Great house for our fall break visiting our daughter who attends Clemson. Outdoor space was wonderful- hot tub, firepit, area for the dog. Lake levels were way down so we could not use the kayaks or SUPs. Think we had hoped to enjoy the lake more but weather didn’t cooperate. Only suggestion is a hot water or tea pot for hot tea drinkers ;-). Thanks so much!!!

Perfect place to celebrate our son’s graduation from Clemson. The house has everything you need and is very clean. Check in was seamless. Beautiful backyard and deck. Our family made great use of the kayaks, paddleboards, cornhole and the hot tub. Host went above and beyond with a few questions we had. Would stay again and absolutely recommend!!

Attending a family reunion in area. This place was just what we needed. Easy to find. Easy check-in. Home was clean and comfortable. Rain the whole time there, but we were able to invite family to spend the day, or two, at the rental. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other's company. Screened porch was nice to enjoy the outdoors without the rain. We really enjoyed the rental and family said it was an amazing place. Will rent again

We had a great time staying for a Clemson game. There was plenty of room and the hot tub was nice to come back to after the game. The house was clean and easy to find.

Nice stay

We stayed at this property for our sons graduation. They were very responsive during our stay. We enjoyed using the kayaks and having s'mores by the fire.

We had a very nice time inside the house, but was disappointed with the "lake" part of the property. We could not get into the water or hang out on dock. There was an oil slick on the water in the cove. Nearly fell on the rocks on the steps getting down to the dock, a hand rail would be very helpful.

Property was very nice. House was spotless, back yard was nice and fenced which was good for the dogs. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Good AC and nice hot tub. Kitchen had the necessities with updated appliances. House is tucked away with one close neighbor who we saw but had no contact with. It is a little walk to the "water". Actually, not much water. Host sent a message a few days before scheduled arrival the lake level was a little low. About 8' low. Nothing that could have been helped but something to check if expecting "waterfront or water access".There is a public access / beach about 3 -4 miles away that was a great place to spend some time.

We're glad the house itself delivered — spotless, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, good A/C, a fenced yard for the dogs, and a hot tub to enjoy. On the lake level, we did send notice ahead of your stay that it was running low; this is a regional condition affecting all lake properties in the area and not something within our control.

Peaceful lake location!

We enjoyed the beauty of this tucked away location at Lake Hartwell. It was quiet and relaxing. The house was comfortable with plenty of room. The house was well stocked and was a perfect location for a family vacation. We loved that paddle boards were available!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. Home is located on a very quiet and peaceful part of the lake. Had a great time kayaking. Master bed was comfortable, only complaint was the master bath. It is just very small and could use updates.

Wonderful Home on Lake Hartwell!

This home was very comfortable. Beds were nice. The big screen t.v.'s in the living room and screen porch were a plus too. Close to Anderson for shopping and restaurants. Fenced in backyard with fire pit. Lovely home!

Came back again

This was a second visit for us. This house is a family favorite. It accommodated 5 adults, 1 child, and our dogs very well! The house has lots of room and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals there. We love using the kayaks and paddle boards and I even brought my own. The dock is nestled at the end of a quiet cove which is nice for young paddlers. The fenced in back yard is great and gives the dogs plenty of space.

Hartwell Tournament stay

My husband fished a tournament on Lake Hartwell. We instantly booked this house and brought our dogs along with us. The property was perfect for our dogs with the beautiful outside space. The house was also about 15 minutes from green pond landing boat ramp which is where the tournament take off and weigh ins were. The house was clean and everything was there that we needed! We hope to stay there again if there is ever another tournament on Hartwell.

Pleasant Accommodations & Stay

Great place that allowed 2 families (7 adults and an infant) to enjoy a Thanksgiving get away. Deck and backyard with fire pit was great addition. Limited on the amount of bathroom hand, bath, and wash towels, as well as kitchen towels. Bed linens in the primary bedroom could use an update. Gas grill needs to be replaced due to rusted out interior. Overall very pleasant accommodations and stay.

Anderson Lake House

Two families of 5 stayed here comfortably. The outdoor space and fenced in yard is wonderful. Having access to the lake was important to us since we were vacationing with our boat. (Side note, the homeowner was so gracious to personally check lake levels for us before our trip, helping us ensure access to his dock.) The kids enjoyed the games and puzzles on site. One small thing we felt could be improved was the available cookware, specifically sheet pans. The property management let us know they were available, but we did not need to contact them so I can't speak to their attentiveness. Overall, an excellent stay.

Wonderful

We had a great weekend with our adult children, grandson, & dogs. The fenced in back yard was great and a fun place to hang out. Having access to a dock and using the provided kayaks & paddle boards provided great family fun. The house had everything we needed and was very spacious with 5 adults. We will definitely stay here again.
