Bedroom #1 Master bedroom features a French door that overlooks the pool and water with 2 walk in closets and a large master bath with private Jacuzzi tub and an amazing walk in shower with shower heads from both directions and from the ceiling. His and hers sink areas and powder room and bench.

Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed with built in closet and TV facing the pool with open french doors to backyard.

Bedroom # 3 has Queen sized bed and toddler bed and separate closet.

Hallway by Bed #2 & 3 has Full size bathroom(bathtub/shower combo)

Bedroom #4 & 5 are jack and Jill Style room with bathroom in between King size bed in each room and has Full size Bathroom (bathtub/shower combo) and 2 sinks

Up stair loft / Game room/ Gym
Full size pool table, Foosball table, Baby toys, T.v , seating area, exercise bike, rowing machine and separate full bath/ shower and closet space.

Full laundry room equipped with washer and dryer, cleaning supplies and sink. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

Booking requirements:
- Our bookings require a minimum age of 25.
- All bookings require a Security Deposit to be returned following an inspection after your check out.
- Separate booking contract with Jacob is required, along with passport or driver license of the booking person, matching credit card name.

Guest access

You will be greeted at time of check in by us and do a walk through the house to explain everything.

I will be your Host available 24/7 to welcome and accommodate you and your group for as long as your stay is and make you feel right at home.....

Other things to note

We have two kayak for guest to use, basketball hoop with balls , and bicycles for adults and children. We also have a baby bassinet, stroller, and baby bath if needed.
