Welcome to our beautiful, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath coastal home—just 1 mile from 4 scenic beaches and tucked away in a peaceful wooded setting! Whether you stroll along shady streets or take the complimentary bikes, the beach is always within easy reach.

Ferry Beach State Park and Bayview Beach are less than a mile away, while Camp Ellis, where the Saco River meets the Atlantic Ocean, is just 2 miles from your stay. After a day of exploring, unwind at home in the private pool, on the large deck with picnic tables, or with your morning coffee surrounded by trees and birdsong.

Inside, the home features an open-concept kitchen and living area and sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. There are two traditional bedrooms, plus a private studio space with two king beds—perfect for multiple families or couples traveling together. We provide bed linens, towels, and kitchen essentials so you can start relaxing right away.

Great stay at this home in Saco. Backyard is beautiful and lots of fun for outdoor meals. Hot water was an issue but promptly fixed by host. Great communication!

Great spot

We so enjoyed our time here! The house is spacious and we appreciated the bedrooms being on split levels to allow privacy and quiet for sleeping babies. Pool and backyard were a great bonus. Thank you for having us!

Convenient location

Great

Our family had a wonderful four-night getaway at this property. The close proximity to the beach and the elevated deck were standout features that enhanced our experience. While a bit more privacy would have made it ideal, Nadine and Peter were exceptionally gracious and attentive hosts. Their hospitality added warmth to our stay. We truly appreciated the overall experience and would gladly recommend this property to friends and family.

Great house, clean, well supplied

We loved our stay at this home. Very clean and there is room enough for all to enjoy time together or our own privacy. Back yard secluded and private. Loved the large deck and pool!The kitchen was well supplied with all our cooking needs with plenty of spices to choose from.Nadine was responsive and very helpful!We could easily walk to the beach or just a short drive. We highly recommend this rental!

Perfect week and awesome home.

Great communication from our host all the way through our stay, she answered our questions quickly and throughly. The house was accurately described and was everything we were looking for. The kitchen is huge and beautiful, we really loved this house. The house is located on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. There is a large backyard, the pool and huge deck are relaxing and private. We had a wonderful week and hope to stay here again.

Great Location Close to everything

Everything was great. Great location, house was awesome, and the host was very welcoming. Only thing i would say is to please include the instructions for resetting the hot water heater in the welcome letter.

House was very nice and clean with lots of space for varied age groups! Stairs for each level which could be a challenge for elderly. Was off putting when we initially arrived and had family, also staying in the area, over for dinner and rather quickly received a message complaining about too many cars in the driveway (5 vs the 3 OVERNIGHT allowed, in a driveway that could accommodate more!) which also made it feel like we were being watched. Then upon arrival no toilet paper, paper towels or extra trash bags. After a long drive you need the bathroom and we were not prepared as the listing specified that is provided. Quick trip to the store was easy enough but we would have pre planned to bring the items though. Issue with hot water so it needed repeated resetting which is inconvenient and annoying (can’t shower with hot water completely on or off so a constant issue).Also for a pet friendly place I would just let people know AHEAD of booking that there are chickens on property (kept separately so didn’t end up being an issue) but def caused anxiety initially! And that owners or someone comes by daily to care for them and the pool. Easy drive to the beach (not walking distance) to stores and plenty to do in the area (10 ish mins to anything you could need) while also enough of a distance that is quiet and charming. Lots of beautiful flowers/plants on property also lots of mosquitoes so bring bug spray! Owners very responsive quickly.

Sweet slice of Maine!

We loved our time at Nadine and Peter's home! The home was clean and extremely comfortable for our family- my husband and me, my mother in law and our two kids. The location was excellent- close to everything we needed including the beach just down the road. We loved the yard, backing on beautiful woods, and we loved the pool and our kids LOVED the chickens!! Nadine was quick and easy to communicate with via message and text and was gracious and accomodating with our few special inquiries. This home was the perfect setting for our first trip to Maine- we hope to come back some day!!

Wonderful stay in beautiful location

We had a wonderful time staying at Nadine and her family's property. There are new renovations not in the photos including an island kitchen, new cook top, and more that only increased our comfort. Nadine was very communicative and extremely hospitable including providing fresh eggs from their chicken coop and veggies from their garden. The blueberries on the bush next to the pool were ripening and yummy as well. The location was lovely and full of nature with large trees, hummingbirds, and a great deck on which to relax and take it all in. It's a short drive or bike ride to the beach (Ferry Beach State Park was beautiful!) and is very convenient to Portland, Biddeford, Kennebunkport, Ogunquit and other nearby locations. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet get away near forrest and beach.

Review

Property is 1 min from the beach parking by car. Beach spot is very nice with less people than Old Orchard even though it’s pretty close. Bathrooms and rooms were clean however kitchen apparels and cupboards were not. Owner is easy to reach and friendly. We encountered a lot of problems with the water heater during our trip we had to go and reset the machine often every day which was annoying. That needs to be fixed.

Overall we had a great stay and the property met the needs of our group. The space being pet friendly was really important to us. The pool was very relaxing and the yard was private. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. The host was very responsive and understanding with all communication. The water heater was an issue and several of us had to take cold showers. The yard was very buggy and we did have guests stung by wasps. It was clear the host was making efforts to address these things. The only other feedback we provided was considering a key pad for entry given the size of the group and differing plans throughout the stay. We would definitely consider returning in the future if this property is available.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cour extérieure, qui est un véritable point fort : la piscine, les jeux pour les enfants, les grands espaces où les enfants et les chiens peuvent se dépenser, ainsi que les petits arbres fruitiers ont contribué à rendre nos vacances très agréables.La maison est grande, belle et idéalement située à proximité de la plage, ce qui est un atout considérable.Nous avons toutefois rencontré deux petits problèmes durant notre séjour, soit un problème d'eau chaude et un manque de propane. Bien que ces situations aient été un inconvénient, elles n'ont pas empêché notre famille de profiter pleinement de nos vacances.Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cette propriété aux familles qui recherchent un endroit spacieux, agréable et bien situé.

Wonderful House for Family Vacation

Our family of four enjoyed all the amenities at Nadine's house during our annual visit to Maine. The pool was well kept, clean and a nice break from the beach. The deck is amazing and neighborhood so nice and quiet. The beds were all super comfortable as well. We'd be happy to stay again soon

Our family had a great time at this home in Saco. The location is convenient to beaches and other nearby attractions. We easily visited Kennebunkport, Oqunquit, York, Biddeford Pool and Portland. Owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. Home was well stocked. Great deck. Lovely neighborhood.

House to discover !!!!!

Nadine's house is the best house to discover in Saco. The house is just perfect with is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Only 2 minutes away from the ocean with a quiet neighbour you will enjoy your vacations more than you expect. A little pool will complete your relaxing day and a beautiful terrace to take your glass of wine will wait for you. So it's seem to be like a little paradise ! This year it is the second time we rent it and we will be back for sure :) Sure I will not forget our host, Nadine is so welcoming and available for her guests, she always make sure that everything is alright. Best host with the best house !!!!!!

July 4th Trip to Saco

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Nadine's property for the 4th of July holiday. The kids spent most of their time in the pool and we had a great time with family cooking out in the yard and enjoying the beautiful deck. We will definitely book again if we are in the area!

Perfect location to enjoy and explore Southern Maine from Portland to Kennebunkport.

Home was just what doctor ordered for relaxing and fun filled vacation for family of four. Highly recommend beaches in Biddeford Pool area- need permit from City Hall. Sweet Cream is also a must. Our two teenagers loved the backyard pool. Home was clean and in quiet neighborhood. Owners were quickly responsive to even minor issues,e.g, getting pump to fill tires in provided bikes. It was great that Saco Town Beach was only 1 mile away which we road bikes to.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

Nadine’s home is comfortable and perfect for a family vacation. The house has a large deck that was perfect for having breakfast, lunch and dinner on. In the evening the large living room was great for sitting around a enjoying everyone’s company. The location of the home is ideal, it is located within minutes of local beaches. On the property, Nadine has a wonderful vegetable garden, she allowed us to have vegetable from the garden. She also has chickens on the property, Nadine gave us fresh eggs during our stay. They were delicious. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time at Nadine’s Home.

Our Home is located on a quiet street, with a large private backyard, equipt with a shaded spacious deck, dining table, barbecue, and above ground pool, perfect for a relaxing evening outside. You will be a short drive away from several local beaches. Saco and Biddeford are neighboring cities that offer many different cuisines, fine dining options, small cafes, boutiques, and grocery stores to fit all your dining and shopping needs, all a short drive away.

We offer a beautiful and fully equipt kitchen if you feel like cooking at home, with easy access to the deck, and a large living room area perfect for family dinners or movie nights. One of my favorite parts of our home is spending mornings on the deck, enjoying a coffee in the pleasant air while listening to the songs of native birds.

On summer evenings, we like to take a short drive or bike ride to Old Orchard Beach. This bustling tourist town is located right along the beach, with a long pier to explore. Old Orchard Beach is filled with a variety of stores, food options, bars, and souvineer shops. The amusement park is a fun place to spend your evenings, and you can end your day watching fireworks along the beach.
