There are three bedrooms on the top level of the home including a:
Master en suite with King sized bed, private bathroom, and walk in closet.
2nd bedroom with queen sized bed, twin sized bed, and a walk in closet.
3rd bedroom with queen sized bed.
There is also a full bathroom on the top level.
On the lowest level (downstairs from the bar area and next to the laundry room); there is a queen sized bed in the lowest living area. This area can be made private bedroom along with a half bathroom.
*King Coil queen sized air mattress that can be set up anywhere


Stretch out your legs and feel at home at this premier location! Enjoy lake Macatawa views through the huge windows throughout the house. The South Shore House is ideal for large families as it has four levels of living space. The house is located just minutes from downtown Holland and Saugatuck. It is walking distance from a restaurant, a park, paddle board rentals, & a party store (what locals call a beer store). Local hiking trails and lake Michigan beach access is just a short drive away.
The South Shore house offers a full functioning kitchen and a large formal dining room. The huge living area includes a private bar and a half bathroom . Downstairs from main living area is another living space with a large couch and tv. Part of the main living area and the lowest level can be converted into private living quarters. The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including a master en suite. There are a total of three fire places located in the kitchen, the dining room, and the main living area. Sit out on the large patio and around the fire pit while enjoying the winding creek along the property. Enjoy a morning run on the bike path just steps away from the house.

Recommendations are also included in the provided house guide that is full of information about the many fun activities to do in the area including detail information on the several awesome local beaches, fishing charters, and boat rentals. Guests love spending time in both downtown Holland & Saugatuck and enjoy meandering trhough the shops, wine tasting, beer sampling, and dining. There are many dining options in the area, however many find that they have the most fun grilling out at the house, playing yard games, and enjoying the property together.
