Thank you for taking the time to post such a nice review. The condo views of uncrowded Crescent Beach, the Atlantic Ocean and the Matanzas River (ICW) are wonderful. The condo has an open floor plan to take advantage of these views from the living, kitchen, dining area as well as the master bedroom and guest bedroom. The bathrooms are the usual smaller condo size but a plus is the en-suite double sink vanity in master bedroom which has ample counter and storage space and the access to guest bath from both the guest bedroom and the common hallway. We look forward to having you as our guests in the future.

South Crescent Beach has changed little since we purchased our Windjammer 315, still uncrowded and unspoiled since the beaches are so long in St John County (which actually has 24 miles of beaches) and only a few hotels on Crescent Beach with mostly single family homes or smaller condominium complexes. Lots of room to spread out, walk, ride bikes , see the sunrise, sunset. St Augustine has grown but with the growth has come many good restaurants including quite a few close to the condo. Funny we purchased this condo from our brother in law who had spent 6 months each year there so lots of upgrades including the lovely teal leather sectional. It is quite comfy.
