Water Safety:

Transport Canada approved lifejackets in adult and child sizes, plus the required canoe safety kit (bailer, heaving line, whistle), are provided in the waterfront shed beside the canoe
A lifejacket must be worn by every person in the canoe, no exceptions
No canoe use after sunset, or after consuming alcohol or cannabis
Children must be supervised by an adult whenever near the water; the lake is unsupervised and there is no lifeguard
