE LOVED it and did not want to leave. Walking distance to Downtown. Short little drive to the fields & Walmart. Centrally located for short drive to local breweries and HOF. Great space for everyone and never felt on top of each other. Wish we were going back again next year with a team. Will refer anyone we know to this home. LOVE IT!!!!

Exceeded Expectations!

We were here for baseball week at All Star Village. Home is close proximity to fields...just a few miles and 5 minutes away. The home is an older remodeled home in excellent shape... kitchen ...new and modern... all restrooms great.... layout and space was perfect for us. ... Jenny and family great as hosts and kind and always responsive....towels....bedding...supplies...in abundance..... we debated this property or 2 hotel rooms and so glad we chose to stay here...... thanks Jenny!!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful home! We were in town for baseball and it was just a short, easy drive to Allstar village - which turned out to be key for multiple trips a day. The house is a block away from Main St. in Oneonta which was super nice to walk to coffee, breakfast and dinners. Great restaurants within walking distance! The farmers market and small grocery stores were also super close. The house is beautiful with si much charm. Jenny is a fantastic host and the host team truly thought of everything. We were pleasantly surprised to find bleacher seats, chairs, coolers and a wagon we put to great use throughout the week. Jenny was very communicative and accommodating, and so kind and helpful. This is perfect for families and we stayed with a couple other families - our boys stayed in the bunk room the night before checking into Allstar village. There was great space and we enjoyed the large dining table where we had multiple dinners with the families we shared the house with. My husband and the other families kept telling me what a great find this house was as it was just so comfortable, convenient and lovely. We had everything we needed! Thank you for a great stay! We have already shared with our future 12u families thinking of going next year!

oneonta parents weekend stay

we decided to get a house rather than a hotel as we had our younger son and asked our college sons roommates parents to stay as well. we loved the house. so quaint and charming. we were next door on either side to college students and saturday night there were many parties until 2 am but we loved having the kitchen , bedrooms and bathrooms and so close to town , walking to restaurants and shops the owner was very nice and helpful stopped by to see if we needed anything i would def recommend this property and we would love to stay here again

Perfect house for Cooperstown all star village stay

We had several families stay in this house while the coach and players were in the village for the week. The house was an easy 5 minute drive to the village, which was great when schedules were changed and hanging out at the field didn’t make sense. It had several amenities for the field (ice chests, chairs, umbrellas) which was huge since we flew in from out of state and couldn’t bring them. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, oils, etc that made cooking easier since it didn’t require us buying staples. Also, it was just blocks away from Oneonta Main Street, so we could walk to coffee, pizza and food very easily. The house doesn’t really have a yard if you wanted one for kids to runaround, but the players had no problem playing wiffle ball in the empty parking lot across the street. Highly recommend!

Beautifully restored home in ideal location

We stayed here for 4 nights over Memorial Day Weekend. The home was built in 1894 and has recently been professionally remodeled. The house is spacious and the wraparound porch was a great place to hang out in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable, which is always a nice bonus in a short term rental. Appliances were all new, kitchen was fully stocked with cooking implements and dishes, and laundry soap etc. was provided for washer/dryer. 3 full bathrooms was a big plus for our large group. We walked to breakfast and dinner everyday, as the house is only a block from Main Street, with a surprising variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shopping. I'd recommend the Autumn Cafe or Roots Brewing Co. There is also a cool health food grocery within walking distance. It was an easy drive to Cooperstown and all it offers. Property manager Jenny made herself very available for the duration of our stay. 10/10 will return next year!

We came because our boys were playing at All Star Village. We had 11 people in the house and never felt crammed! It's a gorgeous old home with a remolded kitchen and all 3 bathrooms. The owner was amazing and responsive within minutes of any questions we had. The house is about 5-8 minutes from All Star Village which made it so convenient. Thanks for the memories!

Excellent house highly recommended

House is beautiful and in a great location one block from town and a 5 minute drive to all star village. Very clean and plenty of room for large groups. The bathrooms are beautiful also. Highly recommend staying here.

Great House and Hospitality

Super clean house. Very spacious. Great kitchen. Lots of amenities for those at Cooperstown tournament (wagons, etc). Gracious house left us a gift card and flowers.

Many original beautiful features remain, including a stunning main stair case, beautiful wood work and a second set of stairs likely originally intended for household staff to have easy access to upstairs.
