Enjoy a quiet place to relax with friends after the game

We are located in a quiet one street neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac. The house is only seven miles from Clemson University. Spacious back deck and shaded back yard with gas grill provides a great place to relax with family and friends.
We have a fully stocked kitchen where you can enjoy cooking relaxed vacation meals. The bar seats 4 and the dining table can seat 4-8 as there is a built in leaf to expand the table. There is also a table and seating on the deck where you can expand your dining.
There is a master bedroom with king bed and the adjoining master bath has walk in shower as well as a spa tub. The second bedroom downstairs has queen bed with a bathroom on the hall. The third bedroom downstairs is not used as a bedroom and is not accessible to guests. There is a large bonus room above the garage with queen airbed available and plenty of floor space for kids to have a pallet party.
The living room has a 60 inch TV and the bonus room has a 65 inch TV. WiFi access is available. This is a pet free/smoke free home.
Check in is at 3 pm and checkout is by 11 am. Prior arrangements may be made for late check out.
