Hello Jessica, the day you arrived the house was clean the only thing was that the beds in the middle room were washed but without laying because the lady in charge of the house thought by the calendar that you would arrive the next day because I told you that you could come earlier but anyway she arrived in less than 15 minutes and you told me that thank you very much for coming so quickly they are very professional with my house and I had just been operated on my left hand and I thought I had told them. And about the dog I have that it is only one and less than 10 pounds but you brought two dogs and one very big and I had the decency not to cancel your reservation and not even return keep your money and I told you to please leave a check to the lady name who cleans the house , well the house was as we are used to be . The soda she had to clean it with a tape to be able to remove the dog's hair and buy liquid to disinfect it but it was not just that the bedspread in the room Master she had to washed them twice and then she needs to take them to a commercial place to be able to clean it and leave it white as it was before and I didn't say anything to you because I never like to said anything but now I have to say it because I like to inform you about it just in case the person like to read my answer to you and know the truth and I also have a video of the people who were in the house next door they sent it to my friend with the barking of your dogs , that had them crazy when you went out. I hope you find a better place next time. The cleaning lady told me that she had photos too. Thank you Cecilia Ponton
