Lofty Pines on the Cartecay is adjacent to the Rich Mountain Wildlife preserve, which has miles of biking/hiking/hunting, and fishing trails! 







This beautifully landscaped property is the perfect place to take a relaxing stroll by the river or let the kids play by one of North Georgia's top rivers for family fun! Sit on the beautiful screened-in porch and listen to the sounds of the river rush by you. Or, if you prefer, build a fire outside in the fire pit just steps from the river...what a perfect place to get toasty and snuggle up to that special someone! You will feel like you are in a national forest, but you are just minutes from local grocery stores and the downtown area! If you're looking for a cabin on the river where you can do a variety of outdoor activities, and still be close to town, come visit Lofty Pines on the Cartecay!

Lofty Pines on the Cartecay is a quaint 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin that sleeps up to four (4) people and offers the following:





King Master on the Main level with private bath and walk-in shower, 24" TV

Queen bedroom on Upper level with 24" TV/DVD, private bath and large porcelain tub/shower combo

Twin over Double Bunk Bed in Loft area

The living room has a wood-burning stove (firewood provided Oct 1-April 1), 40" TV (Cable)

Hot Tub

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:











Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more that this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.



Required Fees include $145 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax
