This rental is located on floor 3.

Dock details: The Dock is part of Skipjack Resort and Marina. There is a fee to dock boats. Please call the marina directly to inquire and make reservations. Their phone # (305) 600-4281 - There are other options on the island that are also available.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

There was not any wifi! I spent a long time on hold with customer service (2 calls, 1 hour wait total) and got nothing resolved. We looked everywhere for the modem, we called the local property and got their vm, which they did not respond to. We aslo texted the Vacasa # and the responses were poor and circular.

Great location

The condo was located near sombrero beach, which is very nice. The pool area offered many different activities. The pool bar was always a good time.

Mini season paradise!

We stayed here during mini season. The location couldn’t be beat. The on site restaurant and bar were great! They cooked our catch for us. We also enjoyed a home cooked family meal because this unit has a full kitchen. Wish we would’ve stayed longer. 4 nights was not long enough!

Convenient condo in Marathon

Condo is convenient to everything in Marathon & Bahia Honda park. Clean and comfortable, with a pool/bar. Shower had decent pressure. Only minor complaints would be that it could use some extras such as beach umbrellas, board games, kitchen condiments such as salt & pepper, etc. It was fairly bare. We also had an issue with laundry. The door code we were given was not accurate & couldn't get property management to get back to us. Finally stopped someone walking in & they gave us the code. Other than that we'd definitely stay here again.

Clean but falling apart

The unit was clean and well located in Marathon. There were many items in need of repair: flooring, refrigerator, water pressure in the bathroom, bedroom's air-conditioner.

Basic but nice.

Property is part of a resort. I liked the separate bedroom. Furnishings were nice. There were a few loose tiles on floor and water pressure was low. This resulted in slow toilet flush and slow shower but enough to get the job done. Has an elevator that worked. Area is quiet but close to attractions, shopping, and dining. I did not likecthe damage waiver fee

Property needs sprucing up

The condo needs some sprucing up. The furniture is well worn and in need of some updates. The updates would not need to be expensive -- but a little TLC to the condo, updates to the furniture (so the furniture is not worn and rather dirty in appearance) would go a long way to making this condo more enjoyable.

Had to throw my hands up...

I called about several issues with the property, the worst of which was it was so muggy in the condo. In the 2 rooms, one had a fan and the Bedroom, the fan was taken out. We had to run the air so cold we froze just to make the mustiness tolerable in the bedroom. Also there were slats missing from the blinds in the bedroom so the street lights came in at night and the sun first thing in the morning. I called the management company 3 times on our check in day. Each time I was told I would be called back in an hour. I still have not heard from them. The maintenance person came in the morning to deliver the towels said he would be back to fix the blinds that day, he never showed. I will also contact the management company but I had to let it go so we could just enjoy the atmosphere but definitely did not enjoy the condo.... find another place

Convenient place to stay in Marathon

This property was very much described in the listing. We greatly appreciated the plentiful, quality towels and toilet paper. There were also plenty of bed linens, too. The extra sink/mirror in the bedroom was very handy. Even though there were only the 2 of us, we didn't have to be on top of one another while one person used the full bathroom. The kitchen had nice dishes though we didn't cook much. Air conditioning controls were easy to use and worked well. The only negative was the inability to use the pool faciliities as a rental guest. This is clearly stated in the ad, so I do not mention it as a negative against the owner. However, when you get off of a motorcycle after a hour ride in the 90 degree heat, you realize how delightful a pool would feel! Fortunately, the shower worked just fine.

Nothing was dirty, but nothing seemed clean; the furniture was dingy, the mismatched patio curtains were hanging lopsided and 1/2 were pooled on the floor, not all the dresser drawers closed, no bath mat, the beds - meh… Wasn’t sure if we could use the pool and parking was not always near the unit. Didn’t hate it but wouldn’t return.

Great space

Central Key location. Lets you stay away from the crowded areas and be able to go visit them. We went there to celebrate my retirement and my wife’s birthday.

Nice property and close to everything in Marathon. Only two complaints 1 - There were no garbage bags provided, the only one was in the kitchen and is was way too small for the container 2 - the floor was filthy!! there was no way it was mopped before our stay. The place was nice and very comfortable. Beautiful canal right in front. Friendly people.

Pleasant stay.

This spot was easy to find. Check-in/out was quite easy. Very close to a small enjoyable beach. Stay information was provided in the unit. There were a couple of issues but not enough to dampen our fun.

Pros. Close to sombrero beach. Great beach. Cons. Uncomfortable beds and floor really needs to be mopped. Our feet were black after walking around in condo every day.
