Completely remodeled in 2018, all new appliances, 2 car garage, but owners car is stored in one stall of the 2 and the other is open for a small car, 2 master bedrooms and a very large multitiered deck to sit on while enjoying your morning coffee, lunch and/or evening dinner, on the water! It contains all the dishes, silverware, towels, linens, WI-FI and cable. This charmer is located in a great, safe and quiet area, with a community pool and activities throughout the year! It is located minutes away from many different conveniences in Gilbert! Whether it be shopping in San Tan Valley, night life, going out for a bite to eat, shopping, grocery stores, golfing, Spring Training or anything else you might want to do, you are close to it all. Gilbert is a fun, clean and safe community to hang your hat while away from home and you can enjoy it all right here! This is the luxury of home away from home and all new! You won't regret it!

Excellent location in a quiet area. Everything close, shopping, restaurants, golf and Good shopping. Owner was quick to look after a few small issues completely to our satisfaction.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy Gilbert.

Beautiful condo, well maintained and very clean. We loved being on the deck and enjoying the view. The owners are very helpful and easy to contact. We would love to stay here again when we come to visit out family!!

Absolutely beautiful!

The townhome was beautiful and very comfortable. It was fully equipped with all amenities to make your stay comfortable. The view from the deck was amazing and I enjoyed sitting out there to relax. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property and location!

The property has a great deck and is in a quiet neighborhood that is well maintained. The home was clean and well maintained. The location was good as most of the Phoenix area could be reached in less than 30 minutes.

Great place.

This is a true gem of a property. Having this much water in the desert is a real treat. Their were lots of ducks paddling by just off the deck, and I saw a great blue heron one day. It is a very quiet and relaxing place.

Snow birds.

We stayed for 6 weeks and were very comfortable. The townhome is in a great location and has been very nicely updated. It is clean, well stocked and in a quiet location with no neighborhood noise. Caven is very accommodating and responsive. We love the Islands and plan on staying here next Winter.

Water in the desert

We were pleased with the property. Comfortable, clean, quiet and well stocked with the necessities. The property has also been recently and nicely updated. A bonus is the deck on the canal where you can enjoy sunsets and people watch as they float by on their pontoons. We will definitely consider this property when we return to the Phoenix area.

Beautiful Condo in Gilbert

Vacationed from NH to the amazing city of Arizona. Property is amazing. Centrally located around shopping, food of all sorts, coffee, etc. Community pool was very quiet when we went. Garage parking is a +. Property manager responsive and gave amazing recommendations on what to do for fun in the area. Exceptional experience overall.

Hidden Gem Lakeside

This is our fourth visit at this beautiful property! The owners and neighbors are lovely and make it feel like a second home. Early mornings and late evenings by the water are our favorite times of the day. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Communication with the hosts is easy and timely and they go above and beyond to accommodate. Our next won't come soon enough!

Second visit to this property and couldn't wait to return!

We spent time at Caven Nettie's property during the holidays and loved it so much we booked a girls' trip for summer break. We spent every morning and every evening on their beautiful new deck enjoying the water and the ducks... watching the sun rise and set. The property is nice and clean and offers everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. Caven and Nettie are wonderful to work with and great at communicating. This is an amazing property and hidden gem!

Lovely townhome in Gilbert

Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything one would need for a wonderful relaxing stay. Cooking was a delight in the upscale kitchen. Home backs to the Islands waterway (not sure what to call it) which was so inviting to sit and enjoy the sun and the pontoon boats going by. Caven is a wonderful host and we felt welcomed and accommodated. The location was excellent and was only a few miles from our conference but is easily accessible from the airport and major highways. Highly recommend staying here if you ever come to the Phoenix area!

We were there during a very frosty January!

Pretty much okay. Issues with heating (cold January--downstairs was cold). the skull decor was off-putting and if anyone is odor sensitive, the scents in the plugins were removed during our time. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cutlery--something we have had issues with at other accommodations. Location is good.

Great location! Very pretty views when looking out to the left. Well appointed. Comfortable beds. Kitchen table and chairs are very small. Owner offered to remove the fridge from garage so we could park in it but there still wouldn't have been enough room to park our car in the garage as owners car was parked in the garage. Owners did a very nice job in refurbishing their condo.

Hidden Gilbert Gem

This is the best property we have stayed at and we wished we could have stayed longer! The pictures are a great indication of what you will find and you will be even more impressed in person. The decor is very modern and clean. The appliances are brand-new and high tech. The beds are very comfortable and the view from the lake-side bedroom is amazing. We were even able to use the wireless printer to print boarding passes...they think of everything! The hosts leave very detailed directions and excel with their accommodations and communications. Caven and Nettie are absolutely lovely! You will find Starbucks, Fry's, and several small restaurants within walking distance. We stayed during the holidays and were able to enjoy the lights at night. It was a very enjoyable experience and we are hoping to return this summer.

We loved sitting on the deck near the water! Comfy mattresses are our number one requirement and these did not disappoint. We had a longer stay and appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed. Great area for walking too!
