Siesta Key Sunshine

The property was old and outdated. The complex was not conducive to walking anywhere. The bed was comfortable but the livingroom furniture was not.

Since then I sold all the old units, now only have lovely newly remodeled units, upstairs and downstairs, all facing lake directly, view is joyful admiring wildlife from screened lanai/balcony. Yes, entrance of complex is centrally located to anywhere, entrance sits on main road, but all my units are away from main road, very quiet. As entrance sits on main road, everything is within walk (grocery, banks, restaurants), but right across the main road from the complex, so bus takes you to the beach or bike or drive to beach (7-10 mins). All furniture is new now in those 4 units which I am keeping nicely, all in the same building, everybody is renting from me, all your neighbors, this way no disturbance issue. Lovely place, perfect location, nice new units with brand new furniture. Thank you!

Unit nice - surroundings average

The unit that we stayed in was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive. The pool was also clean and useable. However, the building and surrounding grounds have grown old and could use some maintenance and updating. After you add in all the extra fees and in addition to listed rental cost, this location price seems a bit high compared to other VRBO places and we have stated.

This property was exactly as listed. Recently renovated, very clean, a relaxing view of the water, a refreshing community pool, and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Will stay here again next time we’re in town.

Cute nice size condo and a great location. Only complaint is the shower wasn’t that clean, the shower pressure could be updated and the water drains super slow. Other than that great place

Thank you. Please report all issues whilst you are here with us, immediately. Drain and pressure is now corrected. It turned out that association sent someone out just before you arrived as it was a building issue. If you had pointed it out, I could have looked into the matter immediately. Thanks.

The enclosed patio, pool and the pond behind the unit were fantastic. Location was very convenient. The owner was fantastic with any need or request that we had. The could use some updating. Overall would recommend.

A Nice Stay

The condo was perfect for us. Check-in was smooth, communication with owner was very good, the condo was very clean, and all of the stated amenities were available as advertised. Food stores, restaurants, etc. were nearby. Access to beaches and other Sarasota highlights were easy to reach. We thank Beata and her staff for a great place to stay while in Sarasota.

Everything I Needed

Nice location, close to shopping, beaches (Siesta Key), a great launch pad for day trips north to Anna Marie island or south to Venice or Sanibel Island. Many dog friendly places to go visit. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was quick to rescue me when I inadvertently locked myself out! Was a really great, relaxing time. Would definitely stay there again.

Short visit

Roomy one bedroom nice, quiet, neighborhood. Very clean and well maintained. All of the furnishings, appliances are new/pristine. Manager was easy to get ahold of, and accommodating.

Second Stay in Sarasota

There was an issue with our reservation that was handled very well by the owner. The particular unit we reserved in Sienna Park was occupied on the first night of our reservation by the previous renter. They requested one more night and the owner put us in a different unit. We were not notified of the change by the owner but when we walked into the unit we knew it was not the one we reserved based on the pictures. The replacement unit was not as nice as the one we reserved and we did not care for it. I called the owner and left a message about the issue and received a call back very soon. The owner was very concerned about what happened and offered us a couple options to fix the situation. The one we chose was to occupy a unit in a different neighborhood. This unit was much bigger and nicer than even the one we originally reserved. The neighborhood was much nicer with a pool and clubhouse (although closed because of the pandemic), tennis courts, barbecue facilities, ponds, etc. The unit was beautiful, in very good condition and very well equipped. We very much enjoyed staying there especially since we weren't charged anymore than our original reservation. The new place was clearly worth more. The only issue with it was that it wasn't stocked very well with cleaning materials, facial tissue, etc. Overall we appreciated the owner's response to the issue very much and the quality of the new place was very nice.

Convenient drive to everywhere

The property was clean; the bed was comfortable; and the appliances and technology worked well. The only drawback for us, as walkers, was that we had to drive everywhere. Having said that, however, Siesta Key, with free parking at the most beautiful beach in the world, was only minutes away. Shopping and local attractions were very convenient.

The Price is Right

We stayed in this condo while our home renovations were taking place. Bea was very responsive and worked with our ever changing schedule. Great little place for 2 people, and 10 minutes to Siesta Key Beach!

The best in town

The best in town😎 This was not a normal rental for me it was a rental until like close on the sale of course the banks did not close when they said they were going to and I had to extend my stay here three times and they were so accommodating to me vacation rentals that I don’t know what I would’ve done in less they were I would’ve lived in my car thank you thank you thank you the best

Quiet condo

1 bedroom condo was fine for 2 people. 3 people could fit, better be friends. 4 people would be very crowded.Condo was fully equiped just add groceries. Grocery was approx 2 miles away. It was approx 3 miles to Siesta Key. Siesta Key beach was the best in the area with no problem finding a parking spot in Mid-January. We had problems with cable TV but Beya responded quickly and fixed it that day. There is no dishwashing machine. I would rent condo again.

Carl, thank you for a lovely review. Grocery across the road (you can actually walk there, no need to take the car - that is how close it is Publix across the road) - now being re-built. Big signs say, that they are demolishing and rebuilding Publix Grocery Store to be an even bigger, better one. So best put: Grocery is only STEPS AWAY, across the road and Siesta Key is at end of the road 1.5 miles, then across the small draw-bridge - you can even park right there at the other side of the bridge, in that small parking lot (first beach access) or there are plenty along the beach leading you eventually to a large lot, all FREE parking and plenty. Condo comfortable for 2, but sleeps 4 (on queen sleeper sofa and air beds). THANK YOU! THANK YOU! QUIET CONDO! BEST BEACH! OWNER GREAT to respond! - here for you 24/7

Wonderful condo and owner!
