Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ POOL & BACKYARD USAGE ★
Please be careful when using the pool area. Children must always be supervised.

★ MAINTENANCE SERVICES★
Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. There is no daily cleaning service.

★ QUIET HOURS ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. Decibel monitoring system is installed to help you keep acceptable noise levels.

The house is a part of a serene, waterfront, family-friendly neighborhood close to Hollywood Beach. The entire area is quiet and peaceful, so we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours and all the neighbors.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that the vast driveway offers four parking spots. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

The standard security deposit for our rental is $2,000 which is required prior to your arrival.

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.

The payment of a $1500 security deposit will be required before your arrival.
Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required.

If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit.

The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms.

A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
